I was waiting for my partials to get approved and they never sent them in. Plus on my initial consult I waited in a dental chair for an hour!!! Went to walk out and they finally saw me! Then I called them to see what the hold up was and was spoken to very rudely and hung up on! Needless to say , my recommendation is to look elsewhere for your dental care! 1 out of 10!

Additionally, I have difficulty laying prone for any length of time, the staff and the endodontist seemed puzzled by this, and frankly exhibited a little impatience with my need to keep my back elevated to relieve pressure on my hips, which are severely arthritic. I understand that they need access to my mouth, but I can't be in excruciating pain during the procedure, either. The endodontist went right in with the shot, no gum swab to numb up the area first, and said they don't do that for this procedure. Every other root canal in my life was preceeded by the gum swab, so I was puzzled by this. When he got in there, he was pretty rough, pressure on my front teeth for leverage and a fair amount of pinching the cheek. I will say he was damn quick about it, and shortly after he was done, the regular dentist put my crown on. All in all, I was fairly discombobulated by the whole experience, and I don't think I'll be coming back.

On 03/26/2025 My son had an appointment for invisalign braces. His sons mother took him there…read more There was only one dental assistant and a front desc clerk. The dental assistant was supposed to do the dental prework for invisalign braces but she was hurting my son. My son complained but the assistant started hurting him even more so they had to stop and my sons mother demanded someone else... the assistant is incompetent and purposely hurt my son. The next week I received a letter from that office stating that they are terminating doctor/patient agreement. Then in the letter there was a bunch of lies stated: that my son was super aggressive and hit his own mother which didnt happen, and that my son has anxiety, which all of that is not true. None of the dental workers at trinity orthodontics are psychiatrists or psychologists, they cannot diagnose someone especially after hurting someone and get a talking to... they believed that incompetent assistant without even calling either myself or my sons Mother. Good thing for them they gave the money back at least... that is unprofessional behavior and straight up lying like that about someone and then not investigate is completely bogus.

We absolutely love Dr Weddle and his staff! They are very skilled and produce terrific smiles…read more Along the way, they are all caring, gentle and lots of fun. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments and enjoys her time there. Dr Weddle is certainly very talented, but what really sets him apart is the way he gets to know each patient and their families. He really cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to explain each step of the process and provide feedback on progress. Tara runs scheduling and is very helpful. She's terrific to work with and understands how challenging it can be with changing calendars, work demands, sports obligations, etc. She is always so helpful and is always wiling to work with us to find a time that will work well for us. She is fabulous! We visited 4 different Ortho offices before we made our selection, and we are thrilled that we found such a wonderful time for our girl's orthodontic needs.

I had a similar experience as Aj G, where my concerns were only barely acknowledged and never…read morereally fixed, but as an adult (and I imagine at least someone else who put "helpful" to his review also can relate, especially given what I've seen on Health Grades under Weddle as well). I had braces as a kid (great board certified ortho, now retired) but lost my retainer in my mid 20s and my teeth and bite had shifted some with OTC overnight grind guards and I wanted to get everything back. I had what must have been a complicated case for Weddle as he was open that he needed another orthodontist to help him plan out treatment, and I very much valued that candor and the fact that he went to others immensely. A wise person knows what they don't know, right? He must really care! I had close contacts of most of my teeth (a good thing, it helps prevent cavities), and nothing resembling TMJ/TMD when I first started treatment. I now have wider gaps in almost all my teeth besides the front eight (and no more close contacts with any) and placement that now results in food getting stuck in my front teeth, and needing interdental brushes daily now for my second bicuspid through molars as well, when before I never had to go spelunking for food stuck in my teeth after a meal. I went from 3 cavities needing treatment in my entire adulthood to being a high caries risk patient mid treatment on. My bite should have been widened a little bit back to its original, as I had requested, but instead with IPR was left narrowed. My front teeth still hit my bottom front teeth when I talk and chew once a week (I asked about this repeatedly but was told I'd "adjust"), and I now experience jaw popping regularly. After years and thousands of dollars, my bite was not fixed, but made worse. Weddle was rarely present for appointments, especially once I fully paid (in contrast, I saw my ortho every single appointment I was in braces 20 years ago, which also took 4 years). Care with the rest of the team became more slapdash over time as well. A button from a back tooth was totally missed when they were removing them, though thankfully it was caught by my dentist a few months after. My scan for my retainers also did include that button, and more frustratingly, was missing half of a molar. I would have had to pay to get it redone to fix their errors because I didn't put them on in office and catch it there immediately but waited until after finishing the final trays to open and use them, so I had to use them as is. In one of the only times I saw Weddle in those last couple years, a front tooth was shaped without my being asked - if so, I would have said that it was also shaved down after my braces (their own x rays should have shown that too), and to please leave it alone. Instead that shaving made it so I had a dull ache, and sharp pain with anything remotely cool or warm, in that tooth for weeks. Even with full time prescription sensitivity toothpaste in the two years since, the pain comes back occasionally. My smile and facial structure also looks worse than before I started treatment, and I've lost SO much confidence. I would look into shelling out money I don't have with another orthodontist to see they could try and make the best of my situation, but I'm afraid of having to deal with even further damage to my dental health with a third stint in orthodontics. Why this is two stars and not one? There was a short time I was being told what we were doing, and why, early on. Everyone was very friendly throughout, yes. Scheduling was easy. Teeth were indeed moved. But what I mostly comes down to is that I blame myself a lot. I had a VERY bad gut feeling as I was about begin treatment and almost backed out, then allowed myself to be talked into it by the Weddle team because they seemed to be caring and knowledgeable. Since this hadn't happened to me before I wrote off my intuition as anxiety, despite only positive experiences with orthodontics and all dentists prior. I should have paid more attention to that gut feeling instead of the sales pitch. All in all, I'd recommend that at the very least you also consult with people who are actually board certified. And speak up when you first encounter any haphazard care, no explanation, or non-answers - I was too much of a trusting people pleaser and just let this happen to me thinking it'd all somehow work out if I trusted the process. There are clearly many raves here, my acquaintance who recommended Weddle to me seems to be happy with her results, but if you are one of the unlucky outliers, you likely will have many regrets.
