Great dentist! We saw Dr Paisley and Dr. Kellogg. They are both very good dentists. If your looking for someone great with kids Dr. Paisley is your guy. My son loves him. He is really good with him. Patients BEWARE! - This place is very disorganized and has very poor communication skills with their clientele! I would also point out that Doctor Kellogg is no longer operating with this practice! Then the arrogance, oh, you are always welcome to return, we will be happy to take your money! This place over bills you and your insurance company, for services that are not rendered, and when you discover the error, they play it of as a billing or clerical mistake! Ok here is my story about this place. I have been a regular patient at this establishment for over 13 years, it took one bad policy, that was created by the greedy doctor , to make me leave! So on 05/23/19, I went in to have a cleaning, instead they began taking x rays of my mouth, I then realized that the appointment was going to take longer than a hour. I told them that I had to leave and I would have to have a cleaning done at a later time, the school was celebrating my son's birthday in his class and I had to take him lunch. So I had to cut the appointment just a little short. When I left, the front desk, they told me that they would call me with a new time. When they called me, they set the new appointment out ahead at least two months. Then they demanded a $200 deposit to be paid over the phone at that time! When I asked for what? It was explained to me that the $200 was reserved for keeping my appointment! Now this is what incensed me, the most about the dentist's demand! It was explained to me that this is an insurance policy so that patients keep their appointments, and the hygienist does not get paid, that is a bunch of bull, I have insurance, the best! They don't have problems billing my insurance company! I know, I see the billing statements! I know what they charge! The receptionist told me that when an appointment is missed the hygienist is not paid, however the hygienist told me a different story. This was the story the hygienist told me. She is a full time employee, who is part of the office staff, she is not contacted out! What a bunch of BS! So what is the $200 deposit really for? This is just pure greed! They have helped themselves to everyone's insurance money, what a noble business! They have no guilt about loosing a loyal family of 13 years! The only loyalty here, it is loyalty to your money! 1) I have Delta Dental the best dentist insurance that the county can provide. I am a county employee, that has always paid my deductible and my dental bills on time, Dentist Paisley has made plenty of money from me over the years, so I am not going to allow him to hold $200 of my hard earned money for 2 months to make sure that I show up to an appointment! Especially when I have the best dental insurance! 2) I am not trying to reserve apartment, nor am paying a retaining fee for a lawyer, I am simply trying to get my teeth cleaned, all that is required is for me to do is to pay my co payment! They already over bill the insurance companies, now they pull this crap with the customers? What kind of shady business practice is this? They must be doing things shady and unethical! 3) My mouth is very personal to me and I need a dentist who is personal and who I can trust, it's kind of hard to feel comfortable with a dentist that acts like a jerk off and creates an absurd policy and does not tell me about it face to face! Either way the inability for this dentist to properly communicate with his patients, is very costly for the customers! This dentist was not a good fit for my family! This is not a good family practice. So we took our business elsewhere! I complemented my wife and told her, "Hey good job on standing by your man!" Her reply was, " No, I stand by my money! I'm not going to waste money on a dentist who has no people skills and can't properly communicate with his customers! And can't get their proper billing in order, you don't charge customers for procedures that you did not perform!" So I recommend you, send your business to Dentists of Brighton located on E bridge, next to the new King Soopers, that's who got my business! They certainly don't hold your appointment's for ransom! CHECK YOUR BILL! I was a patient for 7 years then something changed, Dr. Kellogg who started this practice with Dr. Paisely decided to sell his half of the business to Dr. Paisely, he left the practice for personal reasons. I was sorry to see Dr. Kellogg leave, he fixed several cavities that Dr. Paisely did incorrectly for no charge. When Kellogg left it all started to go down hill, on three separate occasions I was over charged $250.00. All three times were played off as a billing mistakes by the office manager, I believe it was intentional. When I questioned the office manager who is a girl named Lisa Valdez she told me that the charge was valid all three times, but further investigation on my part proved they were not valid charges. I can understand one billing mistake but not three. I mentioned the overbilling incidents each time to Dr. Paisley, he did apologize but did nothing to correct the over billing problem obviously because it happened two more times then it should have. It was clear to me that this type of billing fraud would continue so I left Dr. Paisley's practice. read more

The dentists and hygienists are fine, but the front desk kept screwing up my appointments, which, eventually, turned out to be quite costly. Plus, they need to add a dentist or hygienist to the staff because the wait between appointments is insane. Get it together, guys. read more

Any good ratings must have been by relatives or those who did not need any real dental work. The last week in August 2015 I started to taste a horrific level of metal in my mouth. I made 4 phone calls to Kellogg requesting to be seen before Paisley finally agreed to see me. I was told during these 4 calls, via the receptionist, that what I was tasting was due to a medication.... ha!! So I called my GP and asked him about the 1 RX medication I have been taking for 2+ year - I also called King Soopers Pharmacy and BOTH said that the metal taste would not be due to the RX - that I should see the dentist - this when Paisley agreed to see me and guess what..... I had a leaking filling!!!! which took 2 visits / 2 weeks to fix. That helped some but I was still experiencing discomfort to my back tooth / teeth - I told him on multiple occasions I think there might be a couple of things going on. From August until my regular check up in November Paisley was patronizing (disguised as compassion) - neither got the job done. Paisley would make statements that started out with a condescending "now Lisa" followed by ridiculous suggestions of JAW SURGURY / THEROPY, BRACES and have I ever thought about a prescription toothpaste. He chastised me for requesting extra time during my last visit for a surface filling to ease some of my discomfort (I have had several installed previously - they protect the root where the gum line has receded) and then told me he was going to have a "chat" with the front desk staff for allowing me to schedule time for a surface filling. Very unprofessional to tell me how he was going to discipline his staff. This was the last straw for me - I should have dumped him sooner. A co-worker referred me to her dentist - He is wonderful!!! On 12/07/15 in ONE VISIT my new dentist he took 4 new x-rays and upon examination (real examination) discovered an old filling was cracked lengthwise in the tooth that was bothering me the most and affecting and was affect the other teeth around it. I received a new porcelain filling and surface filling and my bit self-adjusted after about 3 days and the tooth looked wonderful. Yesterday I received a bill from Paisley for an office visit that my insurance would not cover because I had exhausted my benefits from so many attempts to get Paisley to be a "dentist". When I called to complain and insist to have it written off he would not. No Paisley would much rather refer me to oral surgery than replace an old filling. I would caution any one who is in need of any real dentistry from going to either Kellogg or Paisley. read more
