Antelope Valley plumbing answered the phone right away. Was attentive to my issue, and sent Joey as my tech right away. I was afraid that being Monday, they would be booked up from weekend plumbing problems. Joey was extremely professional, very sympathetic to my situation, was attentive, and very thorough... I was afraid that I would get a crooked plumber or a plumbing company, that would squeeze every nickel out of me. I felt in good hands. And that they weren't going to upsell me, or charge me extra for stuff that was not necessary. That's huge when you are a client; To have a plumbing company and tech know what the average homeowner faces, and not try to take advantage of the situation. Thank you so much, Antelope Valley plumbing.!!! I assure you that if I ever have plumbing issues again, I will definitely be coming to you guys.

Antelope Valley Plumbing reached out to me with a local number (all the others were 888 numbers and there were no answers when I tried calling). I called Antelope Valley Plumbing and was able to confirm the appointment time I was looking for, which was today at 2. The phone call was no fuss, no muss, and very straight forward. It's rare that it goes that smoothly these days so I was very happy. I received a text @ 1:30 telling me that the plumber, Joey, was in route. 10 minutes later he shows up, lays out the process in which the service will proceed, and it was very upfront and reasonable. In a very short time, my leak was gone, my front yard was no longer flooded, and Joey is a very personable individual who obviously takes pride in the work he does. While the repaired pipe was going thru it's curing time, Joey took the time to discuss some other projects I am looking to get done in the future. He didn't have to do that, but he happily did. Based on the communication, the response and repair time, and the price, this was a 10 star experience for me. It was stressful watching my yard get more flooded by the hour. We had a kitchen leak and Traditional Plumbing and Drain came out to do the plumbing inspection…read more They were very honest and explained everything to my husband and I thoroughly as well as recommended what we should do. I asked if it was ok to stick with them for the repair's because of my initial encounter with them and I'm so glad they accepted. Our job was very very difficult but they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to help complete our difficult drain repair job. We have real hard wood floors that were a monster pain to break through. But instead of me having to hire a demo team to break the floor, by some miracle they powered through and did it themselves saving us more money. They even fixed bad plumbing work that was done by the previous owners plumber. We are super thankful for Moises and his excellent team. They not only fixed the problem but also upgraded our drain to prevent any future problems. On top of that we had a separate bathroom plumbing issue and I reached out to him and they came out right away and took care of the problem for me at no cost because we were already dealing with so much, I was lucky he accepted what I gave him. That spoke volumes to me. I hope no one ever has to deal with any plumbing issues but if you do Please don't hesitate to give them a call. You'll get the work done right and for a great price.

I was working more than an hour away and the caretaker had no idea how to turn off the water to the house so it was a very ugly situation. I called Mr. Rooter and Tracy answered. I explained my situation and the stress in my voice was obvious. She not only scheduled someone to come out, she called the water district to come out and shut off the water! She did not have to do that, but she did and it was a game changer. Once the water was off, I was able to clean up and prepare for their technician's visit. I had to head back out to work and left the project in my wife's hands. Turned out that the entire box for the water bibs and drain needed to be replaced. It wasn't cheap, but prices sounded comparable to similar projects and it was done quickly, professionally, and they were extremely nice. I cannot stress how Tracy's actions made a very bad situation into a completely solvable one. The was no significant damage, nothing irreplaceable was destroyed and as I write this review, life is back to normal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

I can't say enough about these guys…read more As far as I know, they don't do appliance work, so their few negative Yelp reviews must be mistaken. My prior plumber was charging me $450 for a hydrojet. These guys charged $250. Our clay mainline was cracked, so we needed to call a rooter periodically to clear the roots that would grow into it. After their work, our mainline was free of roots for about nine months, so they clearly did a thorough job. During this latest visit, however, Alex showed me how the mainline was deteriorating, so after performing another hydrojet, we decided he'd come back to re-pipe it. All Clear does work for the city, so they're equipped with industrial-grade tools and equipment. They were able to dig two holes in the ground and use a machine to run a new pipe through the old one. They arrived early, finished in a few hours! Also, they charged me a small fraction of what another plumber quoted! Without the equipment, it's a job that would have taken days and torn up my yard. I could go on and on... they're that good!
