She then proceeded to tell us that we waited too long to begin the grooming process. 2 groomers that day made that VERY CLEAR TO US! Mind you they are 6 months old. The rude lady proceeded to tell us that if our babies don't do good then we should put them to sleep so they can get groomed properly . Saying all this without even knowing my puppies. So the day went on and no phone calls so we're guessing that our puppies did good. They call us to come pick them up and you should see the haircut they did to them. 1 of them looks the same and the other one looks silly. As we walked in to pick them up the rude Lady began to dictate and scold us that we took too long to pick them up. It was raining and there was a lot of traffic and we were in the middle of picking up our kids! They shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers this way. Horrible customer service!! So, after arguing with this lady, she goes to the back and another lady by the name of Rebecca comes out to give us our last puppy. Rebecca came out to pick a fight and she wanted to argue with us even more on that other groomer's behalf. I can understand with this profession it does take patience. It was an inconvenience for them to cut our puppies hair from the very beginning and at the end of the day all they wanted to do was pick fights and argue with the customer. We will be spending the extra hundred dollars for a mobile groomer to come out to our house. I purchased my first BS impulsively without much research from a cattery in NYC (Fruitful cattery stay away!) and there is a world's difference in the temperament and health between him versus my BS from Feliland. My first BS is aggressive unfriendly and ended up having many underlying health issues. My BS from feliland is an angel! so loving and sweet and most importantly very healthy! I give all credit to Anna and her immaculate care for her kittens.Even after taking my BS home she continues to answer any concerns or questions I might have about raising my BS. All the docs were organized in a folder and she even sent home a little gift bag of toys to take home. I plan to get my third BS from her. Highly recommend this cattery for your British Shorthairs!

We were looking at the fish and noticed that half of them were dead still in the cups or the tanks. One of the hamsters was dead just lying there and you could tell it had been days before anyone would even see. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, they just waved their hand and said they'll get to it when they have time. I was appalled and walked out. I called the health department to hopefully have someone go out there as there are dead animals in their tanks and not being dealt with, and it can be a hazard to other animals being put in the tanks or someone buying a pet that was inside with a deceased animal. I wanted to speak to their manager before I left and they told me that he wasn't available. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I hope that my phone call to corporate can resolve the issues with the store.
