I took my little guy in for grooming and I can't remember the womans name who groomed him; but she really did a great job!! My dog and I are rarely apart, he is my ESA and I had a very tough day while he was gone. When I picked him up he looked so tiny, and was jumping up and down with excitement when he saw me. I brought my dog in at 10 am the appointed time for complete grooming . At 3pm I phoned to see if he is ready, there was a machine message so I drove to pick up the dog and they didn't even cut his hair yet. I was really surprised and went back home. They called in 1/2 hr that he was done. His cut is very sloppy and shows a rush job. I will not be going back. read more

Wow, stumbled across a goldmine....I have always cut my dogs' nails, then I got a chocolate lab puppy with black nails. I tried to cut the nails a few times; she didn't like it and it was too difficult to be accurate. I stopped by All Aboard Dog Grooming one day to make an appointment to get Chloe's nails trimmed. I noticed that someone was outside and he asked me if I was here for nail trimming. He then told me that nail trimming is offered M-F, 12-1. I decided to wait in line and get Chloe's nails trimmed. She went right in and Vince trimmed her nails without any problems. I was really impressed on the relationship they have with the dogs. He trimmed her nails while his assistant held the dog and spoke softly to her, it was really cute. I am definitely coming back! read more

I am having to find a new groomer. When I picked my dog up from All Aboard she was dripping blood from a cut on her ear that is still not fully healed. There were 3 other spots where she was nicked as well. She was, for all intents, shaved. The tufts on her muzzle were gone. The fringe on the lower edge of her ears was gone and replaced with a cut. The only stying that was left was with her tail. They had been very good up to this point. Nothing was said when we picked her up as if they had just finished a great job rather than showing their disrespect for both me and to the animal to which he was entrusted. read more

I loved all aboard! I have quite a few dogs and I am most hesitant with my Siberian Husky as I had a previous experience having him groomed that left me traumatized. I found All Aboard and expressed my concerns and asked if they were experienced with double coated dogs and I got very comfortable with scheduling with them after expressing these concerns and the owner? telling me all the knowledge I hoped for and really proved to me that he knew what he was doing and scheduled an appointment right away. Although I was worried a little bit, when I picked him up all my worries went away. He looked beautiful and they did a fantastic job and this will most certainly be the place I take him from now on! The staff was fantastic and very thorough with him, they spent quite a while with him but it definitely paid off. Reasonably priced for great work! Highly recommend! The place smells very pleasant and clean, which also gives a sense of relief that they are following proper protocol and care about their business and customers! I have brought my dog back for a second grooming already as I was so pleased! Something I have never done with other groomers from my very traumatizing experience last time before finding them. BOTTOM LINE: I highly recommend All Aboard. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They make your dog feel comfortable and play around with them a little beforehand so they warm up to the groomer beforehand. They do grooming, bathing, sanitary cuts for double coated dogs who should not be shaved, nail trimming and I am sure other services I have not needed. My first call was courteous, I talked with the owner, and he was helpful- told me to call back in 30 mins to see if there were any cancellations. When I called back I talked with this girl, who was terribly rude. Hang up on me twice, before telling me that they were full for the day. Didn't offer to schedule an appointment for another date- I had to ask. She was NOT interested in taking new clients. I decided to go somewhere else. read more

My parents have taken my dog here a couple of times. I came to pick her up and see that they were not even done on the time they said. I see the owner (old male guy) slap my dog under the chin. I asked him why he did that, he grabbed my dog and told me to take her and get out and that he did not hit my dog, that i saw wrong?...Uhm then you tell me what i saw then? With no response. He did not even finish her and I payed for the whole service and gave tip as well. No,.. my dog was not hurt from the slap under the chin, but he had no right to do that to my dog. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Horrible customer service. I regret now even giving tip and paying for the whole service. read more

What a lovely experience! We took our 70 pound lab / golden here for a shampoo / furmination / groom for the first time. He hates water so we thought he'd be a little anxious about it. First of all, we were able to get an appointment for the next day which seems to never happen for any type of service these days! Second, our doggie walked right in and wasn't anxious at all. Sure enough, staff was very welcoming and reassuring to our pup. Four hours later, he looked mah-ve-lous!!! Nails were perfect, coat was shiny and smelled great, and he was happy! OK, the fact is, I don't know anything about dog grooming. I don't even have a dog. But a neighbor does. He's very old,and doesn't understand that dogs need grooming. I took his dog - a Yorkie - awhile back to a grooming setup at a chain, and they made me sign paperwork stating that the dog was a matted mess, and that the chain wasn't responsible for whatever they had to cut-off, to get the dog cleaned-up. OK... This time I took the dog to Vince. He commented "wow," but said that he would do what he could. Picked up the dog a few hours later, and all i can say is "awesome!" Thanks, Vince! read more

My friend recommended Vince and All Aboard Dog Grooming after I tried trimming my dog's toenails and traumatized us both! I was so afraid I'd have to take him to the vet to be sedated because he was so scared of the clipping. I dropped in without an appointment and enjoyed watching him interact with the previous client. My dog, who can be noisy with strangers, went right to him and miraculously, Vince handled him firmly and perfectly to cut his nails without too much fuss. What a pro! We couldn't be happier. I have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs, and that's a lot of hair! Loose bits of redwood debris, pine needles, etc jump into that thick fur and make cozy nests, making brushing difficult and sometime painful for the poor dogs, so they have been fearful of grooming, and previous groomers have not been successful. But All Aboard Dog Grooming, Vincent and his staff, have been fantastic! Barli and Kody prance right in , and hours later come out looking gorgeous. Poor Vincent has to crawl around on the floor sometimes as they won't get up onto the table though! I'm telling my dog walker that he is the best! read more

I will never attempt to clip my dog's nail's again. After wrestling with her, tricking her with treats and waiting until she was asleep all I ever got was one nail trimmed. Walked into All Aboard... didn't tell the guy what he was in for , just that I wanted my Boston's nails trimmed. He put her up on the table and started clipping, she didn't seem to mind at all. Vince and staff at All Aboard Dog Grooming are the best!!! I bring him a beautiful but challenging Portugese Water Dog who is highly reactive to all kinds of stimulus. The PWD did not do well captive and terrified in the mobile dog grooming van that came to the house as the generator was too noisy and the cut had to be done too quickly (within 1 hour) before they moved on to the next appointment. Vince and staff are so cool with all breeds of dogs and understand how reactive they might be and tailor the grooming treatment to the toleration level of the dog... This means Vince might do some grooming work for a short while and then give the dog a break -and perhaps a short walk- before attempting to tackle the dogs grooming again. The dog's cut is always beautiful -but if you haven't groomed your fur baby in awhile-you might find it's new cut is shorter than you had originally hoped for. Mats are ugly and Vince doesn't tolerate "Ugly"! Vince and staff are kind to and knowledgeable of all breeds. Whether you have a Doodle or a Lhasa Apso or a Portugese Water Dog etc. you can be assured that any guardian will be delighted with the results of the superior and kind grooming received at All Aboard. I have taken my golden here a few times. The other day he chased a deer into a horrible field of burrs. He was a mess. Actually in pain. I called these kind people and even though they were super busy..they told me to bring him in. They got all the burrs out and had to shave parts of him..but he is happy again and burr free. Vince is the greatest. He really has a way with dogs. They love him and behave for him. I take my Maltese and Miniature Schnauzer to him and he always does a wonderful job. Also, he listens. When I explained that I wanted to Maltese's ears cut shorter because they drag in his food and on the ground and get filthy, he did a cute little dutch boy cut that looks adorable and is so much easier to maintain. What's most important to me is that the experience is obviously better for my dogs. Before I started going to All Aboard, my dogs HATED to go to get groomed. I'm talking whining and howling from the moment I turned into the parking lot. Now, they're perfectly fine with it, and come out happy and perky, not neurotic. I brought my welsh terrier Charley to Vince at All Aboard for many years. Charley didn't like to be groomed and let everyone know it! Vince knew how to handle Charley. He was firm, but also patient and kind. And he managed to give Charley a great haircut! My Charley passed away recently. I hope to bring another dog to Vince someday. I am convinced that the owner of All Aboard, Vince, is actually a dog himself. There's no other explanation for his incredible grooming and communication skills with so many dogs. Every dog is special to him and his efforts are so sincere. He generously stayed late when traffic delayed me to pick up my Scottie Dog Angus. Rather than being angry, he took the time to tell me all about my dog's day at All Aboard. We had a great conversation about how dogs communicate. He even told me about how a King Charles Spaniel had noticed his owner driving by the grooming shop earlier that day and barked quite a bit. Turns out the owner drove by and went to the grocery store before picking up his dog and the dog had noticed through the window!!. Vince is VERY detail oriented and super dog-friendly!! read more
