Should be renamed Shameless Gutter. They were responsive and quick when doing an install. They did not however pay attention to the slope and so water doesn't flow well. Years later I paid them to perform maintenance on 60 ft of gutter. The estimate was high but I just wanted it off my plate. The guy they sent for the estimate didn't even get up to look at the gutter state. Then the person they sent to do the job was in and out in 65 minutes for a ridiculous amount of money. The worst part is he didn't even do a good job (see pictures) and left a mess for me to clean up. They sent him out again and it became clear that he never even had tested the seals. Wow, 2 stars on Yelp! No wonder! Maybe if you came out to fix my issue you wouldn't get these type of reviews! I've used this company twice and I have referred them to 5 of my friends. When they did my gutters years ago they did a great job. They sent 2 young kids and my gutters are leaking everywhere. I need another down tube that I had before and they said I didn't need but now water is getting stuck. This company did not care to fix the issues. They wanted us to pay for the repairs when they just installed and leaking everywhere and water not draining! BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They said go to Home Depot and fix it yourself! Will never use them nor will they ever get a refferal from me! Now he claims I was disrespectful!?! You guys did a poor job and came out twice and didn't fix it! How do you expect someone to be when your tech told us to go to Home-depot and fix it ourselves! Now your feelings are hurt!? They refused to honor the warranty because i tried to put tape on it to reduce flooding untill they got here. The crew "added" an unwanted downspout (causing flooding down a wall) and did not complete a 45 degree water deflection piece as per their proposal/contract. Spoke with Cindy who hung up on me twice when I could not resolve the issues with her and asked to speak to her supervisor. She kept telling me "you are not getting anything for free" and I politely explained to her more than once that I would expect a service charge and maybe a materials cost and was not asking for anything for free... this install was for my mother in law's home. My perception of Cindy was unprofesional, rude and does not care for the customer. Seamless Gutters did our original gutters- It was okay job. We decided to have them redo our gutters as one area gutters pulled away from house. We were told 2-3 workers for our 2 story home. They sent 1 worker. He broke more things than work being done. After some no shows & late shows...When we called, Cindy, said that is the way it is & hung up. Unable to reach anyone. Next time they sent 2 workers, more stuff broken. Javier said only work they will do is what is written on contract, but we never agreed for them to break anything. Now stuck with 2 broken outdoor lights, 1 broken downspout they crushed, 1 chip out of front house stucco, & front left area exposed under gutter that they removed & seams not properly glued due to it rained & workers left. This is horrible & unprofessional. We cannot recommend this company. We believe in honest work-honest pay. Is it even legal for a licensed company to send only 1 worker for 2 story home? On initial interview, We were told they would send 2-3. Juan returned & changed the downspout & all the other items they broke are now for us to fix. And with first rain we see areas leaking. Appears the company's work is too fragmented & a greater communication on their part would go a long way with this company. We are left to fix the rest of the items on our own. This company is by far completely as shady as they come. We paid them for gutter service July 18, 2016 and they were quick to pick up money. They put up the gutters and now a year later the gutters are not holding the water correctly. They leak everywhere because they supplied the crappiest materials possible. Although the gutters look good, my experience with them was not great. On installation day, one person showed up to do a two man job. A few day later after it rained. I notice one area not slopped in the correct direction. They scheduled for it to get adjusted. When the installers came out. They would not do it because they said it had to be the original installer to come back and make repairs. They rescheduled for a 2nd time. This time they said they did not have the correct color on the truck. They came out a 3rd time without telling me so, I was not home. They scheduled for a 4th appt. This time the adjustments were done. But after I tested it with water. One area has no slope. It's perfectly level. The water does not drain in any direction. I wont be calling them back. I have two rain chains one was sealed in place correctly. The 2nd Is just sitting in the hole. I'll have to caulk and seal it myself. I'm not the type to give negative reviews but I feel contended to. I did not even bother getting multiple quotes and paid them without negotiations. I needed a custom gutter installed to redirect water from a garden area so since they advertised they do custom work I hired them. I explained to their sales guy what needed to be done and he said everything would be ok but their is an additional charge for the added length and I said fine. Well the work that they did on the gutter area was great but the custom drain I needed was sloppy at best. They completely left the downspout loose and laying on the ground. I called them immediately and texted pictures to the sales guys only to get a we promise to fix it. Well 2 weeks go by and this time I call their main office line. The lady I spoke with promised once again they will be out to correct it. So now I'm here over a month later and a gutter sitting on the ground where it needs to be properly attached to the wall and a bunch of empty promises. I would love to correct this review to a positive one once I get the situation corrected. I believe they can do excellent work but need to work on their promises. I had scheduled a quote/estimate for gutters on my house for 4:30 PM on Tuesday. At noon I received a text message stating that the company wanted to stop by between 1-2 PM instead. I agreed to this new timeframe but nobody showed up. At 3:30 PM in the middle of a business conference call without prior notice I get a call stating that the estimator was here and needed to talk to me. When I told the representative/owner that I did not have time expecting them to come back later at 4:30pm (as originally scheduled), he hung up on me and sent me this first of multiple offending messages. What an unprofessional company. I got a quote and was told by the gentleman who came (who was very nice) that when I was ready, they would come out the next day. Well, I called and the lady in the office told me they could come out Saturday or Monday, well since Monday was July 4th, I told her to do it on Saturday. She said they'd be out between 1 - 3. When no one had even called by 2:30, I called the office and told her I was waiting for someone and that I wanted to confirm they were still coming. She found my info and told me she was going to make a phone call and call me right back. About an hour later I had still not received a return call and called them again, this time a machine came on, I left a message and NO ONE ever returned my call! This is frankly just not true. From January 6-12 I waited everyday for the guys to show up. One day it was raining, the rest I heard an installer didn't show up, he was waiting to talk to his dad to get schedule, he couldn't reach the installers or just didn't get in touch. He did not answer me every time and often told me he would get back to me in 10 minutes and never did. Now I am being told I have a grudge against the company, my roof is bad (has no bearing on the water in the gutter and just had 4pt and wind inspection with no problem) and that I refused to put another down spout because of the cost at the original install which was never mentioned originally. The installers who came blamed the original install. The owner blames me. The gutters continue to hold water and breed mosquitos. They did not use a level to install the gutters..JUST THE MASTERS EYE. 2. Couplers are the wrong size. 3. Additionally his "masters" do not know how to walk on roof tile and damaged my roof. 4. Lastly, it seems he never pulled a permit with the City of Coral Gables, is required for work over $500.00. DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAIN. I sent a video via text message to Elbyn Jr on June 29, followed by a voicemail. I called the main office line on June 30 after not receiving a response from Elbyn. I was scheduled for July 7. After wasting my entire day waiting, I called Elbyn again, no answer, the office no answer. After several attempts the office finally picked up. 1st Excuse: you are scheduled for Friday the 10th not today. 2nd excuse given on the same call: its been raining in certain areas and "the guys" are backed up which is why you've been rescheduled. Which leads me to my next complaint, why not call the customer and advise them?? Now I ask for the owner, Elbyn Sr., conveniently he's not available. Not to mention the installers knocked down and broke a wall ornament I had, and apparently had no intention of telling me had I not probed them about it. This week , we were in a very precarious position, as we have a screened patio that constantly floods because of old faulty gutters. Upon inspection, we also found out we that we had bad facia board under the gutters. We then contracted a roofer who replaced the facia board . But then it was a question of getting a gutter company, immediately, to put up gutters so that we wouldn't flood again. We had used Seamless Gutter Masters before and found them very reliable , nice , and very competent . So, we called Seamless Gutter Masters and explained our problem. Elbyn immediately returned our call . He adjusted his entire schedule to accommodate us, and was out the very next morning with gutters. They were put up beautifully and by very nice, polite , technicians. In addition, they were immaculately clean and even though the weather was warm, they wore masks the entire time. They kept the respectable 6 foot distance away and we felt very safe in their presence. It is said said that if management is nice and cooperative, and reliable, than the people in that company model their behavior. Such is the case here with Elbyn Jr. and his father.
