This place is pretty cool.Most of the time, there two workers are jerks that shouldn't be here.They act like the restaurant police, the blonde headed managerOlder lady Jamie are really mean and this girl named Jesse.That thinks she's a manager is an mean person horrible attitude They have very horrible customer service They treat customers like they are peasants, the food is good, but when I have deal with makes me not want to eat here.

LOVE this place! So affordable! My daughter and I shared a plate of chicken fried steak. My friend who brought us, got the pork chop. OMG....bone in and juicy! Both plates for $12 each. Get the biscuits and gravy as the "bread" side! You can get toast any time! Service was awesome! They kept refilling our coffee, like it was a never ending cup!!

It's not a great sign when the side salad is the best part. Triple B is the restaurant of the Rainbow Club Casino on Water Street in Henderson. There are probably only two reasons to come here: free weekly coupons from the players club mailers, or spending points earned via slots with the players card. Maybe a third, one-time reason, actually. I had a free entree from the first-time sign-up package. But I first got a salad with my choice of thousand island dressing. I only needed one cup of dressing for the salad, but I got two for some reason. The plant stuff was fresh and the generous amount of shredded cheese wasn't too bad. The entree was the Open Faced Hot Beef sandwich (usually $12.99). I was turned off immediately when I saw that they used average grocery store sliced white bread. Even worse, the beef wasn't tough and salty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine, but I ran out of it halfway through and could no longer mask the beef. I tried giving up on the meat and topped the limp bread with some of the jams available tableside. Then I stopped. On my second visit, I had a coupon for a Shrimp Louie Stuffed Avocado (normally $10.99). All of it was just way too bland. The dressing lacked any form of acidity or sweetness. I would have even welcomed something spicy even though I'm sensitive about that flavor. I stopped in again last night and opted for a special of the day, the Quesadilla Burger ($10.99). This was the most acceptable dish yet, but it still wasn't great. My patties were cooked beyond the requested medium, the cheese factor was minimal, and the generic mild salsa and sour cream felt like they were freshly removed from jars. As with other nearby casinos, checks are provided at the table but settled at the cash register near the exit. The most useful part may be their TVs with the internal ad loops, which often show you that you can actually use casino points at nearby restaurants which are consistently better. I will likely not return to Triple B much if at all since their sister casino Emerald Island's lone eatery is hit or miss, as opposed to this place which is just miss or miss.

Came here on St Patrick's day, because the wait at Emerald Island grill was an hour, and here we were able to get seated right away. That should have told me something. We got seated and it took some time to get greeted, but the server was friendly, just busy. The food was OK, the fries were cold for all of our dishes so we asked for fresh fries, when the fries came out, you can tell that they are basically just fries that were fried again to send us out "fresh" fries. Not sure that I would come back here, the prices are more than next-door, and the food was mediocre at best.

4:45 pm visit on December 6th Review #58 of 2024. We popped in for a quick bite before the Christmas parade on Water Street, eager to sample their well-reviewed burgers, which are priced quite reasonably. We were seated around 5:15 pm, and the staff was impressive. Our server, Christy, was friendly and attentive. Our food started arriving around 5:50 pm. The place was bustling, but the kitchen did a great job of sending out orders as they came in. My wife quickly received her garden dinner salad, and it was spot on. The kids shared a Neapolitan shake and absolutely loved it. For my meal, I ordered the Fish & Chips, which were tasty but a tad on the oily side. I also had the triple cheeseburger, which was incredible, especially with the caramelized onions I requested--it really elevated the flavor. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, which were bursting with flavor. The mozzarella sticks had that delightful cheesy stretch, although the kids found them a bit lacking in taste. The chicken wings were perfectly breaded and had a great flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and just right. My raspberry tea was a bit on the sweet side, so my wife had to dilute it with some water. The portion sizes were generous, especially given the prices. All in all, we had a great experience with both the food and the service. Andrew assisted Christy and did an excellent job, and Mirlaine (sp) was a delightful hostess and cashier. We would definitely return in the future, but at a less busy timeframe.

We have been here many times and the service and food is always good. They are very accommodating. These casinos are typically visited by locals so when we come in from out of town and in a large group, it can get very difficult but they always handle it perfectly. The food is always good and they have some great specials. This was a Friday visit so Fish & Chips were on the menu and I really enjoyed them. The dipper fries were really good and they always have a variety of new options. Janelle was awesome and made us feel like locals ourselves. Totally recommend coming here.

This diner is located in the Rainbow Casino. Our waitress was super nice and upbeat and the food came out pretty quick. The best thing we had were the crinkle fries. The Rueben had fatty meat, not a fan. The fried chicken ranged from over fried and sat too long to undercooked and not crispy. I am still a big fan of this establishment even after it switched ownership. They are now called Triple B. It used to be, during the height of the pandemic, they opened at 11:00am for breakfast and lunch. Now, they have opened their doors to welcome patrons for breakfast. We were very happy to know this and today, we went back earl in the morning to enjoy our normal thing to do during days off, have an early breakfast. The food is still made the same way and it still tastes delicious and is still hearty. We were served by Mandy and Alicia and both ladies were attentive and kind. Our coffee cups were topped off immediately without us having to ask. It's still one of my go-to breakfast place and I still highly recommend this place to everyone. Cheers!!! read more

This place has seriously good burgers. I used to frequent this spot when it was still just, for lack of better words, the restaurant in the rainbow when they had the best breakfast special in town. Now that they've rebranded under 'Triple B Burgers', I frequent this place when meeting my family for a quick lunch during the workweek. We've all ordered different burgers, but have stayed to just that on each visit. It seems like many reviews mention being disappointed in other menu items so I can't comment on that but each burger is a double patty and a fresh bun, the side potato options have all been delicious and we've been very happy every visit. The staff is friendly and as long as you can get over the smoky casino stuff you're in for a delicious, diner style meal. read more

Stick with the burgers! Got a coupon for a free dinner of chicken pot pie over a biscuit, and I kid you not...I could NOT cut through the biscuit!! Hard as a rock! No exaggeration! Now I know why my dinner was a FREE coupon. Chris our waiter was great though! Very pleasant and accommodating. Last week, tried their Cuban burger and it was yummy! A major reason my family dines here for breakfast is the amazing service - from food servers, drink runners and table busses - all are on their game. Server Andrew Jackson (real name), is outstanding. He thrives in his role as a "hometown style" server who could easily transition to any high-end restaurant in this town. Huge portions for a great price. They don't have a kids menu, but all my kids enjoyed what they got & since they're normal portions we had plenty of leftovers! My 5 year old got the spaghetti & meatballs, my 7 year old got the foot long chili cheese dog & my 14 year old tried the lobster mac & cheese (as did I!) We were there on Father's Day, so they had a different menu than normal. All the staff were attentive & helpful. Food was feel good, comfort food. My husband got a sloppy joe burger. The burger was just your typical hamburger patty, but that sloppy joe topping was *chefs kiss*! Overall it was a great meal, super affordable & we had a great time out with the fam! read more

We ate there on Saturday 11/07/2020. I had the chicken fried steak & eggs and my husband ordered the meat lovers omelet. Both our meals were delicious. We also ordered biscuits and gravy to split. The gravy was delicious and the biscuits were like cold hockey pucks. They looked like they didn't rise like a good fluffy biscuit does. We did order our meal at 11:00 am, but I think those biscuits were not very good. I did notice they didn't offer biscuits with any other breakfast. Maybe if they offered more biscuits they'd be fresher. read more

This place doesn't exist we went to the casino, walked all around, and we're finally directed to the existing restaurant when we inquired there a very rude hostess, replied with a blank look, and then finally said oh they change the names. This is the new restaurant due to their rudeness, the noise and the size and appearance of this new restaurant we elected to go elsewhere. read more

Stopped by for a quick bite and was really surprised. They have remodeled the whole place and it looks great as well as really clean. The service was quick and very friendly. The burgers were fantastic, really well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I had mine with the tots, let's just say I'm hooked. My friend had the Henderturkey it comes with turkey burger, stuffing and cranberry sauce, I am trying that next time for sure. We are looking forward to going back and trying some of the other new options. read more

You can't advertise it as being cod if you are selling and serving tilapia. Both the fish and chips and the fish tacos claimed to be cod and they were definitely not. Instead of big chunks of moist luscious cod both of our meals were made with flat, dry, sort of filet shaped 1 to 2 ounce flavorless mystery fish. Most likely tilapia. Bait and switch. Pun intended. I even asked the wait staff prior to ordering if it was really cod. I was assured that it was. Nope! But the chips were good. And the ice water was cold. read more

I'm so sad.....my husband and I moved from Henderson a few years ago. We are about 90 minutes away now. We decided to go over to our fave restaurant that we used to visit almost every other night at the Rainbow. Needless to say I thought some thing might have changed as it wasn't as busy or bustling as they used to be,. We used to have to wait 30-45 minutes to get a table and we did! The menus is no where near what it used to be. I did not enjoy my meal at all, nor did my husband. Bring back the old staff, old menu and the old cooks. PLEASE! We won't go back. 1 star as our server was good. Anthony I think was his name. read more

Breakfast is the way to go here! Any other time of the day not so much.... Pancakes, fried steak and eggs, triple b breakfast platter are all perfect and the price is well worth it. Get their rewards and they send you weekly coupons for a different breakfast for free each week. Service is hit or miss but can be overlooked by the price. read more

Been there 3 different visits because of buy 1 get 1 free meal coupons. Took us 3 visit to learn never to go again. Each visit was the same horrible incompetent service. Each time we had to get our own silverware and napkins from the waiter station. Each time we could not get any refills on drinks. Each time was at least a 40 minutes wait for food? The last visit we had to sit at the bar and waited 14 minutes to get menus, another 7 minutes to order drinks, another 31 minutes to get a Caesar Salads with Crispy Chicken. What came was a much earlier prepared bulk collection of Romaine lettuce tossed in a bland Caesar salad dressing with some old grated Romano cheese sprinkled on it and 1 single chicken tender cut into 7 pieces. For $7.99 each. Apparently, the way to get anything close to service is to be a local that knows waitress names so you can shout! 3 visits, 3 abysmal experiences, 3 strikes - we are out. Locals who patronize this dump must have service expectations below sea level. We and our family, friends, and business colleagues will never be back. read more

Other then that the prices you cannot beat for how much food you get and how tasty it all is! Inside the old Images Restaurant now called Triple B's Brooks Brothers Burgers. I ordered the Creole Burger and what a great burger!! Unique way they make their fries also, sliced potato fries, really good too! Yeah I see myself coming back too! :) I was going to take a photo put I ate it and forgot :( lol A really great place to come too :) read more

I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

But it is responsible for managing its space and paying attention when a customer is being harassed or assaulted directly in front of staff. Please improve how you manage the pickup/line area and train employees to recognize when something is clearly wrong. If you see two men unnecessarily crowding a woman who is by herself while she is loudly confronting them, take 30 seconds to ask, "Are you okay?" I shouldn't have been sexually assaulted while picking up lunch and then left feeling as though nobody in the room cared enough to even ask what happened.

She was attentive, and checked in on us several times even though she was running the dining area by herself. She brought us warm dinner rolls with soft butter. We both ordered the Prime Rib special for $15.95/each. The food was delicious. I opted in for medium. It already comes with Au jus sauce, horseradish, and I ordered the mash potatoes. BTW, the cafe is clean and definitely doesn't smell like cigarettes when you enter the casino. It's a nice, classic, place to visit.

The menu shows traditional breakfast/ diner fare. This morning I ordered the bacon and eggs breakfast special. Quickly and well-prepared, I enjoyed every bite. And the low price was much appreciated. If you don't expect chefey flourishes, you will leave very happy. And great service as well.

I've been to an Ely's in the Northside of Vegas and it was really good food and service. This food took forever. I took into account the business of the restaurant. But half the plates came on time and the other half came when we were done eating. The adult food came first and the kids food came last. Big No No. We shared our breakfast with our kids and then by the time rest came, I could tell the server forgot about us about half an hour later. It was not a great experience and her service was very inattentive. She forgot about us a lot. I hate having these types of experiences with my kids because I want to make sure my kids have a good time the times we go out to eat all together. I probably won't visit this location again. But the one in North Las Vegas, will definitely see us again. The restaurant was clean but and semi busy. But the wait staff barely smiled and it didn't feel too welcoming. The restaurant in North Vegas experience was a 5 and this one was more of a 1 but I'm giving it a 2 because of the experience at the other location. Food presentation was nice. I'd like to hope they work on the things that went wrong Here.

She asked how everything is and my mom said something was spicy but good and the waiter offered so switch it out with another dish and was really sweet.

First review alert!!…read more This is day one of Cadence Crossing and Tin Lizard. This restaurant has a very modern feel and open. The service is very friendly and the menu has a great selection which was not too small and not too large. I was seated in a lounge area, which overlooked the stage that a design that paid tribute to their other properties like Orleans, Stardust, and of course Jokers Wild. It appeared, some food came out from the kitchen to the servers on this futuristic robot ...cool! Also the servers work from tablets which is convenient for everyone. I tried the chicken tortilla soup, which ironically was the only soup on the menu I see. Its different! It has a spice to it and it stands out from everybody's cookie cutter version! On to the chicken club! It was presented nicely. I did ask for no tomatoes and it still came with tomatoes.But I chalked it up to growing pains on a very busy grand opening day..so no huge deal. Sandwich was extremely tasty and i could tell it was important for them for this opening service to be successful. In the eyes of a customer, I think it absolutely was. Asked for eggs medium, to me that is firm white with soft to slight firm yolk. Needed to return as whites were on the under cooked side, think snotty. Problem was fixed promptly. Unfortunately the hash wasn't that good. The brisket had an old taste and tuff. Also I would ask for light oil. Wait staff was great, place was empty for breakfast time, but it is the new place in the Cadence Casino. It's a nice environment not up scale but not to sports barrie on the dinning room side. This is my second time trying this place just FYI.
