Love going to Trinity! the security is always so sweet and the bartenders are so much fun!

Place is not so bad, music OK and yes its a meat market, but for a birthday party one can bear it. Problem is that is absolutely disorganized and the bouncers are perfect morons. I was invited to a private event and probably I needed to have a specific stamp for that, however they gave me and my friend the regular one by mistake, even if we were in VIP list. We were let upstairs, but once we went to the toilets we were not allowed to go back to the VIP section (where I had my purse and my coat) because the stamp was wrong. I tried to tell the bouncer that I was in list and that my money/keys/coat/cell phone were upstairs, that I needed to get them, but this ignorant human being wouldn't hear it and started treating me like i was some un-welcomed person. So i as soon as someone else went up I sneaked in with the only purpose to get my stuff and leave (sorry to the b-day guy, next pick a better place! lol!!). The bouncer must have freaked out because he sent behind me other 2 bouncers! REALLY? I am a woman and I am petite and this moron needed to do that? REALLY? I have to say that the black bouncer was nice and decent, but the white one must have issues with women, because he started telling me not to touch him and enjoy my evening, I tried to explain to him what happened, I was probably bending toward him because of the noise and I wanted to be sure he heard me, but all the white coward could repeat was: don't touch me. So I told him he was a coward to treat a client like that, especially because the misunderstanding was their fault. They let you order drinks as late as 1.45 but then right after they take your drinks away from you. Spent more than 20+ getting drinks then they have staff steal your drinks cause they're closing. Doesn't make sense, the bartender should be telling you this but they don't. read more

Hands down the BEST club in Seattle and I've been to them all! Large, two music rooms one's more EDM and the blue room is more HipHop! The bar tenders are super nice and bathrooms are usually clean. There's 3 separate bars too and then a big ass VIP section! Would 100% recommend read more

STRICT AND BORING. If you pay with card, there's a charge. Alcohol zone is strictly upstairs, which sucks because hardly anyone (about 10ppl from my count) are upstairs. So if you wanna grab a drink, don't think you can still dance because you'll be drinking away from everyone. Now, I'm definitely not the biggest club go-er. In fact, I'm twenty two and I just recently went to Trinity for the first time, and it was my first club I've ever been to (unless you count clubs in Scotland, which was an accident, and 13 year olds can get in there!) and I'll have to say that it was a good first time experience for me. Three different bars, two dance floors, cool lighting and a lot of fun people. The first part of the night I was here the main dance floor wasn't opening until 11, which was lame. So we were in the blue room, I think its referred to as the techno room? I don't know exactly, but anyways, dancing my butt off with all my friends was a blast. Good amount of people, and then once the main dance floor was open it was OVER. I was out there all night shakin' my thang :) drinks are strong and reasonably priced. I had a blast, and now that I've gone, I'm sure I'll go again. If you want to have fun and dance all night, this place is great to go to! read more

Had a Saturday night here last month. It was a great time. Pretty good music. Lots of fun people. Drinks were a bit spendy but good.

I went here for my bachelorette party because we thought it would be fun to get out and get some dancing in. The idea of having three different rooms with different music is a good idea, but I felt like the other two rooms are way too small and there is really only one big main room with a specific type of music, but unfortunately there were so many people packed into the room that there is no way to even being. Is more like just moving in place and constantly getting your toes stepped on or getting shoved. I don't know that this is Trinity's fault because I know that Seattle is currently overpopulated, but perhaps they could have some kind of occupancy for tickets or something. The main bar is all right but there is a secondary bar that offers discounted drink on special in the other room, don't even bother it is like Kool-Aid with no alcohol at all, felt like a rip off read more

I came here for celebrating my friend's birthday on Friday night . We came in quite late(around midnight). However, we waited for only 10 minutes before they let us in. When we were in the main dance floor, it was way smaller than what you see in the photos. Like a small restaurant, I would have to say, with two sides of VIP tables upstairs. The service was bad like usually clubs. I ordered one drink for my friend cuz we already pre game, the bartender asked"only one?!". I was like yes. And she starred at me and repeated the sentence again and kind of smirk. I was gonna buy more drinks later, but decided not to. However, the music here is great. Personally, I like house music more than hip-hop, but this place played house for the first half and turned on hip-hop until the closing time. I would recommend pre game a lot before you came here, drinks were very expensive. There was also ($10) entrance fee so be aware of that. read more

Fun night club! Don't like the fact that I have to stay upstairs with my drink. Should've stayed a 21+ club. SO crowded with all the youngins. Drinks stuck!!! Asked for a cherry Vodka sour and revived vodka and water 3 times. $1 wells before 10pm which is good if they served better drinks though. read more

Let me start off with one thing. Given my age now, I don't think I fit the target demographic anymore. Never mind that I've been the clubbing type, I'll give my review on the crowd. Mostly younger group, clearly in their early 20s out to have a good time. Good looking crowd of girls some dressed in club attire and others....well, it is Seattle! The lay out of the building is pretty huge with multiple levels, multiple rooms. If you want to dance, they have a dance floor with live DJ. Love some of the Chinese style decor and apparently taken out of some previously demolished buildings right here in Seattle. It's a cool little spot and a great place to meet people no doubt. The down side is it is right next to a convenience store that tons of bums like to hang out at so it would probably be in the best interest of women to come and leave as a group. read more

Came here for a friends going away party and it lasted about maybe 15 minutes until we were told that everyone was cut off and kicked out. I'm not quite sure why we were kicked out as there was no specific reason given. Only thing I can think of is that some of our group was a little on the older side. If you are reading these reviews, I assume you haven't been to Trinity, in which case it is a 4-star, as in, you should go. Why? Because this is THE entry-level club in Seattle, nothing spectacular, but tried-and-true. All non-clubbers have heard about it; all clubbers have been there. It has multiple rooms, plays your top-40 songs, and has a bar. I've been there three times, once to see Jay Sean, once for my bday, and once for Halloween. None of the nights were epic, but nevertheless lots of good memories because everyone goes there. So go, and decide whether you want to revisit or expand. read more

Honestly deserves negative stars. Tonight I decided to head to Trinity in seattle. I heard about the $1 drinks via Facebook aswell as I came by last weekend and dropped a few hundred at the bar. Tonight I arrived just before 9 pm and Ty the door guy checked me in Mind you while I was in line a bum came up to me and asked me for a cigarette and a few bucks. I gave it to him, after that Ty was joking around with this gentleman. I had one drink (whisky and coke) then ordered my second and stepped outside for a cigarette. While I was out there I told a guy I like his hat because it was the mariners. That caught Ty's attention and he asked me, "Why are you making fun of him?" I told him I wasn't. He said then said, "a lot of people wear hats walking up and down this street" I proceeded to let him know mariners fan. Following that he told me, "Yeah we'll see how much of a seattle fan you are when you don't get back in tonight." In all honesty I thought he was joking because of how ridiculous it was. After I finished smoking he then said go talk to the tall guy at the other door. I asked him about what, he then said, "Why I won't let you back in." So I proceed to go talk to 'Chris' the security manager. As I'm walking over they're both communicating via mic. Chris didn't even listen to anything I had to say and asked me to leave. This is all before 10pm, and I've only had one drink to this point. I understand you guys deal with over the top people, but I was sober. I also own a local business and I would never say or do anything to damage my reputation. For whatever reason 'Ty' had a chip on his shoulder and it completely ruined my night. It is what it is, a nightclub in Pioneer Square. Though this really isn't my cup of tea (I am not, and will never be a club person) I went with a group of friends to simply just dance and have fun with the people I was with. I can't give this place a terrible review because as I was waiting for my expensive vodka soda I realized that this club caters to the 20something college crowd and seems to do a pretty decent job at that. I don't see myself going back anytime soon but can honestly see the appeal it has for the younger, trendier set and if that's who you are, you will have a decent time. read more

Some of the bouncers are really rude. I was in the club and left to get some fresh air, when i tried to get back in from the bar side, multiple girls went inside without getting their ids checked. So i tried to follow them in because i assumed thats the process for everyone. Then suddenly i hear the baouncer start yelling at me from across the side walk while leaning on a car. He let those girls in because he was too distracted trying to hit on a girl and when i told him that i didnt know i had to show him my id because he was so far from the entrance, he goes to call me a disrespectful asshole multiple times and intentionally holds me up for 10 min and lets everybody who was in line after me in before he lets me back inside. Other than that the djs are good but the club gets too full and too hot and you barely have enough room to move let alone dance. read more

I heard mixed reviews about this place. I haven't gone "clubbing" in sooo long, and I now remember why I stopped going. The club is so typical, the atmosphere, the desperate boys and attention starved girls. The most entertaining thing the club has to offer other than the variety of the people that frequent these clubs, is the bollywood room. I have to say it was a riot watching people dance to the soundtrack of slumdog millionaire. The drinks are expensive, but after the super affordable 5 dollar cocktails in San Diego..Maybe I just forgot that paying 10 for a drink is normal for the Seattle scene. read more

No. Just no. I wanted to give this place a chance because I know my standard are exceptionally high having worked in the nightclub industry in Los Angeles & San Diego but wow this place is awful. The only pro here was that I didn't pay cover and the doorman gave me and my girls free drink tokens, but hey, I'm 22 & pretty so... To be expected? The cons (and God there's a lot of them): *There were 3 long ass lines on Saturday, and NONE of them were moving. Only to be disappointed when we finally get inside that it's so dead. & why are there no promoters outside pulling people in? *While you wait in this line, prepare to be approached by homeless people, and LOTS of them. *The inside is a like a maze & very hard to navigate. I could only find one bathroom with 2 stalls & 2 "dance floors" with no one dancing... They definitely need some gogo dancers to get the party started. *Is there a dress code?! Or any selection process as to who gets in? I wouldn't assume so after seeing this place is speckled with people over the age of 40 (one 70+ regular chills in the hip hop room like an old pimp, so I hear...) which is reeeeeal awkward & young people dressed in clothes you go to the grocery store in. *VIP in one room consisted of a private couch and Coronas... Budget much? *There are a lot of foreigners lurking in corners just staring and and equal amount of others crowding the dance floor by NOT DANCING. Why did you pay a cover & parking & $11 for a vodka pineapple to stand here & not party? *The DJ was awful in the main room. There's sometimes 2 or 3 of them up in the booth, yet none if them know how to drop a beat. Lots of awkward pauses in the music and repeated songs. *I can't speak about the hip hop room because it was wall to wall crowded by the end of the night by - guess what? - more people not dancing. *Definitely not the place to go for attractive, single, club going hipsters. It's a lot of couples & 3rd wheels. This is definitely a low class place to go when you know you're not getting into a high end lounge or you're to lazy to wear heels or a tie. If you expect anything of worth, go elsewhere. Or better yet, stay home. You're probably more interesting than Trinity anyway. read more

I went out with several of my friends to this night club on a thursday after no other place was really upbeat as we just wanted to have some fun on the dance floor. The bouncers are super sweet but they do follow a strict dress code and if you aren't skanky then this isn't the place for you. I got threatened several times on being kicked out or not let in after I had already paid because my shirt had a hood attached to it. I was forced to tuck my hood in which made the rest of the night highly uncomfortable for me. I will not be going back because I didn't feel accepted as myself (in clothing I felt cute and comfortable in) and thats just a horrid feeling all together to have when you are just trying to find somewhere to have fun with your friends. read more

False Advertising. Website & E-mails advertised $1 drink specials, bartender refused to honor the deal at the venue.

The good: Inexpensive drinks and no line. The bad: Only one really good bartender and the others seemed to be put off by the customers. $15 cover charge for a very small dance club with an ok dj. Crackheads and panhandlers galore outside with no barrier to keep them from talking (and spitting) in your face. One crackhead was sitting against the building with her shirt completely lifted up while she scratched and picked at her body with EVERYTHING hanging out! Crazy crowd! There was someone getting kicked out every 5 minutes. Some were throwing water on the other guests after they were forcibly removed from the club. All in all, we were definitely NOT impressed! After buying shots and several drinks we were both stone cold sober because our adrenaline was beating out the alcohol. We will not be back to this place! read more

ohhhh trinity... my go-to club, when all else fails me. It seems as though trinity has gotten a bad rep, being in a sketchy part of town - in comparison to belltown or bellevue, but you can't expect too much from downtown seattle. Pros: - Location (Ibizas, Last Supper Club and Heaven are all within a block! So, get yourself on all the guestlists and pick when the time comes haha) - Relatively busy on any night you decide to go. If you just need to go and get your dancing fix without being the only one on the floor - Trinity is not too bad. - A good mix of people, not all SUPER asian (not that there is anything specifically wrong with that!) - VIP, free cover before 11pm through the website - Make friends with the people who work there :D - Lots of space to sit and to roam around Cons: - Drinks are expensive... but if you find the bubbly, nice bartender and tip him well on the first round, you'll be rewarded. - The manager always looks like he's got a stick up his butt, so try not to get kicked out, like my friend has. - Creepy guys... Mostly outside the club, but make sure you go in with a group anyway - Parking... but parking anywhere is terrible. My friends and I were on a trip in Seattle and found Trinity through a quick Yelp search. We loved that it was $1 well drinks from 9-10pm and we also loved the third room/dance floor that opened at 11pm. Great tracklist with top 40s and old popular classics. Initial thought.......mugging might occur within the next three seconds of arrival......though the line went quit smoothly and the coat check gal was sweet, the bartenders are total dicks! My friends and i spend over $300 in drinks and they couldn't even bother to chill our patron and can they smile while serving????????? The DJ for the main room was quit entertaining he played intervals of current pop music with a twist of Latin here and there at which I greatly appreciated. I know there were at lease three more rooms but it was so crowded it was best to stay put. I do not enjoy the bar scene very much, but came here for a bachelorette party. The crowd is young, hip, a lot of Asians. The club appears very trendy and plays a lot of popular dance music, 80s to current. The DJ mixes songs quite nicely and quickly and even turns the music down for the crowd to yell the lyrics out, really gets u pumped. Service is great as well, got a VIP booth, and frequently, they would stop by and check our drinks or even pour them for us. The dance floor can get pretty crowded, and if u want some stranger to grind on u right away, this is the place. There were multiple occasions, however, that I smelled cigarette smoke. That annoyed me. My nose is quite sensitive to it, but I could not figure out where it was coming from. Also, the bathrooms are quite small, only 2 stalls. But other than that, I could say, that if you do want to have a great time dancing to awesome music and beat, this is the place for u. read more

I had a pretty fun time here. It's seems big, but it gets crowded so it's not very spacious. It's mostly an Asian crowd. They don't really have a lot of seating. The worst part about it is that is gets HOT! Uncomfortably hot. It's in Pioneer Square which I'm not really too familiar if that is considered a trendy place or not, but there were a lot of homeless people outside begging for money from club goers in the line to get in. The drink prices were pretty standard as any other club, overpriced and watered down. I did like the DJ, definitely had some good tracks on rotation. I believe we paid $20 to get in. I really don't think I'll visit Trinity again next time I'm in Seattle. read more

This review is based on the 10 minutes that I spent in this club. I got in no problem, I thought I walked into an Asian club. Wait, this is an Asian night, and I'm Asian. So I guess I went to the right place. I was the first one of my group to go into this club, I was just kinda checking out this place while my friends were being carded. I am sorry, but that is one small lame dance floor you've got. And seriously, it looks like it has never been remodeled before, it looks really ghetto. I was losing interest and I felt like an idiot when I was just standing in the corner by myself and I felt that there were people looking. It's been a while since I got in and my friends were not here yet. I went outside and the bouncer wouldn't let my friends in. Turns out you need a bloody stamp to get in. What the hell. I went to get a stamp with my friends, we had to go around the corner, and there's a frigging long line for the stamp. It was already 1am. This is such a joke. I guess unless you're really desperate for some Asian I don't see the point of wasting 45 minutes in line. I don't get why clubs like this like to be pretentious. In short: Trinity is not going to turn a so-so night into a great one but if you're ready to party then you'll get what you need. I've been to Trinity about 4 times over the last year and it's hard to make up my mind about it. It can be pretty good or pretty darn crappy. They'll deliberately hold you at the door until 11pm so they can start charging their ridiculous cover and the place will be empty by 2am. Unless you're the seriously outgoing type, you will need to bring a great bunch of friends. Like one of the reviewers said, the people in Trinity just stick with the friends they came with. Most of the night you'll be squeezing past all these tight circles of friends. You'll see the shy Asian guys huddled against the walls, girls learning hard lessons about their alcohol limits and a few hoochies here and there. If you want to meet new people, you'd have better luck at other clubs. Music is only average, the rooms are nice but unnecessary. The blue room always has some sort of electronic stuff playing but the dance floor is either empty or packed with the sorts of guys that spend an hour a day practicing the robot in front of a mirror. read more

I have tried to organize a stagette last weekend here. I booked bottle service weeks prior and we showed up and were not on the guest list. Bouncers made some of the girls who arrived early pay full cover (which was suppose to be included in our bottle service). The bouncers ended up letting us in after I proved emails of us talking to their events coordinator. Our waitress Kylie then charged my credit card bill over DOUBLE that was agreed upon in emails with Guy. I showed her the email and she went to go fix it and came back AGAIN charging more than our agreed amount! By then I was very angry and told her she needed to charge is what was agreed upon MINUS the girls who paid cover. She swiped my credit card a total of six times blocking my card altogether and another girl had to fit the bill. She didn't serve us the rest of the night. Very poor service and unfriendly. Unfortunate because if we were males I'm sure this wouldn't be the case. I eventually found Guy and he didn't seem apologetic for any of the screw ups. Will not be going there again. Went to Trinity for the first time Friday night. Music was good, great to dance to. We did not have a problem finding a place to sit. The drinks were a bit pricey. So apparently here last call does not only mean no more alcohol will be served but that you have to finish your alcohol right then! A bar hand stopped my friend who was carrying a beer to make her finish her full beer right then. When questioned he said because it was "last call". This place has the rudest security I have ever experienced. Between being homophobic, racist, and aggressive, it's clear the management does not care about how the patrons are treated. The drinks were bad and overly priced. The music was unimpressive. There were 18-year-olds in the bar section upstairs. I would give this 0 stars if possible. read more

Trinity is different compared to the other nightclubs in the area. They have two floors and three rooms with different genres of music in each. That's one of the main things I like about it. There's a place for everyone and room to wander around and not get stuck in one area. There is multiple bar locations so everyone is not jammed at one bar which provides fast service. read more
