We've always had to wait for a table because the place isn't very big. Just give your name to the hostess and they'll call your name on the overhead system when your table is ready. And while you're waiting, why not try your luck at one of the many slots available that are calling your name to play it Since we came for lunch (btw you can still.order from the breakfast menu till 1pm), it was CROWDED and we waited 25 minutes for our table. Once we were seated, service was quick. Drinks ordered. Food choices ordered. We.did wait a bit for our food but understood that it was very busy. Food was good. We left with full tummies.

The Server gal who was very polite, and professional, told me that on the 'free meal' coupons they will not take any extra requests as to how the food is cooked. I told her I couldn't eat it red inside and that was their usual way to cook it - medium. She felt bad, and said the cooks would not do it and they'd get mad at her for asking. I could see that it was not something I could even reason with anyone about. I was embarrassed at making one simple request. I thanked the Server gal and left before ordering. Felt bad for her and she was very sorry she had to tell us no requests for free food prep. I gathered the customer was not important to the Triple B (franchise) located in the Rainbow Casino. The Restaurant they replaced after the Covid shutdown - the original Restaurant was fantastic. I wish they had not replaced it. Emerald Casino next door (original Restaurant) is so much better, anyway. Cut down on my gambling there, too. Ambience, is decent. Thank you.

We went on a Thursday @5:30, not busy at all , we got a nice seat and view by the floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful view of the golf course . We saw geese , quail , hummingbirds and jack rabbits! We came here because I read they have food on happy hour and beers for $5 Not the case . They have very few house wines for $5, I had Woodford Cabernet which was actually not bad , my husband had Atomic Duck from able Baker Brewing , In a can for $8 We shared the buffalo chicken dip which was $13 and pretty good . So you can order off the appetizer menu but not happy hour pricing . No beer is $5 . Our server Amir was very nice ! We will try the dinner menu next week , doesn't seem to be overly expensive. We were hoping to catch a sunset and the view of the strip at night which would be great but they close @7 and it's not dark yet . There IS grass in southern Nevada! We've been in and out of their lot consistently for about 3 maybe 4 days while also enjoying the culinary expertise of the Bullet Train restaurant adjacent to Railroad Pass. Last night Boeba and I walked into the casino portion looking for the Iron Rail...I figured as good as the food at Bullet Train was, the Iron Rail would be just as good but something different. I was way off! We walked in one entrance and after walking through the stale smoke I found the restaurant. I looked at the menu and realized it was similar yet more expensive the the Bullet Train. I decided to go back to the Bullet Train for what would be our last meal on the grounds of the Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino/truck stop. While coming and going daily I noted no time limit signage explaining any 12, 16, 18, 24 or 36 hour stay limit. My stays weren't consistent as I visited with my cousin in Henderson for a night or 2. When parked there I cleaned up after my dog, myself and never unhitched my trailer from my truck. It's a very large lot with a designated lot for long term truckers and a smaller lot for short term. Adjacent the a line of Tesla chargers was a smaller lot for RVs and trailers which is where I'd been parking during my visits. This morning, while walking Boeba and getting coffee at the TA station I was approached by 2 security guards and asked to leave, stating that I'd been there too long. Even though I ate consistently at the Bullet Train, and deeply appreciate their hospitality and service. Boeba was always well behaved in all areas. After mentioning my patronization to their facilities the guard said if I wasn't paying to stay in the hotel I couldn't be on their property for more than...some amount of hours, I stopped listening, I said got it and turned away. I finished my coffee and my show and we left. The Bullet Train food was exceptional as well as their service in management, the bar, kitchen and the restaurant! I wish I could say I'll be back but after the experience with security I'd rather not.

Food came out in a reasonable time. They had quite a few customers but were around to check on us. We split both sandwiches. I finished my portion of the reuben but did not eat much of the turkey, so i took it to go. They have a grab and go section inside the bar where you can grab a breakfast burrito or a bag of chips etc. Seems like they have some deals. They have a big cooler of ice just outside the restaurant if you wanna refill your cart cooler. Restrooms are through the pro shop. You can definitely order on the golf cart ahead of time and have stuff waiting for you at the turn. We played so early and moved quickly so we did not get hungry til we were finished. They have a couple TVs and some bar seating. There was a loud group of guys there, maybe a bachelor party outing for golf, that was well tolerated. We sat in the "bar" area. At that time there were around 5 patrons sitting at the bar proper playing video poker and the like. Pretty quite. We sat at the bar tables and not at the bar because usually those are reserved for people playing video poker, in most taverns it is. No big deal. My friend went to the bar and asked the server about getting a couple of beers. She was polite and came out from the bar to serve us. She took the beer and wing order. She also asked if we'd like waters. Yes thank you and my friend asked for lemon with his water. And this is where it went down hill and fast. She came out with the two beers and water but no lemon. My friend asked about the lemon and she apologized for not having already with his water. No big deal, at this point. The wings come out and again. No lemon. My friend goes up to the bar, a scant under 5 feet away from our bar table and nicely asks again for his lemon. At this point, she could have just put a few in a small cup and this would be the end. Nope. She says she'll bring some around. At this point. The number of patrons at the bar is still sitting at 5. All happily playing video poker. There doesn't seem like a lot needs to be done with them at this point. I even saw the server putting on lip gloss or whatever. Now the server gets to bringing over the lemon that was missing from the beginning of the order. Well, we got read the riot act. She begins to tell us that, if we want to have somebody waiting on them at a moments notice, we should have gone to the resturant portion of the Pub and Grill because there are more people to help and that she is all by herself. This is verbatim. The people that are playing poker at the bar are priority not the people sitting at the tables. Next time you're just eating and drinking go to the restaurant portion of the establishment not the bar she explained. Well, my friend just so happens to be a bartender and said, yes, you've got to do some juggling, I get it. But to have to ask three times to get something that should have been included with the order that showed up is on the server. Then to basically tell us, your presences here in the bar is of low priority is an insult. Sucking up to the patrons that gamble so you get a bigger tip is on you love. You run the bar area, all the patrons are your priority. I didn't pay the bill my friend did and by the way of his reaction to it all, I'm sure the tip was close to ZERO. If this is indicative of the bar staff at this and all other locations, my hard earned money will be going elsewhere where.
