I emailed Chantel's two days after the in-person meeting informing them that my credit card had not been charged and asked when it would be. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. It was not until the morning of my wedding did I receive a PayPal invoice, in which was paid within 3 hours of receipt. Maybe a planner would have been helpful in completing additional follow-ups with the business WHICH IS CLEARLY REQUIRED, so that I didn't have to be the one to realize the cake was missing. However, a business should establish some sort of organization that would allow them not to forget an order IN THE FIRST PLACE. The sad fact is that Dennis told me that the error should have never happened it was entirely their fault and he would provide a FULL REFUND which he has failed to do.
