Trinity was amazing from start to finish. We had worked with them before--they replaced our roof when a tree fell on it and we knew that we would work with them again in future projects. When we decided to redo our guest bathroom and kitchen, we immediately called Trinity. Asi helped us design the bathroom and their crew (all of whom were so nice and respectful) executed it beautifully. Asi also came shopping with me to numerous stores to pick out the perfect slabs for our kitchen counters. He understood my vision of what I wanted and helped not just make it a reality, but also improved upon it where necessary. He always had great suggestions! We eventually decided to change our floors and Asi and Tamir helped us realize that we could time it while we were on vacation to minimize any inconvenience on our end. Asi oversaw everything: he helped pick out the floors and baseboard, scheduled all the work perfectly, and sent us progress photos as well! They moved the furniture from one room to another depending on what was getting new floors and moved them all back. It was a well-oiled machine. Asi took photos of everything beforehand so when the floors were installed, they were able to put all the furniture back where they originally were. We felt at ease that everything was going well while we were gone. We came home to the house just as we left it except with beautiful new floors! We enjoyed working with Trinity and would use them again in any house projects in the future. Highly recommend! read more

I had a long time dream to add a second level story at my house, I never thought it is possible considering the location of my property and how old the house was, my house is in the Hollywood Hills area, where the roads are super narrow and it is right by a very steep hillside, until I met Trinity builders and design! Tamir and Asi not just were able to make my dream come true they have done so beautifully! They are so calm and professionals, they were able to solve any problem that occurred during the process, dealing with the city's strict rules and of course the neighbors, I still can't believe that they were able to do that complicated job. Tamir, Asi and Priscila are always on top of it and always responsive no matter what silly question or time they will always be there through the whole process. Although I don't recommend to call them at 2 AM.Lol With that said I Highly recommend to use them for any construction or design project that you may have! Thank you Trinity, builders and design for making my dream come true. read more

My husband, Heath, was the one who found Trinity Builders and Designs. He was riding his bike around our neighborhood and saw them remodeling a house in our area. He stopped and asked for a business card. After getting at least five estimates from different contractors, we decided to go with Trinity Builders and Designs for our ADU. Our construction started on 11/20/2023 and was completed on 02/27/2024. We didn't have a great experience with our previous contractors, so we were worried about how this project with Trinity would turn out, but we were so pleased and very happy with the outcome. Tamir and his team were very professional and detailed in everything they did. I am a perfectionist and know I can be a pain, but they were very patient and never rushed their work. One thing we love about Tamir is his professionalism and straightforwardness--no B.S. Even after our project was completed, he was always available to answer any questions we had and was always willing to help. We are so happy with our ADU and we will gladly refer Trinity Builders and Designs to our family and friends. In fact, we referred my aunt to Tamir and she is now doing her ADU as well. Thank you, Tamir and team, for everything. You guys are the best! read more

I had checked around regarding pool contractors, and I was recommended by a friend to Trinity builders. Once I met with Tamir , and I was quoted to renew my pool the way I like it. I was worry free, Tamir was on top of it from beginning to end. All work was done professionally, in timely manner and of course with great attitude. I would highly recommend Tamir for any work needed around your house. He renovated other parts of my home as well. read more

We were quite nervous about our project because you hear nightmare stories of contractors who overcharge and underperform. They don't show up when they promise and don't finish the job in a timely fashion. Our experience with Trinity was refreshingly and incredibly positive. Their work is of the highest quality. Their communication and professionalism went beyond our expectations. Asi and Tamir are knowledgeable and professional, and they absolutely love making their customers happy. Priscilla in the office keeps everything smooth and running like a well-oiled machine. I can honestly say this entire project was literally stress-free, which is unheard of in this industry. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. You WILL be happy! read more

From start to finish an absolutely amazing experience. The team went above and beyond in pushing the timeline, working with me on unexpected items that inevitably pop up during construction phase, and ensuring all the minor details are covered. Everybody who sees the new space is shocked at the conversion. I highly 100% recommend Trinity for all your construction needs. read more

My wife and I decided to build an ADU in our backyard for our two daughters. The project included adding two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area. Obviously the thought of it gave us anxiety, worry and apprehension. This was a big project, the biggest one we had undergone yet. We had to find a contractor who we could trust. We started with interviewing about 6-7 builders. All were ok and at about the same price. At the same time, we learned one of our friends was just finishing up his two story addition at his home. We called him and asked about who he had used. He said Trinity Builders. He could not say enough good things about the company. He was very happy with their work. We went over and saw his finished project. We were very impressed. Everything looked amazing! Obviously we called Trinity and never looked back. When I say this is a top notch contractor, I'm not saying enough. We are so pleased with the final results. Tamir, Asi, German and the rest of the crew were amazing. They really felt like family. The attention to detail, professionalism, trust, expertise and workmanship is amazing. We felt like they were building our ADU for themselves, not for us. Everything had to be just right before they continued to the next phase. Communication was unbelievable. Tamir is available anytime you call and always answers his phone. He always says, " don't worry, we'll take care of it". A few times he came over after hours to address some minor concerns we had. You just don't find that kind of dedication. He was always a call away. We were done in four and a half months, sooner than expected. If you need a contractor, and want peace of mind, Trinity is your best bet. You will not be sorry. read more

I had an exceptional experience working with the Trinity Team and my review is long overdue. I called the team with a time restraint to get the work done, there was water damage to the house and we had a tight budget. Never did they make us feel they were doing us a favor. They were always responsive to our emails and calls. By client request the design kept changing and even with the time restraint they helped us to stay on track and spoke up, to let us know when it would cause a delay. When we ran into an issue with the house (and there were many of them) they brought to the table options, they did their homework and gave us material to work with or consider to continue moving forward, never did they waste any time or cause delays, they helped us reach the completion goal in January 2020 Their internal billing was also very good and communicated clearly. The home was a modern mediterranean look outside, I would use them again without hesitation. They truly did go above and beyond for this job. read more

Trinity Builders and Design have completed our project with outstanding results. When they were introduced to us, we had limited ideas of what we wanted. We knew that we needed help in remodeling our kitchen, change the flooring along with the staircase as well as our master bathroom needed a revamping urgently. We are very busy professionals and they were the perfect fit. The owners and their team had many ideas. Their in-house team of designers was able to show us most of the details on 3D as well as find quick and cost-efficient ways to implement. The job supervisor came by daily, sometimes even more than once, to check on the progress. The Trinity team went above and beyond in being there for us in every stage and step of the project. The designers even worked with us on the smallest details (from fixtures to skim coat and colors) just to make it perfect for us. We wanted to add a room for our oldest daughter to call her own when she is visiting from out of state. We decided to build a guesthouse with a full kitchen and bathroom instead. She will have her total privacy now and it added to our property value. Again, thank you! Fair market prices for excellent quality of workmanship. Due to structural problems, unforeseen work was involved but, like true experts, they were able to fix the issues without extending the completion date. The office staff kept us informed daily about the project progress. They were punctual, very professional in their field, friendly & cheerful and took care to leave things clean & tidy. I admire the way they worked so hard in the hot weather. I can't stop praising them to friends. I would totally recommend Trinity Builders and Design. Thank you so much Tamir and Asi and the rest of the Trinity team for an awesome job - we're 110% happy with your work. (We'll be in touch again for sure.) read more

David came out to give me an estimate to build a small Trex deck around my pool. He quoted me a price, we agreed to a deal, but he said he couldn't do the work for a month. I wait the month, he tells me he needs to come back with the owner to look at yard before starting the job. After they reinspect the yard, the price for the same job jumped $2500. The combination of making me wait, then bait and switching is bad business practice. Debated giving them 1 star, but, they didn't do any work. MY REPLY TO THE OWNER: I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review even though it seems more like damage control than you taking responsibility for what happened. David knew I wanted the work done right away, If you needed to give me multiple estimates, you shouldn't have made me wait a month for the second one. Another thing that bothered me that I didn't write in the original review, David didn't call me when your estimate skyrocketed up. He sent me a text and the tone was clear that he knew you guys screwed up. I'm not interested in a back and forth with this. There is little you can do to change my mind about your company. I stand by my review read more

I almost made a very big mistake. The mistake was to use a company that was not Trinity. Thankfully, right before my wife and I were going to make our decision on a contractor, I was at the right place at the right time and my neighbor highly recommended I speak with them. From the start, the team at Trinity were open, honest, available and operated with a sense of pride that you would expect if the contractor was working on their own home. From the detailed scope of work, the design and fixtures booklets to their fair pricing, my wife and I felt that we were in great hands and gelled immediately. Asi, Tamir, and team understood that we needed to be in our house by a specific date which was a stretch based on our project size. They had a large team of people at my house each day and worked 6 days a week to deliver my family the project we could only have hoped for. Not only was the project completed by the target date but it was completed 2 weeks before! Asi was with us every step of the way to picking out colors, fixtures, hardwood floor, carpet, etc even driving over an hour to find us the best product for the best price. While I am sure they were very busy with other projects, Asi and Tamir were available to talk at all hours of the day and weekends making us feel as if their entire team was devoted to us. My fear going into a project of the size (re-plumbing, gutting 4.5 bathrooms, painting, kitchen, staircase, hardwood flooring, etc) were unexpected surprises that would take our budget beyond what we could afford. If there were any, we didn't know about them. I cannot thank them enough for the end result well exceeding our wildest expectations. Thank you! read more

We've worked with Tamir and Asi since 2013 and very highly recommend them. They've done very good work and are very trustworthy. They've done work in every part of our house and care about doing a good job. They are responsive and honorable. I don't usually care enough to write a review - good or bad. But my family has come to know Tamir and Asi well over the years and we really think they are great. read more

When hiring a contractor, especially in Southern California, one is open to many pitfalls. From bad practices, to bad craftsmanship, apathy, lack of effective communication, going over budget, and bad people skills, it can be a mine field. When we decided to take on remodeling the kitchen in our 1958 ranch house, we vetted 6 different contractors, all on recommendations from friends. We listened, learned, and began to wrap our heads around the realities of the project. In the end only one of the six, Tamir Zipori of Trinity Builders, was honest about the cost and time to do the job. The rest were sales guys trying to get a signature. We identified immediately that Tamir was a strait shooter, and decided to put off our project a few months to save a bit more cash to do the project right. We brought Trinity into our home at a difficult time of year, the holidays, and ripped out the entire center of our house down to the studs. Over the next four months, we watched in amazement as Tamir and his team transformed our home, addressed our attention to detail, and finished the project in a reasonable amount of time. The team at Trinity are always on time, clean up after they finish for the day, and are nice people to have in your personal space. Tamir also became a trusted advocate as we made slight adjustments towards the end of the project, and many months afterwards when my wife and I had questions, Tamir was always there to help. Whether it is a remodel, a pool/backyard project, or any construction you are considering I would take the time to let Tamir look at your project, and quote it. Most importantly, listen and consider his opinions in this process... it served us exceedingly well! Even now, six years later, I give Trinity Builders my highest recommendation as a very satisfied customer. Mark & Nadia - Northridge read more

I used Trinity builders for my complete home renovation and bathroom addition these past few months and words cannot describe how thankful I am for choosing them to be a part of my team. Tamir is so knowledgeable and he absolutely knows his trades ins and outs. His knowledge was proven to be a huge asset for my husband and I during this massive process and we know we could rely on him 100%. The team of workers were beyond professional and polite. They treated our home with the utmost respect, kept the property clean throughout the project, and work always progressed as on schedule. I learned so much from this process and the most important lesson I've learned is to make sure you pick the right general contractor, and we nailed that one by choosing Tamir and Trinity. Tamir was alway available to us for any question or concern, he kept us updated as to any change in schedule, and communication with him and the team were always smooth and easy. Thank you Tamir and Trinity for making our dream come true and for building our family a beautiful home! read more

We hired Trinity for a kitchen remodel due to a high recommendation from a friend. It was one of the best home related decisions we've ever made. The crew is very professional and trustworthy and they do excellent work. Team leader Carlos is a pleasure to work with and the CEO Tamir is friendly, always accessible and has high standards for excellence. We were so happy with the craftsmanship of our initial kitchen remodel, that we expanded the job to include a full remodel of our first floor, painting the exterior of the house and landscaping for both the front and back yard. We have highly recommended Trinity to many friends with projects, both big and small and they are the only contractor we will work with. read more

Assi and Tamir helped us to create our dream home. We renovated two bathrooms, added a bathrooms and laundry room, and added hardwood floors in our bedrooms. We worked predominantly with Asi. He was always accessible and responsive. He was creative and incredible from design to construction. They shared photos daily so that we could see progress when we weren't there. All of their workers were kind, respectful, hard working people with high integrity. Their cabinet maker did beautiful work and was a pleasure to work with. They discovered mold and were tremendously helpful in keeping our project on track and getting us the best deals with the mold remediation. They did lots of extra things for us, often without being asked. They came in under budget and finished early. They treated our home as if it was their own. We are so happy with the work they did on our interior, that we are continuing to work with them on our backyard and pool. We highly recommend selecting Trinity Builders & Design for any project. Written March 2014 We have lived in our home for 2 years now. Every time we think of an improvement we call Assi and Tamir. They added a reclaimed wood feature wall in our master, built us a pantry and added a wine fridge to our kitchen. They installed a new roof and all new Windows for us. They are always accessible and stand behind all of their work. They have a strong attention to detail and make sure that every project is perfect. Their team that works with them is amazing. They are like family. You can't find a better team to help you create your dream home. Written March 2016 This is the 3rd time I am writing about this amazing team. You can see my other reviews below. When we bought our house Assi and Tamir and their talented team turned the average home we bought into our dream home. They took the ideas that we could barely articulate and made them a reality that was better than what we imagined. But that is not why I am taking time to write again . That was a big job with a relatively big budget. Since that project, they have come back to do small projects. They treat our home as though it is their own. Regardless of the size of the project they bring creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism to the job. We will always rely on them. I think that we are now creating projects just to get the chance to work with them again. Written September 2016 read more

I cannot recommend Trinity highly enough for anyone who is considering a remodel project. Tamir, Asi and his team are the best! I can't recommend Trinity Builders highly enough. Tamir, Asi, and the entire team have done excellent work for me over the past five years. Because of their consistent consideration and respect, in addition to their professionalism, they've also become friends. Over the years I've hired Trinity Builders to install central A/C, a new roof, to build an outside fence and electric car gate, and to replace my landscaping. Most recently, I discovered mold in an area of my guest room - I called Tamir, and within hours he'd sent a mold removal expert to my house. Unfortunately it turned out that my entire home needed to be cleared of mold - a nightmare. But Tamir made sure the entire job was done as quickly and painlessly as possible. The mold guys wasted no time getting to work - Tamir pressed them to finish their job as quickly as possible. As soon as they were finished, Tamir sent his team to do the reconstruction. They arrived the next day, came on time every morning, and put in weekends to finish the job. Tamir knew that this job inconvenienced me by putting me out of my home - so he thoughtfully prioritized the job and made sure that he and his team worked quickly and efficiently. While the work was being done, Tamir and Asi checked in with me regularly, answered all of my questions, and met with me at the house to go over details. My home now looks beautiful. I will continue to work with Tamir and Asi - they're great professionals, and good friends. Like I said, I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I can't say enough good things about Trinity Builders and Design. We were lucky enough to hear about them from a neighbor who loved their work and had heard about Trinity from their son, who had also loved their work. Starting any large construction project is scary. This is a home we love, the workers will be in our daily lives for months possibly, and there is a lot of money involved. We are not builders, we know nothing so there must be a great deal of trust. We felt extremely fortunate to get 2 rave reviews where we could see their work before even starting my own research. Asi, one of the brother/owners, was the manager of our 2 projects. We wanted to remodel our 30 year old master bath, removing a dated, Jacuzzi tub and creating a glass shower room. The 2nd project was a smaller hall bath remodel. Our house also needed painting, electrical and general updating. Asi listened to all my ideas and was able to put them together with his own to create a beautiful and functional bathroom. Trinity's workers were wonderful, craftsman who showed up on time, were pleasant to have around, did great work and cleaned up after themselves before leaving every night. I was impressed by the company's concern for my satisfaction, from the office staff, to the tile installer, the plumber or the electrician - everyone we worked with made sure we were happy. We have been using the 2 bathrooms now for a couple of months still love their look and functionality. We would use Trinity again and recommend them to our friends. read more

Most recently, I called Trinity Builders to help me with a large landscaping project - they oversaw the installation of a fence and electric gate around my property, as well as a new pathway and additional greenery. (I had worked with them before, and chose to work with them again because they are loyal, reliable, and promise high quality work.) From the beginning, I made it clear that aesthetics were important to me, as they were designing the outside area of my house. I also had a budget, and needed to stay within a certain price range. Now that the job is complete, I am very happy. The work is beautiful - the design flows seamlessly with the rest of my house, I have the beauty and the privacy that were so important to me - and best of all, Asi and Tamir stayed within my budget. Whenever there were additional costs or something unexpected came up, they always called me first and we talked through it before doing anything. And throughout the process, anytime I had concerns or questions about the work, Tamir and Asi responded immediately and made sure to address all my concerns. They wanted me to be happy with the work at all times, and even gave me a guarantee for a year after the project was complete. Asi, Tamir, and everyone at Trinity Builders are reliable, loyal, and devoted to their customers. They are also friendly and easy to work with, and talk you through each step of the process. I have worked with them many times before, and I will definitely work with them again. read more
