Hired them to fix several leaks in our gutters and paid them in full as soon as they claimed they were done. Immediately after the first rain we noticed that they only fixed ONE leak and the gutters were still leaking in other areas. Osmany gave us the run around for months, each week claiming that he will send someone to complete the work, but they never showed up. Terrible customer service and installation. Does not honor their worthless warranty. Rain POURS between gutter and house. The screws to hold the gutter to the house totally missed the wood and there is a huge gap between the gutters and the house. Save your money and frustration. Unlicensed unprofessional owner. I will now add the word L-I-A-R to the description. Promised to replace the gutters after three years of calling and being told they would fix. They attempted to repair several times but each time they still leaked - POURED water!!! My first call was within days of the original installation, my last call was a week before I had the house painted in Oct 2018. Osmony came out in October and said the installation was done wrong and he would replace the entire gutters. Within hours of leaving he called me and insisted that I remove this negative review. I stated once my gutters were working properly I would remove it. I told him he had control of how long the review would be up. The sooner he fixes the problem, the sooner I would remove the negative review. Days later, he added his response to this review below blaming the painter and emphasizing it was 3 years later - he gave me a 5 year warranty!!! I appreciated that Osmany came to the estimate appointment on time and was very nice and professional. I only needed 2 spaces for gutter installation - over the front door and across the back of the screened patio. Osmany assured me this was a simple job and would take less than an hour. On the install day 3 workmen came - no one spoke English so I was unable to communicate with them. They were on site for over 3 hours. Then left. After the first couple of rains it was apparent the workmen never "pitched" half the gutter over the patio so all the rain came gushing to one side. I've called Osmany twice asking if he could come out to finish the job, and although he's very nice over the phone has never showed up to fix what his workmen failed to do. Now I have to find another company to fix the pitch. Very disappointing. Waste of time and money. read more

I know rain gutters aren't something you "want" to purchase but it's definitely something we needed as the rainy season has started and it was pouring off the side of our house. He assured me that would not be a problem and we agreed on the dates. 4.5 stars. I contacted Green Solution Rain Gutters after the recent tornadoish storms pulled a piece of my rain gutter away (loosened). I wanted it repaired before another storm hit. I called and he said he'd come by to check and do an estimate. It took a few phone calls and emails (he forgot about coming by). But it was worth to keep calling, because he came by at the appointed time the third time we made an appointment and he promptly fixed the gutter. He explained that the gutters should be cleaned by June, so I know to call. Osmany is pleasant in person. So, I do recommend this company and suggest you just stay on top of contacting him. On 2/20/18, I got three estimates to have rain gutters installed on the front upper and lower level of my two-story townhouse.
