I went to schedule it and apparently down in the tiny writing which, even after reading I don't totally see, if you have insurance, you are in eligible for this. I am insured and even with Insurance they are quoting me over 6k in dental work. 2 diffrent girls helped me in the exam room. They took xrays. Then Dr. John came in and told me what I was looking at . 2 root canals and 6 crowns. Then he went out of the room as quick as a bunny. Not even taking the time to go over my options. I then went over the treatment plan with another gal. She said she would send in the pre authorization to see what will be covered and what is not. She sais she would get back to me. My appointment was January 20th. We are now March 23rd with no phone call nor email. I was told it might take sometime to hear back from my Insurance and they would contact me. However, the phone call never came. Last week, I also sent another email to ask of I could obtain my xrays as well and go figure that call was not returned at all. I feel I was left in the dust with my treatment plan and pre authorization plan. I did here from your office about my bill though. Which the balance was paid. So when you need payment you will reach out via text and snail mail but not follow up on a treatment plan? There is a huge disconnect. I verified that I would be there for my 9:00 appointment this morning through this system and got a response back. I showed up at 9:15 or maybe a little before, I was 15 minutes late. The front desk informed me that they would check to see if I could still be seen due to my tardiness and that after 15 minutes they typically have to reschedule. The receptionist checked and came back with the news that I would have to reschedule because the dentist had already started on another procedure. This leads me to a couple of questions, was the appointment that was scheduled after me really early and that is why they were already in the chair when I got there? If you truly wait 15 minutes and I was certainly in the front door at 9:15, how is it possible that someone is already in my spot? Something doesn't add up here. Not to mention, though I was 15 minutes late, I had to use a day of PTO to have this procedure done and now I am out all together. Seems like this place is double booking, I will be taking my family elsewhere.

Also, if you struggle to get time away from work on a week day, drive 1/2 an hour one way to see a good dentist, miss your exit, and still arrive within the 15-minute grace period of your appointment time (even if it is a 3 hour, important appointment, and the last appointment of the work day.) Dr. Schubert will send you away. She would rather cost one client hours of their work day, and hundreds of dollars, than leave work even one minute past the hour. She seems power driven. I like the other doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients and their practice. I highly recommend this office as long as you avoid Dr. Schubert.

First off, the office is super clean and the waiting area is cozy. Front office staff did a great job running my insurance and telling me what to expect to pay for my patient portion. Scheduling was easy and there is good availability. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was thorough and also offered really helpful tips on how to take better care of my teeth. It was not a shaming experience. She was very friendly. In addition to x-rays, they take pictures of your mouth/teeth and broadcast them on the screen in front of you so you can really see what's going on in your mouth. It felt like a transparent process as opposed to somebody just telling me what I need done and charging a lot of money. Seeing the areas of concern really put it into perspective for me. When I actually had my crown done, I was able to bring in my own sunglasses and have headphones in so I didn't have to hear the buzzing drill. Patient chairs have a TV above so you can watch something while getting work done. All of the distraction was helpful- I made sure to focus on the TV and the music in my headphones and the dental work was done in no time. Dr. Lim (the dentist) is so nice and caring. I really appreciate that he thoroughly explained what I needed done and answered all of my questions. It's evident he cares about the health of his patients and wants to ensure they are comfortable. In my case, he was able to work swiftly on my crown and get me in and out quickly. It was a really lovely experience, one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Overall, I would definitely recommend Espire! 5/5.

Some people may not mind that, but I am the person that wants to be in and out of the dentist as soon as possible My husband recently went in for a cleaning, and they suggested he would eventually need a crown to replace a filling. He called 6 months later saying that he would like to get a crown and the receptionist ARGUED with him saying that he already had a crown on that tooth when he has never had a crown in his life... When he returned for a temporary crown, they hastily sent him home, only to call 30 minutes later, claiming they hadn't examined his images thoroughly enough to create a permanent crown. I fail to understand why they didn't triple-check the images before applying a temporary crown. They wanted him to return the next day so they could redo the images and he said I can't come in tomorrow but I am still available today. The woman he spoke to seemed extremely put-off that he wanted to come back the same day even when they were open for 4 more hours! In my overall opinion, this practice seems to be a little untrustworthy, with several employees displaying rudeness and a lack of professionalism.

I had some dental work done by Dr. Taylor and I am not happy. I would never go back to this place…read more I went in for tooth pain in an upper tooth on my left side and they said oh you need crown they did a temporary crown and I told them my tooth was still bothering me at that time. I went back to get the crown put in and I told him that my tooth was still bothering me he said that the pain would go away. I went back after the crown was installed and said that I have extreme pain in that same tooth and they said oh you need a root canal. It does not make sense to me to put in a finished product and then have someone go in there and drill through a finished product to do a root canal. I went and got a root canal after going through a month of tooth pain before and after the ceramic crown was installed. I don't see how they can stay in business with this type of professionalism. On top of all that I had a dental cleaning scheduled a couple of months after this period of time and they said that I told them that I was not coming back when I called them. I was in very bad tooth pain and I said I might not be back. They never gave me a notice or anything that they canceled my appointment and I showed up and they told me my appointment had been canceled with no notice. Patient beware!!!
