Great work of art! A true artist and craftsman. After I spent days trying to figure out the angles and wasted crown molding, I called trimworks. Fast response, expert service and took the time to show me the angle cuts. I highly recommend this business!

Clay installed a panel wall in our stairwell and encased all of our entryways in wood trim- it was a project we had been looking to do for years and he did not disappoint! He was incredibly honest during our initial meeting, walked through all the trim work we were thinking of doing and he actually talked us out of doing a few things and installing less paneling, (whereas other carpenters tried to upsell us and beef up the job)...He was right, less was more! Once he started the project, Clay was great to work with. Reliable, punctual, with an incredible eye for detail and perfection. Whenever a challenge would come up; we really appreciated how he would run through different ways to approach and solve the problem with us. He was in our home for about a week and was so easy to have around, very respectful and tidy... genuinely enjoyable to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Trimworks again in the future and have since referred him to a few of my friends... one of whom is an interior designer, and she too really liked his work. He is a gem!

Best decision ever to hire Clay and Trimworks! We hired Clay to do our baseboards and we could not be happier about it. He came out with samples and measured everything. Clay listened to us about the look we were going for and gave helpful suggestions. We found a style we liked, and from there we received a quote for the price which was extremely fair. Clay let us know the day before coming what time he would be here and he was on time. We've dealt with all kinds of construction jobs/home renovation jobs in the past 20+ years, and one thing that's been a consistent problem is timeliness. I work from home, so knowing exactly when someone will be here is important to me. Clay worked the entire day here. Each time we checked in with him, he was working hard and getting every section perfect. He also keeps the areas he's working on neat. He finished on time, and he did beautiful work. His seams are perfect, and he's meticulous about getting things right. We're completely satisfied and highly recommend him. We still have to do our baseboards upstairs once we replace the flooring and we will not hesitate to hire Clay again.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Clay showed up with just one other worker and knocked out my house in a matter of hours. The corners and finishes were pristine and seamless. He left no messes, was fairly priced and was able to get me in right away. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Recently did upgrades to a bathroom. One of the elements included adding crown modeling. After a brief exchange of info including some pics of the job and style under consideration Trimworks made a suggestion of the size of the modeling for which we went with after all they're the experts. Sure 'nuff, it was a good call as they size was far better suited for the room. The Trimworks team is super! Great value, on time, clean and speedy. Check 'em out!

Clay from Trimworks was extremely professional and knowledgeable about molding as well as trim. I had asked for an estimate to have crown and baseboard molding installed in my masterbedroom. The quote he gave me was affordable and reasonable so I decided to move forward. I am so pleased and absolutely in love with how Clay did. The crown and baseboard molding makes my room feel like it came out of a magazine. I highly recommend Trimworks! I will be hiring Trimworks in the future for other rooms in my house.

I set up an appointment with this company for Thursday at 5:30 p.m. I left work early so that I could be there on time for the appointment. I messaged in around 5:10 p.m. to see if they were on there way or if they had any issues with directions. Their response was "Sorry for not getting back earlier. I had to leave early today. Will you be around tomorrow around noon?" I replied and said, "nope". And this was the response, "I'll have to pass on it. I will not be back down that way for a few weeks". This is a horrible way to conduct business. First you don't tell me you are not coming and then you cancel. Would not recommend this company!!!!

Yep I got sucked into the shiplap craze and had to have it. I was so excited to find someone local who does this. The wall we had the shiplap installed has lots things to cut around and I was pleased every cut was perfectly precise. What was my least favorite room in the house is now my favorite! The shiplap is exactly what we needed to complete our look. Thanks Clay!

Trimworks came to my house once again to do some more trim work for me. They did the stairs and the casing around my entry ways. Once again Five Stars to Clay and he work. He is a true craftsman. Crown Molding is next on our list for him.

Clay did a great job on our crown molding!!! He was very knowledgeable about what trim would look best and provided samples to see in our house. He worked really fast and the end result is exactly what we were looking for and really updates the look of our house. Thank you!

However it turned out even uglier in my opinion. He said if you looked at it from straight on it would not be noticeable, which is true, but from other angles it is a glaring eyesore. He did not tell me it would be beautiful only from one angle and I am very disappointed. So frankly I would not hire him for a repair. This is a reply to your offer. Thank you for your offer to redo the work, but when I expressed concerns after your initial repair, that would have been the time to discuss alternative approaches. At the time you left me with that was just the way it was because of the way light is refracted. I tried to ignore it but it leaps out at you every time you walk by. It is much worse than it was before and 4 times larger. I hired another company to come out and see what they could do. Although their repair still isn't perfect, it is significantly less noticeable. At this point, I don't feel confident that another attempt would achieve the results I would like.

Charley was our project manager; he kept the project moving forward and was extremely responsive to texts and calls. They helped us change the cabinet layout a bit and it ends up being more functional while also having much more usable space. The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. Chuck finished the kitchen up and did fine work with our plumbing which required some intricate work to accommodate our layout. I highly recommend Mastercraft and would use them again for any future work.

Of the many options they had the best ideas and the qualified workmen. Mike Garst considered the project from every angle, brought in members of his team on 3 occasions to suggest approaches. When they opened the dry wall we found the supports were rotted & had to be replaced. They built a roof support, replaced damaged wood, added cement inside the walls higher than outside level to prevent leaks, then filled a beautiful solid cement floor and repaired the drywall. Better than good as new, this room boasts a superior foundation that gives me confidence. Every member of Mike's team is punctual, profesional, knowledgeable and courteous. When work was done, Mike came and, on his own account, adjusted the sticky sliding door so it moves smoothly. Mike's boss, Brian, also came several times to look over the project. I feel very fortunate to have had MASTERCRAFT take on this hugely complex project and bring a disaster to a happy ending. They explained options, patiently answered my questions and were courteous and pleasant throughout. The quality of their work is outstanding. I will absolutely hire them again - next project plumbing!

I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.
