I must admit I was a pretty annoying customer because I continued to delay picking up my kittens. But Anna was understanding of my situation and was very accommodating. We were looking at the fish and noticed that half of them were dead still in the cups or the tanks. One of the hamsters was dead just lying there and you could tell it had been days before anyone would even see. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, they just waved their hand and said they'll get to it when they have time. I was appalled and walked out. I called the health department to hopefully have someone go out there as there are dead animals in their tanks and not being dealt with, and it can be a hazard to other animals being put in the tanks or someone buying a pet that was inside with a deceased animal. I wanted to speak to their manager before I left and they told me that he wasn't available. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I hope that my phone call to corporate can resolve the issues with the store.
