I have been taking Hero to Natalie for over a year now. She is a caring & delightful professional. Hero happily does things for Natalie that he won't do for me This last cut was so exceptional I have to post a review with photos. Natalie listens to my many requests enthusiastically as well

My dog hates everyone except me, my husband and Natalie her groomer. Natalie is so caring and efficient and my dog remains calm in her hands. The shop is a no thrills shop - so if you are looking for a blowout, bows and a fancy waiting room then you may miss out on the exceptional service. I love that the grooming space is a small storefront where I can stand and wave to my dog through the window the entire time. The bath area is out of sight, if you leave your dog there they will house them in large cages in the window where they can be seen. I hang out with my pooch in the car till they she is ready for her and am that to take her the minute she's done. Natalie runs her own show so there is no over-scheduling or weird rules and processes. I see many happy dogs and owners coming and going - she does share the space with her sister but it's never been a problem.

First picture is last week, just a mess. He went from MESS 2 YES Today was #TheGeneralsBernedoodles 2nd visit with Natalie and just take a look at this perfection. We couldn't be anymore happier with the doll. Our Teddi loves her and didn't want to leave We like our Bernedoodle trimmed not cut short, he looks fabulous!!!

HANDS DOWN! My all time favorite place to get my furry baby to get his bath, cut and looking fresh! Natalie and her mom has been always super kind, sweet, lovely and amazing at what they do! The amount of care and love they do to make our babies looking fresh and fabulous, definitely makes me know they are in great hands. My little boy looks so cute for his min vacation with me to Yosemite. Thank you ladies! will come back soon for another fresh look!

Natalie always does a great job with our handsome boy.

We've been taking our baby boy to Natalie since last year. It felt nearly impossible trying to find a good groomer but she was recommended and spoken highly of by another doodle parent at the dog park. We looked her up and booked an appointment online. Online booking is fast and simple and I can almost always get in last minute. Charlie absolutely loves Natalie. He isn't too crazy about people, he is a COVID baby after all. But he doesn't seem to mind going here. Groomers can be intimidating for our little guy but Natalie is so sweet, and he doesn't display any signs of stress when he comes here. I feel at ease knowing our boy is in great hands and he always looks and smells so good after his haircut and baths. Thanks for taking such great care of our boy, Natalie!

We were worried about taking our Bernedoodle in for his first haircut--we love his shaggy look. But Natalie put our fears to rest, giving our pup a significant cut while maintaining his fluffy doodle aesthetic.

I was excited to bring my dog to a new groomer. He's a chihuahua terrier mix and he gets very nervous with nail clipping. I will note that his nails were longer than they should've been, but the way his nails looked after and the sounds he made while grooming are reasons why I will never bring my dog back here. They cut his nails WAY TOO SHORT. Far past the quick which any dog groomer should know you don't do. All of his nails were covered in blood clotting powder because they made all of his nails bleed. He gets really aggressive if he sees me while he's getting his nails trimmed so I had to wait outside. As soon as I heard his whimpers (a sound he's never made before), I went inside to see them putting powder on his nails to stop the bleeding. As a dog owner, I felt it necessary to warn any dog parents especially if your dog has black nails. I have a feeling he will be even more traumatized from now on. Please note: my dog has not been groomed or bathed by this place and this is only a comment on the nail trimming.

Natalie did an amazing and loving job on our mini Goldendoodle, Bailey! We have struggled to find a groomer who could work with Baileys nerves and anxiety, and today we found her! Our dog looks adorable and she came home totally calm and relaxed.

Happily chewing a leaf at grandma's after his grooming.

We had a family emergency and needed to board our 6 month old kitten quickly for two nights. We found out later that this pet sitter did not follow our feeding instructions/schedule and our cat did not eat for one day while there. I am baffled why we wouldn't get a call before feeding him differently or told he did not eat for a day when we picked him up. When our cat started to vomit, we called to see if he vomited while being boarded (we were told no). That was when we were told she fed him more than we instructed and then he didn't eat for a day. She did apologize for not following our instructions. While I do not think the vomiting is related to boarding here, and I do think this pet sitter cares about the cats, I advise to make sure she will follow your feeding/care instructions. I, unfortunately, have lost trust so will not be using this pet sitter again.

We boarded our cats for 9 days, and I was looking for a more…read morepersonalized and quiet experience since my two cats get very nervous at bigger boarding facilities. I did appreciate the quieter atmosphere and the large, private space my cats got for the time. Debra was also good about sending photos and updates. But I had two big problems which is why I won't be coming back. The first is I was not told until I was at her front door that I could not come in the house to let my cats out of their carriers, or physically see the space they'd be in. It was very upsetting to me at the moment because I wanted to be the one to open their carriers, see the space, and give them some comfort before I left, as it stressful for me as well being away from my pets. Debra expected me to trust her based off glowing reviews and her other, affluent clientele, which is a big ask for someone I've never met. It felt like she got defensive quickly, which made for an uncomfortable first meeting. I understand her reason for not wanting people in the house, I just wish she had communicated that beforehand, because her defensiveness/attitude left a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning. The second reason is she did not follow the feeding schedule I asked her to. She prefers free feeding of kibble, and asked if it was okay to do it the first night to make them comfortable, I agreed but then she went ahead and did it the whole time - I know because a picture she sent as a update had a bowl full of kibble in the background, and my cats came back heavier and one of them had diarrhea (something he gets from eating too much kibble). The last, small third is she charges sales tax, which is an odd thing to add when all I paid for were services. Other boarding facilities don't do it, but I'm also not an accountant.
