I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

I had some issues with my soffits that came up during a routine annual insurance inspection, and Luis came out right away. When he came out, he told me that all that was needed was repositioning of the soffit panels (which he did) and it looked good as new. Since it ended up being a straightforward job, he didn't even charge me, even though he took the time to drive out and fix the issue. Will definitely be using this company for any of my roofing issues moving forward. 10/10 would recommend!

The initial company I chose told me it would take 3-6 months just to get the permit pulled. After speaking with this company my permit was pulled in two weeks and my roof was done in a week. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. Polite, kind, professional and efficient. This company exudes great work ethics. I would highly recommend them! I am so pleased. Now I have a brand new roof and the whole process was stress free. No upfront payment. They gave you a payment schedule at each point of work and final payment not required until after the final inspection is passed. Amazing. Thank you!

Ara and Rach came by, took detailed measurements of everything, and then followed up with an itemized quote same day. They came by later in the week, arriving promptly at 9am and worked until past 6p to finish everything. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, and they came up with really creative solutions to fix things around our house. If I think about every handyman or contractor we've ever had do work for us, I think the White Gloves team is among the top - very competent/creative, great attention to detail, and reasonably priced. For example, Ara figured out a way to re-do a french drain on the side of our house fixing a leak no one had been able to solve. They also have a custom cabinetry business so can make you very specific shelves for a closet/cabinet. We're thrilled with them and plan to bring them in whenever we have a punch list that can keep them busy for a day. They're awesome!

Repair was completed on the 5 of December. Raised concerns about such a short warantee period particularly now that we are in the dry season. Representative assured me this would be no issue as she understood. Guess what 7TH April had a thunderstorm and it poured and the repair spot leaked. I called the roofer who did the job and informed him of my leak. He advised me to contact the person who I guess is the one who does all the paper work. From the date of the leak to this date I have been unable to contact her, and the roofer who did the repair, does not answer his phone. Guess this operation only does work where they are going to get paid. Recalls for rectification I guess they don't do that. I paid in the thousands for the repair, and now is have do it all over again.
