Do NOT waist your money ordering from this company. Fist of all the food is absolutely disgusting and costs way too much money for how terrible the food is, it tastes how I would imagine wet dog food to taste. Once you want to cancel it is impossible to get a person on the phone or someone to respond to your email in order to cancel your subscription. This is legitimately a terrible company read more

We've ordered trifecta for a few months now and have really enjoyed the meals. The flavors are great, the macros are what I'm looking for, and they are so easy. It's been a huge relief for me during busy working seasons. And shout out to Tucker H for his awesome customer service. I had some questions about my menu selections/deliveries and he was so understanding and immediately resolved the concerns I had. he went above and beyond and it's that type of customer service that creates loyalty. Well done! read more

Keto meals taste great. All the protein is of high quality. Best meal delivery I have tried so far.

We used Trifecta to help us through a busy time (no time to cook but wanted to eat healthy.) Trifecta was so easy and convenient. I recently had a mishap on an order: needed to adjust deliveries and my account, Kenzie R was a HUGE help. She definitely kept me on board with sticking with Trifecta. Thanks so much! read more

Customer service is incredible and the food is always delicious. They're very quick to adjust to any type of foods I receive and they do so quickly and kindly. Emily Barnes was very sweet to handle our food adjustments! read more

I am beyond disappointed with the service of this company. For the 4th week I am missing not one not two but five items from my subscription and it's unacceptable. I have not received any type of empathy or compensation for lack of service and inconvenience. I am unable to prepare myself for the week because of this careless production. I will be canceling my membership indefinitely and I hope they use this as an example to do better. read more

I got these meals as part of my V-Shred. Meals are ok in a pinch. Wish you could limit more than just 1 ingredient, but that's all good. What I am a huge fan of is Travis Cosgaya. I went to the wrong site and ordered a meal program. Found out it was not what I wanted to do. Travis contacted me and cleared everything up. He did this after noticing an issue. Very impressed with the customer service. You just don't see that much anymore. read more

I ordered for the first time. Things I didn't like: - I have no idea what I'm ordering when I get the weekly meal plan. The menu is not even shared. - So far, I've had 6 out of the 7 meals and every single meal was pasty, The meat overcooked, tasteless, doesn't taste fresh. It feels like that traditional "healthy food is nasty" impression that many people have. - I think it's expensive for the low quality prep that you're getting read more

Starting my 3rd week with Trifecta. Meals have been great, and it's super convenient to just heat and go. I've tried a number of meal kit companies and most are really high in cals and sodium. Not with Trifecta. Everything is not only healthy but very tasty. There is even an app that you can track your food and it will figure out your macros and cals for you. Customer service is fabulous. Before I ordered, they sent me a promo code. It wasn't working, and when I contacted customer service they responded right away and were able to help. When I went back to order, there was a special that you get free meat each week with your delivery. While this might be great for some, I'm a vegetarian. I couldn't remove this promo from my cart. Again, I contacted customer service and they said I could have either free beyond burger patties or cinnamon bread. And I could swap anytime! I thought that was awesome. This week, they sent me a wrong breakfast item, but quickly credited my account. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish we could choose meals on the vegetarian plan. Also, I wish we had an option to choose the delivery date. Friday typically works, but in a couple of weeks I'm going out of town. Other companies give you the option to reschedule to a different day. Since Trifecta doesn't do that, and I don't want my food sitting in the lobby for 4 days, I'll have to skip that week. BUT, good news is that it is super easy to skip and change your subscription. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you are looking for something tasty, healthy, and convenient. read more

I will never use this company again. My first shipment was one day late; By the end of my first week, 2 meals were slimy. The second shipment was short by seven meals, ruining macro count for that week. The third week, I contacted them 3 times Sunday through Wednesday to cancel any further shipments. With no response I needed to call on the fourth day to cancel because I was not happy with missing meals, slimy food and service and explained that I was not even home to get shipment. They claimed that they never received any contact from me (I have sent email), they refused to stop shipment and processed the payment. When speaking with Trifecta rep, she agreed to refund for missing meals ($70) only but refused to stop shipment or take a return. Now I have all of this food that I am not interested in having and taking up valuable space. A miserable $600 experience. read more

I tried Trifecta for a few months and food was good, came vacuum wrapped in plastic containers. A few weeks ago they changed their menu, no longer vacuum pack and changed to flimsy cardboard containers. The food is now horrible, leaks thru the paper containers, stunk up my refrigerator and was not edible. They have very poor customer service and never respond to billing disputes. Instead, they ignore emails, ignore requests to cancel service and ship food anyway. Very, very disappointing and not ethical. read more

I admit I am busy and just don't have time to cook at times, and then I chose the wrong choices! I have tried soo many food delivery services, and admit I am super picky. But, this food has been simply amazing! I have been so impressed that I've spread the word to my other healthcare workers and gym friends. The only thing i haven't really cared for is the chicken thighs and wings, only because I only like white meat, but I've pushed through the meal because it wasn't bad. The only downfall is the carrier, FedEx, hence my 4 stars. I don't know what is going on, but needless to say they have been horrendous. The delivery is never on time, may or may not put my food in the fridge provided at my apt complex, the find it sitting out days later, and they have taken my food back after a few days while in the fridge (yes there was plenty of room on there). The box provided when being shipped is about to disintegrate once I receive it, but it may be due to FedEx not giving a crap or the fact that i get my delivery all the way to GA. BUT, I must say the customer service at Trifecta has been simply amazing! Every person I have encountered has been nice, caring, and strive to make it all right. And, you actually get to speak with a person if you call; if you email, i have received a response by the end of the day or sooner (depending when i send it). Other than my frustration of FedEx, you guys rock! I know after speaking with them yesterday they are doing their best to fix the FedEx issue. In a nut shell, if you are looking for a healthy option for a busy person on the go and trying to track calories etc...this is your best option! The food takes 2-3 minutes in the microwave and I have been please with taste of every meal. Thanks Trifecta!! read more

LOL! I experienced poor customer service from Trifecta. I couldn't get my questions answered. The manager, Tucker, who is discussed throughout these reviews, treated me poorly over the phone. I guess they don't need new customers. My gut told me this is not the place for me to do business. Almost all of the reviews I read tonight prove that following your gut is always best. There are other food delivery companies that have better customer service. read more

Have been using Trifecta for over a month after trying a variety of delivery services and nothing comes close. Top Notch Meal Prep Company! I've used a few meal prep companies and they have been ok. I was turned on to Trifecta via a referral and have no desire to stop service...EVER. I'm in Florida and they overnight my food Thursdays and it's waiting for me Friday normally around 11. I'm not Vegan but I struggle eating as much protein as I need for my journey and so I went with Vegan prep. It is so delicious! There is a FB page which is great for support and questions. It helps to bring the community factor to an online company (at least for me in my area) and everyone is like minded so it is extremely helpful. Customer service is top notch. I've had to inquire about a couple of things and never had a bad experience. These guys are great! Give them a try! read more

Very disappointed with this meal delivery service. The meals were too small, not that it mattered because they looked awful and they tasted worse. Way too expensive for what you get. I specifically asked to omit one ingredient which they completely ignored. They're cancelation process is difficult. By the time your first delivery arrives they're already charging you for next weeks delivery so there's no way to get that money back and there's no satisfaction guarantee. You have to email or call to cancel your subscription. I chose to email and it took them over 24 hours to respond. When I explained that I was not satisfied with the quality of the ingredients I was not offered a refund or any other options. Basically I was told that I'll be getting another week's worth of terrible food that I can't stand to eat and was charged over $300 for it. In the end I threw out most of what was left because I couldn't take how awful the meals tasted and they started to stink up my fridge. I have never felt so taken by a company. I would not recommend this meal service. read more

Trifecta Nutrition meal plans. My wife and I are a busy working couple, so we wanted to see what all this hype was about with these meal plans. After I did some research, I chose Trifecta. They were offering a 30% discount so 2 meal plans for 7 days fell into our $250/wk budget. Sounds great right? Vegan food, 100% organic. All biodegradable or recyclable shipping containers etc. Well we were very excited at the prospect of having all our meals planned for, shopped for, prepped and cooked to save a lot of time. Well, as promised the packages arrived in all freezer packed boxes and each meal in a vacuum sealed container. It looks great, organized and as promised with all of the ingredients and caloric info on the package. I watched a video on how to best reheat your food and we tried the broiling method. 15mins. We heated our vegan food in the oven for 15 mins and took our first bites...Hmmm...kind of bland, right? Well I added several splashes of hot sauce to give it some taste. Wifey was not impressed. You have to cancel a week in advance to stop the service. We were not impressed after our first meal so I emailed the next day on Saturday to cancel. No one responded. I e mailed again on Sunday twice. No Response. After 2 more phone calls on Monday, I finally got a reply. You guessed it. We are stuck paying for another week of this food at regular prices which is about $100 more per week so $350. Did I mention that the meals are at max 500 calories, most are under that and avg 350 calories. How can you survive on that? Lol. I fast in the am for breakfast until noon but even with a 500 calorie meal and a 400 calorie meal I am only at 900 calories. I am cutting weight but I still need 1700 calories. If you're thinking of getting a meal plan, Trifecta apparently is the largest one in the country and probably the most economical. The food looks good and is cooked well, but is lacking flavor. I would not recommend them unless you are ok with bland tasting food and only getting 500 calories a day for $25/meal. When I told them I cancelled the order the next day, they said they couldn't stop the process because it is all automated so we have to pay the full $350/wk for another week and each this bland tasting food. I am not one to complain, or make reviews but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. PUN INTENDED. Cancelling my order and not charging for an extra week would have prevented this negative review, but when you provide a meh product and then force me to continue. I am not ok with that. BLAND YOU...MJ read more

I did the Keto plan and while I was optimistic about this service and for $15 per meal you would expect high quality... That is not the case. The food is not great, minimal fresh veggies lots of ground beef and re-purposed hamburger patties, clearly they are trying to maximize profit and quality suffers... You can only do so much to change a hamburger patty. I do appreciate their limited use of plastic in the packaging and the app was cool. read more

First I'd like to start off with customer service. I had Tried to cancel my subscription twice and had 2 boxes randomly show up at my door. The second box was fully refunded which is great and I appreciate that. As for food quality, this is based on my preference, I did not like anything in the paleo diet. Very little meat and a whole lot of veggies, and the seasonings always seemed to be overwhelming. This is just my personal opinion and I've seen a lot of other reviews on flavors. read more

Using Trifecta for a few months and we're really enjoying the taste and variety of the food. It's easy to pause the meals when traveling. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive. Matthew Lyons on the customer service team was recently very helpful and so quick to respond to my request by email. read more

Awful! They only deliver on Fridays which is a problem for me. Quality of the dishes was poor in every way. No indication on their website which dishes were hot spicy. They were far too hot for me to eat. read more

This is the 3rd time calling Trifecta customer service since I started the program and it has always been a pleasure. I spoke to Mariesha and told her I really didn't want my meals with any fish at all and she told me no problem, let me take care of that for you. After only 5 minutes on the phone she handled my issue which had nothing to do with the quality, just my personal preference. Thank you Mariesha and Trifecta for your excellent customer service and really healthy and tasty meals. I recommend Trifecta for anyone considering a meal plan. Keep up the great work. read more

Never ever in my ENTIRE life of meal prep services have I used one as GOOD and as CONSISTENT as trifecta!

Kenzie R was fantastic at helping me out to find a plan that will work for me as I was planning on canceling since I'm allergic to onions and found that most meals had them in them. Their Salmon is the bomb and it's the one meal that I love to eat but hate cooking at home and this makes it super easy for me to get those Omegas I need. Thanks Kenzie R for all of your help! read more

Absolutely horrible food. They refuse refunds knowing that their food came in destroyed. Just completely avoid at all costs. They're in it for the money. Once they have your money, they don't care. Very sorry to have to leave this kind of review, but it's only fair to warn people. read more

Emily B in customer service has been super helpful in ensuring that we get the meals that work for our diet.

Emily Barnes helped my during my ordering process and answered all the questions I had and was very professional.

I've been using Trifecta for the past year while we've been renovating our kitchen. My fiancé eats the Clean meals and I do Paleo. I've upped the ante as I've started a new job with lots of travel. Alex P was so helpful in getting my order shipped to the right address, even after I missed the official deadline! Don't know what I'd do without Trifecta!! read more

Never buy from this company it's a scam. Food quality is horrible and there is literally no customer service. I've been trying to cancel my subscription and no one gets back to me. Still trying to cancel. They deliver open containers and my order only had 10 of the 14 meals I was supposed to get with 1 of the 10 being completely open in the box and inedible. How can this company fail at food prep so bad. Buyer beware. Truly zero stars. read more

I'll start with the positives - the cinnamon almonds were probably the best things on the menu for me. I also ordered chicken, bison, turkey, walnut bread, sweet potatoes, and they send free beef patties with each order. Oh boy do I regret wasting my money! The chicken was so dry that I had to drench it hot sauce just to get it to go down my throat. The bison, beef, turkey were the same! SO dry, so tasteless! The sweet potatoes were so gross there's no other way to describe them. Bread..dry! I thought I was saving time/money by ordering from them but I could barely get myself to eat any of this food... OH the worst part... I GOT RIPPED OFF! All the patties are supposed to be 4oz. Most were about 3.5oz, 3.6oz, I was lucky if I got a 4.0oz patty! The walnut bread is supposed to be 175g per serving so 2 loaves is 350g, and they delivered roughly 260! Maybe they thought people don't measure? But I track macros so I wanted to still weigh it and see if it was accurate lol clearly not. Overall. I don't recommend Trifecta - website & employees are misleading. read more

Very little control over the number of meals you buy. They would not allow me to get less than 7 a week. No control over what the meals are. They get boring after 2 weeks. The worse part is the incredibly bad customer support. It takes a significant time commitment from you to get your account canceled. read more

Being a busy professional who travels on occasion, I fount Trifecta to be the easy/simple answer. Being a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 yrs, and keeping a healthy lifestyle since "retiring from stage" I can't recommend this company enough. One of the best discoveries of this insane year. Getting great food delivered every Friday to our doorstep has saved countless hours and helped keep us out of crowded stores. I previously had food delivery from a company in my own town thinking it would be fresh and easy to arrange delivery, however I find the food from Trifecta tastes better and doesn't dry out when reheated. I've tried the paleo and clean meal plans and loved the flavors and variety each week, but the meals were honestly just too much food for me. My boyfriend says it's just the right amount for him. I now do the ala carte option and find it to be the perfect fit for my life. Some people have mentioned some issues here and there and in the past 6 months we have had maybe 2-3 things come up. One time, we received several wrong items in our order. Another time, the salmon dish we ordered had quite a few bones in it. It was surprising because the salmon is one of the best things at this company. With each instance, I emailed customer service and received an immediate response to remedy the problem. I was extremely impressed at their customer service. Their app also makes it easy to select meals and even arrange to skip a week if our plans change. Sooo thankful we discovered this company! read more

I have had 4 or 5 deliveries. There have been meals I liked more than others but I am actually ok with the cooking style. True paleo doesn't have a ton of salt - my issue was with quality and customer service. In My last 2 deliveries (one last week) 8 of my 10 meals were salmon. Some of the sides were slightly different, but nothing major. When i contacted customer support I was told there was noting they could do, and that they don't guarantee variety. I journal my food - like most people who invest this much - and the labels are printed so poorly you can't see the nutrition info. As if that wasn't enough, pAleo is advertised to stay under a certain carb count and mine were 42 per meal. Today as I had salmon for breakfast (I have cancelled but not wasting this much money) I went to go input nutrition and the label is completely wrong. I have no idea what I at macro wise. The food is ok tasting - but be ok with no variety and TERRIBLE customer service if you order. read more

DO NOT BUY or SUBSCRIBE. Trifecta should invest more in their food preparation instead of all the money they are throwing at their awesome ad personnel. The food is downright horrible. There is 0 presentation. The oatmeal (a 14$ value) looked like puke honestly and I had to throw it down the garbage. Seriously go to your nearest Whole Foods or a salad bar instead of this garbage. Lastly they make it so hard to cancel or unsubscribe. An absolute sham of a company. I am sure they will have a fake reviewer post a 5 star comment to balance out my review. read more

I signed up for Trifecta during their Thanksgiving special. I thought great, eat clean, and eliminate food prep, and going to the grocery store. Well, their first delivery was late. Instead of the proposed Friday, the food arrived on Tuesday. I signed up for the Keto plan btw. When the food finally arrived, I got several duplicates ALOT of cod. The next order was on time, but this time more duplicates of guess what? COD. I had to go into my food properties and put that im allergic to cod. Overall the food tasted ok... I seasoned most of it. The free beef for life patties are overly cooked. The advertised "steak" is pretty much Chuck so dont expect some any other cut of steak. I also noticed that most of the meals are really oily and with an over abundance of nuts. Most of the deliveries were late, and had to contact them, they would give me partial discounts, but still if you're saying deliveries are by Friday then delivery on Friday. Not Saturday, not Tuesday. In order for me to cancel, I attempted to contact them, and could not get through because it was a Friday which most likely people are calling because they didnt deliver on time. I sent an email to cancel, and they confirmed the cancellation the following date. I do not recommend them, Ive signed up for cateredfit.com, and so far im loving it. I get food delivered daily. The packaging is easy to open ( Trifectas vacuum sealing is tough to open and the gravy/oils would get everywhere). With catered fit, you pick a meal plan, and can actually select your food within their calendar 2 days in advanced. The food is great tasting too. If you are in their areas, I would use catered fit instead. read more

Horrible food and delivery. They only deliver on Friday's which is very inconvenient for us because we travel out of town . He food was mushy and seemed like it's been sitting out too long. On top of that, a couple of boxes were busted open inside the package. Tried to cancel through email and they never responded also tried calling- no response - second time we called we said 'Hello?" And the rep hung up. We wanted to just do a trial but because of the poor service they ended up billing is for a whole another delivery. What a rip off read more

This was the worst food I ever ate. You can't even call it food. It was like pig swill. They charge way too much money. I gave them a second chance by going a second week.
