I worked in the pediatric dental industry for years so I am not going into this experience not knowing what to expect. This was my child's first visit to the dentist, they did not make the experience fun whatsoever, overall unimpressed with all customer service aspects. They did nothing to comfort my child during the cleaning/exam when she was uncomfortable. The dr was very rude and did not ask anything about our home habits but instead berated me with information that does not pertain to our household. She acted irritated that i mentioned something about having to wait an hour for my not even 2 year old to be seen. Could have been in and out in 15 min. Will not be returning and regretful my insurance money will pay these people. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Additionally, I have difficulty laying prone for any length of time, the staff and the endodontist seemed puzzled by this, and frankly exhibited a little impatience with my need to keep my back elevated to relieve pressure on my hips, which are severely arthritic. I understand that they need access to my mouth, but I can't be in excruciating pain during the procedure, either. The endodontist went right in with the shot, no gum swab to numb up the area first, and said they don't do that for this procedure. Every other root canal in my life was preceeded by the gum swab, so I was puzzled by this. When he got in there, he was pretty rough, pressure on my front teeth for leverage and a fair amount of pinching the cheek. I will say he was damn quick about it, and shortly after he was done, the regular dentist put my crown on. All in all, I was fairly discombobulated by the whole experience, and I don't think I'll be coming back.
