Multiple Missed Appointments: A Warning About Trinity Solar It is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Trinity Solar. Unfortunately, their track record of missing multiple appointments and providing subpar customer service has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options. From the outset, Trinity Solar portrayed themselves as a reliable and customer-focused organization. However, it quickly became evident that their promises were nothing more than empty words. The first appointment they missed was our initial consultation, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also neglected to communicate or provide any explanation for their absence. This lack of professionalism was concerning, to say the least. Hoping that it was an isolated incident, I rescheduled the consultation and gave them another chance. Unfortunately, history repeated itself, and they missed the second appointment as well. Once again, I was left waiting, wasting precious time and energy. Their disregard for punctuality and their customers' schedules is simply unacceptable. Attempting to address the issue with Trinity Solar's customer service proved to be an exercise in frustration. Multiple calls to customer service only resulted in offers of rescheduling more appointments. It seemed that once they had secured my interest, their commitment to delivering on their promises evaporated. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability only added insult to injury. The consequences of their missed appointments extend beyond mere inconvenience. I had hoped to transition to solar energy, both for environmental reasons and to reduce my energy costs. However, due to Trinity Solar's repeated failures, I am now left in limbo, uncertain about my next steps and wary of entrusting my solar installation to a company that has demonstrated such unreliability. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Trinity Solar. Their repeated failure to honor their commitments, coupled with their dismissive customer service, has shattered my trust in their ability to provide a reliable and satisfactory service. I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options and seek out a solar company that values professionalism, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. Don't make the same mistake I did by placing your trust in Trinity Solar. read more

I am so glad I picked Trinity Solar as my solar solution. I can not believe the 1-star reviews; it takes six months to get a solar project to start producing energy (up and running). It is not because of Trinity but because of the town taking so long to inspect the installation, and because of the utility company taking so long to turn on the project and installing the digital meter. I have not one negative thing to say about Trinity solar. I did a lot of research on solar panels, and I asked for LG panels, there was no issue with asking for LG panels. I liked that Trinity does not install solar panels with the mini inverters on them, because if the mini-inverter fails the solar panel does not work. The salesman that visited my home is a gentleman, and we had a great conversation about the solar panels, Solar Renewable Energy Credits, and about buying the solar solution. It was a no-brainer to buy the solar solution because of the Residential Energy Tax Credit of 30%, and because of the SREC's. Well manufactured solar panels will easily last 25 years and will be paid off in less than eight years. The installation team were very professional and did not hint at needing a tip to do a good job. The installation looked aesthetically pleasing, no wires hanging out. I have had a fantastic experience with Trinity Solar. I live in Elizabeth, NJ, and would not mind anyone thinking of using Trinity Solar to visit my home. I never felt pressured to get my installation done with Trinity. I wanted to use Trinity Solar because I heard great reports about Trinity Solar from people I have spoken with. Trinity will fix any issue with install if there is one. Remove the 1-star rating once the small problem is fixed. Stop being so negative people. You sound like typical trolls, who only know how to troll and complain. Trinity Solar is a very professional company; they are a serious company. A lot of the Solar Companies are putting up the cheapest and inferior Solar Panels on your roof. Most people do not research the solar panels and the types of installations that can be completed for your Solar Solution. I love this company; they give you the panels that you want, they even offered better panels than I asked for, LG330 panels were offered. read more

Trinity went above and beyond my expectations. I met with Dan Lyman who was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain how the program works and how I didn't have to pay for anything other than a lower guaranteed price for clean electricity. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I don't have a voice box and I use a hand held electrolarynx to speak. Sometimes its hard for people to understand me, but Dan understood very well. He also let his customer service team know that they may need to be patient when speaking on the phone with me. They also were very nice, and kept me informed and up to date about the install dates etc. The install guys were very professional and did a great Job, I can't thank them enough.. I asked them if they would be able to remove a 50 yr old TV antenna thats been an eyesore on my roof forever, and they not only took it down, but offered to cut it up and get rid of it for me. That was very helpful because my town would not have taken it away with the trash. The install went very well, I was a bit worried because there was snow on my roof, but they assured me thats not a problem. They came early and shoveled off the snow early and the sun melted the rest. They also shoveled the snow off my porch area which was very nice of them too. They were all wonderful, My solar panels look great and I can't wait for the sunny weather to arrive. I would highly recommend Trinity Solar. read more

I am a local customer who used this company, and found them to deceitful, dishonest, greedy, unprofessional, unsafe and incompetent. I think I should literally get into this business as it appears I would be very successful. I would do everything the exact opposite way Trinity did. From the first phone call from a sales man to the installers to the lack of customer service....leaves much, much, much to be desired!! This is the most dysfunctional business model I have ever dealt with as a home owner. There seems to be a lot of nepotism at this outfit and it is seriously affecting the customer in a negative way. The crews that came to my house appeared to be high on drugs and or drunk....they did not speak English nor could I communicate with them at all. No one returned any of my calls regarding my concerns. They did not complete the job.....damaged my roof and duct work in my attic!! These people are getting rich at the public's expense.....the public needs to be warned. Seriously have to think how long does Trinity plan on being around. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction and appear only to be in it for the money and then they run....raping hard working honest citizens and laughing all the way to the bank. Please stay far, far away from these very bad people. I would be glad to discuss further and elaborate for any one who wishes or who is currently entangled in a nightmare with these people. read more

I had wanted solar all year and did some research on who the best local solar provider was. I also looked at reviews of solar providers to see what other reviewers had to say. Trinity Solar West Wareham office was constantly getting good reviews, and in retrospect - they performed to task perfectly. Jim Daley, their sales rep, came by and did a great job in outlining the whole process and what the timeline would be. He was totally up front with all the touch points of who does what when, and in the end this proved to be accurate. There were no surprises and we worked together to keep things moving along so that all committed dates would be met. And they were! I am very pleased with the 24 panel roof arrangement - it is on the back of my house and is barely visible from the back yard - all important from a cosmetic perspective! And now I monitor my solar production daily and see that even during cloudy days the system does produce some power. Since this was installed in winter, the days are the shortest of the year, so the fact that my power bill was cut by 80% was a good surprise for the first month! I look forward to the next bill without all the Christmas lights burning electricity and seeing the daytime hours extend to enable greater solar production. So far I am totally happy with this and would recommend Trinity Solar and Jim Daley without hesitation. read more

I was hesitant to proceed with my initial consultation with Trinity Solar based on a few bad reviews, mainly of the company's customer service structure. But I wanted to find out for myself. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Klein, who has been with this company for over six years, and I can't say enough about my fantastic experience. From the moment we first connected, Joseph displayed impressive professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care to help me make the best decision for my home. I am genuinely grateful for his guidance and the service provided by Trinity Solar. Joseph's dedication to ensuring I understood every aspect of solar energy was evident. His patient and clear responses to all my questions left me feeling well-informed and confident about my decision. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, as Joseph's focus was on providing me with the knowledge I needed to confidently choose solar energy. It was true that the companies website was a bit wonky, but Joseph's commitment to transparency was a standout feature of his service. He guided me through every step of the process, from the initial consultation to financing options and the installation timeline. His honest and clear explanations about potential savings and benefits, as well as what to expect, left me feeling fully prepared and confident about my decision. read more

I want to let Trinity Wall Twp location know that Ray and his team did an outstanding job. The installation went very smoothly, everything was completed in one day (39 panels), they were attentive to our requests on where the hardware (wiring) was to be placed. The day they did our installation it was 96 degrees with a heat index of over 100 degrees, yet this did not stop them from working. They cleaned up all the packaging etc. and removed from the property leaving the property looking like they were never here. This was an A+ team. Also want to thank Christopher Reedman our Traditional Energy Consultant for stopping out and checking on the installation Christopher shows his sound knowledge of the product he answered all our questions without hesitation This has been a great experience; we look forward to the township inspection and PSEG signing off so we can start producing our own electricity and stop paying high electric bills. read more

After speaking with the sales rep here in Beverly, MA, we decided to have Trinity Solar do our installation of solar panels and system. Mr. Flint was quite thorough and explained the whole process from beginning to end. Quite involved. They came out and did a detailed analysis of the solar energy potential on our roof, and came up with a design that would work for us. An installation date was picked, which they met. Their team of installers and electricians arrived on August 20th and completed the installation in one day, very professionally, and did a nice job of cleanup before they left. I have had my inspection from the City of Beverly and am generating my own solar power. I have only good things to say about the company, as they did everything that they promised, and on time as well. read more

The entire Trinity team, from my initial visit with Benji, to the business aspects with Daniel, and the installation process with David and his crew, was exceptional. With very little help from me, the project has been seamless. Even during record-breaking cold, the crew was hard at work on the installation. During installation, Daniel came to ensure my approval. David checked with me frequently to ensure that necessary hardware was placed appropriately to my expectations. Finally, my stepmother, a municipal architect, and my father, a master carpenter and urban building inspector, gave their approval. My father stated, "I'm impressed. These guys know what they're doing." The level of professionalism demonstrated by the entire time has been reassuring and enjoyable. read more

So far my experience with Trinity Solar has been excellent! Not only did they take over the delayed service I hadn't received from a different provider, they took it over under the same agreement and had it installed within a month after taking it over. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the meter reporting in my first first month and when I called to get it resolved, I didn't get any push-back, they were very accommodating in resolving the issue and providing me a credit. I was very impressed and very pleased. So far, so good, excellent customer service! read more

This company knocked on my door out of the blue and were very aggressive. They wouldn't take no for an answer. I decided to take the appointment to get them off my porch and I'm so glad I did. Turns out those guys are just passionate about saving people money. The install crew was done in a day left no trace. Very clean. They are saving me so much money on my JCPL bills it's not funny. I also referred them to my friends and got $500 cash. So cool I am looking for more referrals now. Definitely use them. read more

From my first experience with the salesman Matt Muniz, to the time I received my first electric bill, everything flowed easily. I met the sales team twice, signed and was excited for installation. The guys who did the install were here for 2 days and they were professional and respectful. After my township finally found time for an inspection, everything was done. Except for happily buying the installation team lunch one day, I didn't put out a dime but my electric bill is over 75% less. Just as promised. read more

Thomas walked up to my door at 902 e street in Millville, NJ and I was very weary at first. We didn't know understand how we could get solar at no cost. I signed up for a PPA agreement and two months later it was installed at no money down. Trinity keeps the state and federal credits I just pay a lower electric rate. Thomas was very polite and professional. There is no conduit running down my roof, everything was done through the attic. I recommend Thomas and Trinity to everyone! read more
