Mike and Carrie take a consultative approach with their patients and advise on what is necessary along with advice on being proactive with potential work that could avoid problems down the road. They are genuine and honest and that to me is the most important aspect of any type of healthcare. I took the guard into a check up with my periodontist and he informed me that this guard requires a specific shape as to prevent the jaw from locking up during sleep. The shape of my guard is not correct and my jaw momentarily caught on the guard during the exam. Dr. Murray's office is refusing to make good on the guard. They are also refusing to issue any type of refund of the $500.00 paid for the guard.

And then came the part most of us hate-the cleaning. But Theresa was SO friendly and chatty and funny it made the time she scraped, poked and buffed my teeth go by quickly. I sought out a female practitioner and team who advertised experience and understanding of dental anxiety, but everyone I spoke to seemed ambivalent or even confused anytime I expressed concern about money or the quality of the work that was being done.
