The Wedding Cakes were perfect with bits of pecans and rolled in powdered sugar. The clear winner here was the Pecan Shortbread cookies. At first appearance the cookies look really thick and dense but don't be fooled. These cookies are light, crispy and full of pecan chips. The bottom of bag was littered with so many pecans. The cost of each tiny bag ranged from 4.75 to 6.35. If you want stacks of cookies made by a machine with ingredients determined by corporate scientists then head to the grocery store.
