My daughter and her 4 friends had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and will work with you based on your party needs.

Stars and Strikes

Since moving to the area, I have visited Stars and Strikes four times, and each experience has been…read moreenjoyable. As someone who loves entertainment-packed venues, this place has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a fun night out. There are a few drawbacks, but overall, it offers a great experience for families, kids, and adults alike. One of my favorite features is the Spark VIP bowling lane, which adds a unique twist to traditional bowling. The cool virtual effects you can select make the experience more immersive and visually appealing. If you're looking for something beyond a standard bowling game, I highly recommend opting for this lane--it's worth it! One of the biggest highlights of Stars and Strikes is the sheer variety of entertainment options in one location. Aside from bowling, you can enjoy arcade games, play pool, watch TV, and just relax. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend hours without getting bored. The ambiance is lively and loud, which is expected in a setting like this, and they always play great music that adds to the fun atmosphere. However, I do have a couple of minor complaints. The drinks are expensive, which is a little disappointing given the casual, arcade-like setting. It would be great if they had better drink specials to make it more affordable. Additionally, the service can be a little slow, especially during peak hours. That said, I've noticed they are often extremely busy, so I now try to visit later in the evening when things are slightly less hectic. As for the food, I haven't personally tried it yet, but from what I've seen, it appears to be standard bar-style food, similar to what you'd find at other arcade and bowling venues. If you're looking for gourmet dining, this probably isn't the place, but for quick bites while having fun, it seems to fit the bill. One of the best aspects of this location is that parking is easy, which is always a plus when visiting an entertainment venue. The convenience of not having to circle around looking for a spot makes arriving stress-free. Considering that Columbus, GA doesn't have a ton of entertainment options, Stars and Strikes is definitely a solid choice for a night out. Despite the minor drawbacks, I'll continue to come back because it's one of the few places in town that offers a well-rounded entertainment experience. Whether you're with family, friends, or even on a date night, this place provides a fun, energetic atmosphere that keeps you entertained. If you haven't checked it out yet, it's definitely worth a visit!

If anything needed attention, she addressed it quickly either herself or made sure staff addressed it. Food: We got cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and the cookie. Everything was really good and we had enough to take home. Entertainment: The games don't give a ton of tickets per play, but they also don't use a ton of points (or you can get a card for a certain number of minutes - which is the BEST deal!). Several games have been updated, but they are definitely still geared mostly towards kids (though adults can have fun with them as well). They have a new trampoline thing, which is priced separately than the arcade stuff. It's nice for little kids, the only drawback is if bigger kids jump with toddlers OR sick kids jumping and running into other kids (the sick kids are playing games too, but this is person to person contact versus touching a game then another touches the game after). Chuck E. Cheese came out to do the dance and take pictures. Whomever was playing him did a great job, walked around to see any kids at tables or playing games. Prizes: The prizes are kid friendly, and I don't think they're outrageously priced. They do allow you to buy tickets to get to another level, which is a nice option. Cleanliness: The tables and trash areas were clean. The only place I think could use some TOC is the drink area (specifically where you get straws. I would definitely prefer to see individually wrapped straws and hand sanitizer stations (especially at the salad bar, trampoline area, and drink station).

The kids had tons of fun seeing the snakes, alligators, turtles, fishes and other animals as well. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and informative about the programs that they'll have in the near future. They have little stations for the kids to interact with around the center. We met another young lady who took the time to talk to us. It was nice of her to stay back and talk to the kids about the modeled dam. Thank you for being professional and courteous to us. Admission is donation at least $5 or whatever you can do. Sanitizer station at every entrance and exits ( I love that ) thank you for caring about our health. Restrooms were clean They have souvenirs and other things that you can purchase at the front of the building. If you're vaccinated you don't have to wear a mask but if you want to wear a mask you can. Some employees wore masks and some didn't. It wasn't crowded at all and we got there around 1ish. Which was great for us because we had 7 kids to look after :) Plenty of parking but very few are in the shade. Not sure if you're able to bring your own food but it is a nice spot to do a picnic. I would highly recommend this place for others to experience!! If and when we come back, we'll definitely visit here again!!

The other worker we encountered monitoring the courses was unfriendly and when asking her questions she told me to check the signs instead of just giving me an answer? She seemed unhappy to be there. This place is just dirty. We were first jumpers there on the day we visited and there was trash on the floor, food crumbs, hair and debris on many of the trampolines. They even had trash (candy bar wrappers) under the playground area for small kids. The cubbies for shoe/belongings storage had trash, used rolled up jump socks, and food in them. One area during our visit was down for maintenance even though you still had to pay for it in ticket pricing/there is no discount. I left wanted to sterilize my kids. We have been to other trampoline parks in town and I was a bit baffled by this one. Again, as first in jumpers the place had clearly not been sanitized or cleaned. This is middle of the week so I am curious as to how often they even take precautionary sanitizing measures? For $87 after tax this was totally not worth it!
