When I did reconnect with her (yes, I had to call her back so 8-9 calls in now), she said my daughter needs to come back for an appointment to get the refill. I also had lipo on my back that aswell is not semetrical I had that revised aswell, and it is still not semetrical... he did do those for no out of pocket charge, but still I paid over $25,000 for this surgery and I am not okay with the results, I can not have any other no charge fixes, it is just annoying because I didnt botch it they did so it should be fixed. I waited along time to write this review, I wanted to give him a chance to fix the mistakes, but obviously it was not fixed.

Hello from Scanlon's Traveling Salon.. Dr. Warm performed a…read moreneck lift on me 4.30.26.. I had local anesthesia. There was absolutely no pain during the surgery. His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill." I have to keep my eyebrows in check otherwise I'd look like Bert from Sesame Street. No one wants to see that so every quarter I get an eyebrow tune up. I am not a fan of eyebrow waxing. It sounds barbaric, they smear hot wax on your face, press tape on the wax and PULL! My sensitive skin can't handle that, I usually have marks for days on my face. So when I hear about a threading spot in my neighborhood, I'm going to investigate. I walk in at noon for my appointment. No one is at the front desk, after 3 minutes, I said hello? Someone comes to the front desk and checks me in. My appointment is with Lucy, she shows up about a minute later and brings me into her office. Now with threading, there's participation! Lucy tells me to hold my eye as she takes her magic thread, almost like dental floss and goes to work. The end result, I have a cleaned up face. The question is, what is your pain level? Both procedures, to keep my youthful appearance, there's some pain involved. Nature's Touch Day Spa also does sugaring, that topic is for another review. I tell this story to my brother in law, he laughs at me. The final result, I have my mani-pedi-eyebrow wax complete and I'm ready for vacation. It takes a village to keep me groomed, Nature's Touch Day Spa is now in my rotation.
