Class A 30' Fleetwood motor home. Entry step wouldn't extend. Called Trinity RV repair on recommendation of the RV campground I was in - not knowing they were several miles away. Tech came out, tested and verified the motor that operates the step was burned out....he didn't have one on his truck and his shop didn't have one in stock. Ordering one would take a couple of days which I agreed to. After a couple of days, they called and said it was going to be more time because they couldn't get one from this supplier. I told him never mind and got back on the road. Trinity RV LLC had billed me over $900 - when I asked for a refund and canceled, they returned only $443.....so I'm being charged $350 to cancel? I could understand a couple of hundred for the service call, but $350 and they fix anything? I don't think so.... Can you say THIEVES! So, I bought a motor from Amazon, called for a repair service here in Casa Grande, AZ, who came out and installed the new motor I had for $280! Trinity? You was me to remove this send me $280. read more

Trinity saved Christmas ! First of all we were at the KOA in Kenner Louisiana. The KOA staff should be highly recommended. Also they are the goat of KOA's goat meaning greatest of all time . employees ,owner ,everyone if I had $1 million I would give it to them. We were heading out to Pensacola when the RV died . the first three mechanics came out and tore a part the RV and was threatening to take out the driveshaft until we told them No . then they wanted it towed to their shop and again said no They were clearly out of their depth . we called Trinity and they arrived and in the first hour, they found a lot of serious problems that the other mechanics never found . we are on the second day of Trinity mechanics on the RV. Our RV runs like new and we are very happy that they saved Christmas. My sister is in Atlanta. She is disabled waiting for us to come and help decorate her house and wrap presents . Again. We are very thrilled with Trinity. They are Good God-fearing people. read more

I was given their info by a family member. We were in a pinch after calling around for 2 days to all other RV places with no help. Our break line was leaking & we have a trip coming up. So we needed this fixed ASAP & not cost us a fortune. We were able to get the help that we needed that same day. They came to us & after a through evaluation, they discovered multiple break lines were leaking, & the fuel line to the generator was rusted out as well. They were fair with pricing & time management. When we asked about a spot in the floor that had water damage, they were able to fix that too! Great communication every step of the way and again fair prices. They will be our go to RV repair from now on & the ones I will tell others to go to as well. Thank y'all so much!!! Do not call this service. Call anyone else. He will leave you worse off than when you started. He will do 1/4 job charge you an exorbitant fee with promises if returning, but for another charge. In the long run he cost us more than if we left our part broken. Also, just wants your insurance and warranty info to try and scam them. Stay away from this joker. read more

I was stuck on the 1-10 in LaPlace and waited 3 hours for my roadside assist to find someone willing to change a blown out tire on that narrow road. The regular pop-a-lock service they use refused to come. As soon as Trinity RV were engaged, they let me know they were on the way. (before my insurance people rang back and I told them, Ive already been contacted by Trinity RV) It was definitely a dangerous spot but it wasnt an issue for Trinity RV who had one person holding a light directing traffic, making the space safe to work on my tire. The second gentleman knew exactly how to get the spare tire out.. tricky on the dodge caravan - I knew how to do it but was unable to. Once he jacked up the car the tire was able to slide out from underneath. And then he changed the tire and ended my unhappy experience stranded on the roadside of I-10. All to say when you need the services of someone reliable, call Trinity RV. Thank you guys, Im super grateful they called you. read more

Trinity RV saved my vacation. Our hydraulic system went out while in our driveway prior to leaving for our vacation. I called Trinity RV on a Friday after closing hours. They answered my call and agreed to come out to my home the next day. I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip but Jason was able to fix the problem. The camper was purchased used but was new to my husband. Jason was such a big help not just fixing the problem but showing my husband how different things worked on the camper. Our 1987 Airstream had a lot of things wrong with it... broken AC, dangerous electric wiring, faulty brakes, and more. My husband and I felt desperate to get it fixed before driving across country to deliver it to my brother as his home. No one called me. She kept cutting me off. It has nothing to do with insurance. She has me confused with another customer. She told me to take my business elsewhere. read more
