Recently, my child had some work done, and the assistant came out every few minutes to give me a status update, and let me know my kiddo was doing ok. Update 1/29/2024 - I just received a letter that we are no longer welcome at this dentist because of my review and me being frustrated because they scheduled multiple appointments when I work. I had to miss two half days of work for something that could have been completed in one appointment. You would think they would want their patients to feel wanted and greeted well. They sure took my money but they treated me and my kid's like crap from the second we checked in. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They don't take honest reviews well at all. They will kick you out. I guess that's why every review is a 5 star talking about how great they are. AGAIN DONT LEAVE AN HONEST REVIEW!

We were recommended to children's dentistry by our neighbors. Once you walk in, you are greeted then the lobby/waiting area is a kids dream. There's a castle and then an arcade as well. It took awhile trying to get our son back to the room because he just wanted to play. The dentist we saw was so sweet and my son is nervous around doctors so it was refreshing how slow they take things and they don't rush or force the little ones. It was definitely a refreshing visit from our last dentist experience. And I would recommend Children's Dentistry. We had a great experience and it was almost impossible to get our son to leave. He went back to the castle to play immediately after we were done with his appointment.

He is so professional and friendly, and provides outstanding care. My twins love him, and I (mom) have always just sat in the room during cleanings to hear the updates on their teeth but also the three of us chat with Dr. Sean and give all the 'life updates' and we share stories. He has always communicated well, respected choices relating to care, and had excellent patient education and encouragement to my kids to keep up with dental hygiene. Even though we moved pretty far away, we still make the trek to see Dr. Sean. We think he is the best there is. The practice and hygienists have always been top-notch as well.

His braces have broken multiple times (six to seven, by my count), with brackets falling off just days after being installed on multiple occasions. Dr. Franz has twice blamed my son's eating habits, but I monitor his diet closely. I even watched a bracket pop off while he was eating a french fry. My son has an extreme overbite and it seems the case may be outside her area of expertise. Alyssa and Megan at the front desk have been extremely rude and have accused me of lying. When I asked Alyssa if I could speak with the doctor at her convenience, she lied and told me the doctor would not be in for the next three days. Later in the same conversation, she admitted the doctor was actually in the office. I've never experienced such poor treatment from a service I'm paying for. In fact, I've never been treated so poorly by any organization, period.
