Robert was very professional and answer all my questions whenever I had one. I did quite a bit of research since this project is not one size fits all. for me I was looking for a professional who could a explain the process and the product in laymen terms and I did not need a salesman. I wanted a company that would not put me in the poor house but was fair in pricing for the product I was needing. his team is extremely professional and I felt comfortable while they were in and out of my home. Robert was very clear with how the process would go and there were no hidden "read the fine print" . He is honest and will share his knowledge with the customer. Communication is a key component when I choose a someone to do work in my home. I am a very detailed individual but I also am flexible. They were very careful in installing the windows. They came and said they could replace the slider glass instead of putting a new door in. They said they could do it. They shattered the old glass while removing. They broke the original trim and then said they couldn't replace it and then just put pieces of it up. After they left, we had to clean up a lot of glass on the bed and all over the floor. Really disappointing.
