The person that took my call was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to have me come in the same day. Dr. Ehrhardt was very knowledgeable and kind as well as my Dental Assistant Maria. I had a veneer come off. It had just been put on in December. They were going to charge me to put it back on and an office call. I have always had excellent care there. Dr. Ehrhardt was able to see me in an emergency on a Sunday. I had a molar extracted Thursday and my clot had found the exit. I'd been with my dentist (Comfort Dental) for almost a decade and have never needed after hour care till now. Guess what? they don't even have after hours or a on call My inlaws have been with Dr Ehrhardts office for ages now and they referred me to him. He took great care of me & even gave advice by phone for a temporary fix till my morning appt. The office is state of the art, the chairs and lights aren't damaged dingy or tearing and it's super clean. He is a great dentist who cares. read more

Went to have a cavity taken care of today UGH! Surprise! Dr. Mark has some new tools. They now have a Dental Laser that replaces the dreaded Drill. No Novocaine, no pain, no noise! No real sensation that he was even doing anything other than some air and water. And, the procedure only took about 1/3 rd the normal time. Highly Recommended! read more

Dr. Ehrhardt is one of the best dentists I have had. Don't get me wrong, I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but if I must then Dr. Ehrhardt is the man of my choice. During a recent replacement of a filling he stopped his work to ask if I was feeling comfortable. He is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and will consulted and answered all of my questions before scheduling and completing my dental work. So far I have been going to Mark for over a year. I had quite a bit of work to be done because of my negligence to see a dentist yearly. He treated me with respect but would not BS you. Did not seem like he was a cash cow wanting more and more money and making up work for himself. He is honest and will tell you exactly what needs to be done and do it correctly. On a separate visit he noticed some work he done a few months back was not up to his standards and asked to fix his work even though it really was not that big of a deal. I read the reviews and inquired about my dental plan. Angela told me via email that, "You would just pay your portion at the time of service. All patient portions are expected at the time of service." I paid what I was asked the day of my appointment. Three months later I was blindsided by an additional large bill. The office staff just shrugged and claimed the initial charge was wrong because they weren't familiar with my insurance plan at the time (even though this dentist's name flashes all over the insurance companies website). To add insult to injury, I was told my bill was 90 days past due, and a finance charge was added on. I had heard absolutely nothing from them since the day of my appointment in November and was led to believe the bill was settled then. Unless you like surprises, go somewhere else. read more
