She was very apprehensive and nervous leading up to the appointment, but the people and the experience at this office are absolutely incredible and turned her frown upside down ;) The office is immaculate, modern, and up-to-date (including a fun-filled waiting room for the kiddos) and the staff were extremely professional, patient, cheerful, and personable. From the minute I gave the front desk his name they immediately started to talk to him as though he was the patient (because even though he's only 5, he still is!) and genuinely cared to hear his responses. Upon check in they gave him a basket to carry throughout the whole process. She didn't have a fear of dentists until Dr. Jones and his staff held her down to complete her cleaning, not once, but twice. I can't believe I trusted them to care for my daughter. They don't care about their patients, they care more about staying on schedule. Fast forward 5 years and she has such anxiety about the dentist that even a cleaning takes laughing gas. It's awful and I hope no one else endures this kind of treatment. I cannot recommend Dr. Jones or his office, they are reckless and cruel to young, scared patients.
