Service was scheduled at 9:00 AM, and Deon confirmed the appointment the day before, which I appreciated since many companies leave guessing till the last minute. Deon also let me know that they were on the way to our home, prior to the appointment time, which to me is a professional way of conducting business! On arrival I found Deon to be highly professional and friendly, asking if we wanted him to wear shoe covers, then went to our kitchen and listened to what we had done in the past, our problems and then gave us his professional advice up to the point of where he could. He did informed us that there could be a possible switch issue. He immediately went to work and in less than an hour informed us of our situation and his recommendation. Don and Audrey have continued the quality service that the former owners had established. They are more than willing to take whatever time it takes for you to get the right frame and matting for your print/photo/tapestry. Another poster indicated the work done by Frame Haven is not cheap, which is true. However there is no framing to be done with such personal service that is cheap. That being said, I don't believe you will find a more reasonable place anywhere in the area! The very first time I used Frame Haven, they were almost half the cost of a competitor. I have had them frame everything from cheap prints that I liked to valued family heirlooms. I got the same high level of service and quality product each time. It takes me a little over half an hour to get there, but I'd travel twice that far without hesitation. In fact, we picked up one piece last week and dropped off another. I am picking it up tomorrow!
