This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away. They will send a professional representative and seem extremely competent. That's where their facade of professionalism ends. As soon as they take your deposit you will be left high and dry. I made an initial deposit in May with the contract stating that the work would be done by June 10th. Around mid June I found out from my HOA that they hadn't even submitted the paperwork for an HOA approval. So I did all the paperwork myself and got it approved for installation. Afterwords, it was like pulling teeth for them to even come out and take final measurements. It took multiple phone calls and weeks before they stated that they would come out. On the day they were supposed to come I doubt they did. This is because I was home all day and all the windows needing to be measured were on the second floor. They must have ninja's for employee's because I didn't see much less hear anyone taking measurements. By the middle of August I had enough. By this point I had called them multiple times and could not get a straight answer on when the installation would be done. I called them and bluntly asked them to either give me a set date for installation or my money back. The lady on the phone put me on hold to talk to the project manager. Then she proceeded to tell me that my shutters would be put up within 7-10 business days guaranteed! I asked her to have the manager call me to confirm. Of course, I got no call back. After another week and a half I called them and no one picked up. I left a message stating that I want my money back. Of course I got no response. Unluckily for them I'm extremely familiar with Florida civil and criminal statutes. I called them last week blocking my number so they pick up. When a girl picked up the phone I proceeded to tell her based on which laws the owner could be held criminally liable for fraud even though the company is an LLC. In a panicked voice the girl told me "please do not hang up, let me go talk to my manager." She came back after 20 minutes and stated that everything would be taken care of and the manager would call me today. I let her know to expect all the legal consequences I mentioned earlier if he doesn't. Miraculously the manager who could never return my call for months called me back and stated the check would be in the mail. A few days after that I got my money back. If you want to deal with the headache of them stealing your money and never doing the work feel free to call them! But just be warned that unless your familiar with the law or have a good attorney; you will never see your money or your shutters.

From the sales rep to the office workers, no one knows anything and keep bouncing you around from person to person, they have no management authority and even the owner, Luis Pimentel, can't even show up to his own appointments! Yes. The owner! Now 3 long months after signing my contract, no one has even come to re-measure my windows. Btw, I was promised 6-8 weeks for install "for sure" by the sales rep! Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time! They will low-ball you to entice you to sign the contract and then give you every excuse in the world to keep your money!
