After gutters were installed it rained and gutters were collecting water not draining which causes mold. They were not given the right pitch. Also, one gutter was leaking. I contacted them to fix the issue but they do not come to honor the 5 year labor warranty that shows in the contract. Once you pay them, do not see them again. i would not recommend this company. After reading all the reviews I am surprised at how disappointed the reviewers were. I don't know if they are under new management or not but I am very happy with my new gutters. They charged a fair price for good product and did a good job with the installation. The timing was perfect for the job to be completed. It has been raining for days. After inspecting all the seams/connections we are very happy with the job an would recommend Seamless Gutter Masters to install your gutters. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was the fact that on the original installation date the techs came out but did not have enough materials (clips) to do the job. It was already 4:30pm. I was originally told my appointment would be in the afternoon to install. So, I took off work to sit and wait for them only to be rescheduled to the first appointment the following morning. Things happen so I did not let it bother me too much. After arriving, gutters were installed for price quoted. Both Wilmer and Nelson were extremely professional and work was done professionally, including tapping onto existing gutters to utilize downspouts. Although initial promise time wasn't met (I had to call to question and was told with genuine apologies the crew was a bit behind), when they did arrive it was all good. Definitely recommend and will use again for future projects. read more

Terrible. Elbyn visited the site and gave me a quote via E-mail. The installers missed the first installation appointment due to "equipment trouble". Then two days later another crew showed up. This time the crew demanded twice the written estimate. They wanted twice what Elbyn had requested in the written estimate. No help from whoever answers the phone at their office. No apology. Needless to say I sent them packing. Avoid. "Bait and switch". read more

I should have taken heed of the bad reviews but decided to give them a shot. The first sign was when Hector turned up about 3 hours later than scheduled for the quote..I finally had given up and went back to work. He apologized profusely and said the office did not give him a time and went and gave me the quote over the phone and assured me they would do the job on Saturday. My husband sat home and waited as they were to come no later than 11:30 a.m....they showed up at 4:30 p.m. and did not have the gutter color ordered even on their truck so the job could not get done. Another day wasted ! No one called me back to reschedule - I had to chase down Hector and then the office. But I finally saw the light and just told them not to bother. Found another company local and they responded immediately. Lesson learned..the reviews are there for a reason ! read more

November 2017. I used them a few years back to install my gutters and was very pleased so when I needed a small change made, I called them again. They were quick to come out and give a quote and even did the work timely; however, they did not did not do all that I asked them to do (even though it was on the invoice). I figured it was an oversight so I called and left messages. No response. I called and left more messages and no response. I called many more times and still no response. It is now almost 3 weeks since they did the work and I still haven't received a response. Customers and reviews are what makes/breaks companies today... I wouldn't use them again. read more

I recently needed to have new gutters installed and contacted M3 Construction Group who had Seamless Gutter Masters come out to measure my home. The young man that came out, Javier Lizcano, was very professional, pleasant and helpful in discussing the project. He scheduled the installation for last Saturday at 10:00 am. The crew that came out was on time, actually arrived at 9:40, and were very courteous, detailed and professional. Oscar, one of the crew members, walked the house with me observing and giving me suggestions before starting the job. They worked diligently and meticulously until they finished. The quote was fair. They offered plenty of flexible payment plans. They showed up exactly on time (which is rare in Miami) and they completed the job like pros. A couple of adjustment needed to be made along the way and they explained why, they gave me choices and then did the work just like I wanted. They were also neat and cleaned up their mess. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! We decided to go with this company for the installation for the gutters in our new home because they had a good price, and were very responsive to phone calls, seemed to be a legit company. Initial quote was for $1,300, then they called, and told me they were in the neighborhood, and would drop the price to $1,000 if they could install that same day. I agreed. 3 months after the installation, we had a very big storm. Lots of rain. I went outside after the rain to check on the gutters, and found out that the joint in one of the corners in the front of the house was torn open. after inspecting everything, it seems like the amount of water running from the front of the house, to that corner was too much, and it ended up forcing the glue and the screws in the corner to give. There are no down drains in the front of the house, and the roof has a slight tilt to that side of the house, causing alms all the water from the font to go to that corner. Now that I look at you the water behaved, it is pretty obvious that these guys should have installed a down pour somewhere before the corner, or at least a hole for a chain drain. Confident that I bought a product with a 20 YEAR GUARANTEE from a reputable company, I called them to have them come and check the damage. As soon as I started to explain to them what the damage was, I knew this was going to be a lost cause. They told me right away that what I was describing has never happened before, and that it is impossible because they sue glue and screws... In the hopes of helping them understand the damage, I texted them a picture. BIG MISTAKE. They called me back and told me that bi the look of the picture they were absolutely sure that this was caused by something or someone hitting the gutter. No one has done any work anywhere near the gutter, and there are no big treed near that area of the house. Now, anyone with a little understanding of how water flows, can figure out what happened by looking at the installation. I told them that they needed to send some one to look at it, and that once they saw the big picture, it would be easier to understand. Their answer was that they will not send anyone, because this damage is not covered. And if they did send someone, they would charge me $190 for the trip. When I tried to explain the whole set up to the lady on the phone (Cindy). She told me she had pulled out my file, and noticed that we had less down drains than we should fur such a lengthy perimeter. I told her that that might actually be the problem, she wen on to blame me for 1. Rejecting the installation of more down drains, which I did not. And 2. She even had the courage of telling me that maybe they installed less down drains because they gave me a discount!! I insisted on having some one come over and look at the installation and the damage. Cindy told me she needed to check with the owner and call me back. She never called back. I called them a day later, and she told me she was sorry, but the owner said he can not help me. Final word. I can not believe that they are not even willing to take a look at the installation and figure out what really happened. That they tried to blame me for not installing enough down drains, and then excuse themselves for not installing them because of the discount (which was offered because they where in the neighborhood, not because they were going to do a half A** job). Now I have to call a different company to come fix this. I will follow up this review with the findings of the new company on the installation made by Seamless Gutters, to prove the point. He apologized for what had happened and offered to send his crew to my home the same day to rectify the problem. Very bad experience with this company from the start. They didn't show up twice after I had scheduled them a month out. They finally came and did job and did bottom of front gutter wrong which I wasntaware of until my hoa showed me. I contacted them immediately to tell them issue I had to call numerous times then finally they scheduled to come back today between 2 and 3. I contacted them to confirm they said they would call back, a hour later I called again. The last Cindy was very rude and condescending to me which angered me. She said I shouldn't left the company to come in a holiday which they scheduled. Then decided to tell me she wouldn't have her guys come fix the problem because I had a attitude. Once we noticed that there was a leak in the gutter we contacted Seamless Gutter Masters to let them know that the installation was not done properly and we needed them to come out and fix it. At this point, we had not paid for the gutters as of yet. They said they would come out on Saturday 8/2 at 9am but no one showed up. The following Monday I called to find out what happened; they were unable to provide an answer but assured me someone would come out the next day on August 5th...again no one showed up. I called the following day and they said they would come out the following Saturday on August 9th. I was out of town that weekend but had a relative staying at my home to assist them if needed. They showed up this time and claimed they fixed it. I was unable to check it until it rained so I took their word and paid the bill. (They had installed the gutters 3 months prior to that, but never gave us an invoice.) They assured me that everything was all set...but visually everything looked the same. On 8/16 - It rained and I realized that the gutters had not been fixed it was leaking exactly the same. I called to let them know and even sent them a video with the water gushing down on the pavement. Cindy (the woman who answers the phone told me it shouldn't be like that and someone would come out again on Monday to take another look. 8/18 - Monday came I got No call and no one showed. 8/19 - I called no one answered the phone so I left a message but no one returned my call. 8/20 - I called again no one answered and I left another message. (At this point I feel they are avoiding my calls.) 8/ 21 - I called again this time she answered and said she would have someone come out on 8/23 between 1-3pm. 8/23 - I stayed home the entire day waiting for someone to show and they never did. At 4:30pm I called to complain about the no show... Cindy acted surprised that no one came and said she would call the installers and call me back but not to worry they would come out that day. She never called me back and no one came. 8/25 - I called them; I got no answer so I left a message. 8/26 - I called again Cindy answered and put me on hold.... I waited on hold for over 10mins and she never came back to the line. I finally hung up and called back, she said someone would come out that day. However the installer called me an hour later to say that he was not coming out and that the problem was not with the gutter but with the roof and for me to call a roofing company to look at it. (So I did) On 8/30 - I had a Roofing Company come out to look at the roof. They advised me that the gutters were not installed properly. His notes below: - Gutters installed too high, penetrating the roof drip edge metal with screws allowing seeping water to get through which could cause moisture damage to the fascia board overtime. (He said this is against code) - Gutters should have been installed just below the roof metal, not to damage the roof metal for proper water shed. - Roofing company provided pics of the improper installation as well as pics of how it should have been installed. 9/8 - I forwarded the pics along with the email the roofing company provided to the gutter company. I followed up with a phone call to ensure she received it (sounded like she was in the bathroom). She said she was busy at the moment and would call me back in an hour. I still haven't heard back from her. 9/15 - I called again to find out a status and when someone would be out to fix it, Cindy answered she said that they had been out to my house numerous times and that she can't keep sending her guys out, and that the problem was not theirs. I told her again what the roofer said, she did not agree. I also reminded her that her guys had only been there twice and that all the other times no one showed up, so she was not telling the truth about coming out numerous times. I told her I paid for the gutters and it does not work properly .... At this point they do not want to come out again. I have never before dealt with a company with this level of unprofessionalism. They do not return calls or emails; they schedule appointments and do not honor them. They have a lack of respect for their customers and they do not own up to their mistakes. Please save yourself the headache. They may be a little cheaper but it is not worth the stress. Now I have to pay another company to fix their mistake and they claim I have a 5 year warranty on installation. Yeah right what a joke! And by the way I called another gutter company to fix the problem; they told me the something similar to the roofer, that the gutter was installed behind the flashing of the roof and had to stop at the tiles. They should have installed it below the roof metal by mounting it on the fascia board. This way they could extend it out further. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company will come out and give you a quote, install your gutters and take your payment very efficiently. We were left with a gutter system that caused massive loading of water onto three areas of our roof due to incorrect slope on the gutter and open ended gutter. This resulted in damage to our roof and two costly repair jobs. When I contacted the company in Oct 2015, Elbyn Sr, Elbyn Jr. and the Wife, have had me on a wild goose chase with months of phone calls and numerous cancelled appointments. Finally they sent two men to fix the problem who had no english and made an absolute mess of the repair, basically they had no idea of what they were doing ..... I should have checked their credentials. I sent photos of the botch repair to Elbyn Jr who assured me that it would be taken care of. The same trend of phone call and broken appointments started again until I got Elbyn Sr on the phone who had two qualified staff members look ate the problem and the botch repair, they were told (by Elbyn Sr) and advised me that they were to return the next day to take care of the problem as they didn't have the parts in the van. This did not happen ant at this point when I called back, I was told that Elbyn Jr. would contact me .... he never has... so now I need to take the next steps, starting with this review. The company wasn't able to fix a heavy gutter vibration noise due to wind, after 2 visits,( very hard to schedule),finally i would need to pay another company to fix this problem even when it's a new installation they did, and it should be under warranty... i would never recommend this company .. read more

Worst company to bring your business to. I called for a quote, the sales rep was at my house quickly; he was very nice, appeared to be very knowledgeable and after I described what I wanted, he explained everything to me in great details and how the work was going to be done. I received the quote and decided to let them do the job; Shame on me! Two guys, who couldn't say a word in English, were sent on the job. When they first arrived, it was easy to see that they were lost and tried to figure out what to do and apparently couldn't understand the work order. After the job was completed, it was even easier to see that these guys were not professionals, the gutters were up and down, bent in many places and I think if it was not because I have a two story house, I could have done a better job. Since I could easily see there were flaws in the gutters, I took my hose and decided to check the practicability of the gutters. Guess what? The gutters hold more water than a bathtub, so I called to get it fixed, the same workers came and "I was told" that the only way to fix the problem is to add another downspout. I agreed to their so-called fixed and paid the extra fee but as of now, we can't even sit outside because of mosquitoes coming from the water sitting in the gutters. I wouldn't be surprised if my house lost value because of these gutters. It doesn't take a genius to know that there should be an inclination from one side to the other in order for the water to flow to the downspout. Waist of time and money...water just streams right between the gutter and the roof. I tried to get them back here to repair their shoddy work, but was just given the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will make promises of providing the "best" services and a "lifetime guarantee" but their installers do not know what they are doing. I had a seamless gutter system installed in the second week of January and part of the gutter was installed improperly so when it rains, the water leaks between the gutter and the fascia. I've called for weeks and weeks and like the other people who have complained, I just keep getting promises that the installer will come to fix the problem, but they never show up. I am tired of chasing after them so I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the State of Florida, the Florida Attorney General's Office, and every other regulatory body I can to complain about this. Hardworking people who place trust in a company and pay for services should get the services promised and should not be ignored. read more

When I first contacted the company it was professional from the start, we agreed on a time and day and a price. They showed up on time and finished the job in in about 6hrs However after the job was completed the aftermath of what they left behind was atrocious, A pile of material left behind in my driveway and with metal shavings all over the yard. After a few days of rain I noticed one side was not draining as it should, so i inspected it only to find out the pitch was wrong, I called the company back to report the problem after several attempts finally they respond and set up another date to check it out. They send out 2 men the same installers who speak NO ENGLISH try communicating to someone who doesn't understand, I speak no Spanish!! The 2 men proceed to fix the wrong end and completely ruin the drip cap on a brand new roof as they used their feet to bend the gutter & nails downward to make it drain. know the hole thing is loose and uneven I spoke to the owner to come back and fix the problem correctly. He never got back to me, I am still waiting for a reply 1 month later. I am inclined to write or call the Better Business Bureau. Never never never would I suggest this company to anyone. Bad Bad Bad.. They did not finish the job and wanted to get paid.. and after I paid them.. they did not show up or respond to my emails... I wanted to replace all the the gutters but once they took out the old gutter they found the facial board wood rotten and stopped there. They would not fix the facial board or recommend someone that could do it so the job was not finished. There are gutters hanging from the house and the rotten wood now exposed.. I am not sure what to do..since they do not answer to emails and phone calls. This company was built to rib off people......!!! read more

!!!!!!!!!D0 NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! These hacks installed gutters on my house. soon after they left was a downpour and the gutters started making a popping noise. I went outside during the rain storm and saw that the gutters were bowing in the middle and no water was coming out of the down spouts. Luckily I am a retired skilled tradesman. I immediately grabbed my drill and removed the incorrectly mounted gutter supports to allow the water to drain. When the rain passed I took out a level and saw that they had installed them with no pitch, they were tightly against the drip edge all the way down the 60ft. of my house. REALLY!! Then I checked my other section of gutter they installed, also with not pitch. Not once did I see a level or a chalk line drawn to make sure they had the right pitch. So now after spending the previous day scrapping, calking and painting my fascia boards before the install I am left with holes I had to repair and an unacceptable install. Furthermore my neighbors said the same thing happen to her. I also asked my other neighbors that recommended this co. if I could look inside their gutters. I found that that the gutter had their own ecosystem of gnats, mosquitos and algae from all the standing water. In my opinion they had one time to do it right and they are not coming back. This company can shove there warrantee and I will make sure everybody I know learns of my experience and intern passes it along. read more

UNFORTUNATELY, my experience with this company screams "don't even think about it". They lure the customer in with a fair price and a promise for the installation of 2 gutters the next day. And so you sign the contract and after that you find that you will pay and pay and pay....not only in money, but in aggravation and stress caused by their endless lies, manipulations, scams, no shows, blaming the customer, calling the customer names like idiot, disturbed, etc., and never honoring warranties, nor responding to voice mails, emails, or photos of the damage. When they finally did send someone to do the work it was an underage, untrained worker who could not understand nor make himself understood in English who was supplied with odds and ends of the wrong mismatched equipment that he was forced to hand cut with metal scissors to barely fit anywhere. He was not to blame. He tried hard but the odds were against him and the results were disastrous from the beginning. From the first light rain 6 months ago until today the gutters leak, cause floods, and I can see the beginning of mildew and mold. They have written that they were out to my house several times when i wasn't home and "fixed" everything. They offer no specifics. They also claim they stand ready to clear up any other problems that may arise. The increasing/continuing damage shows that they fixed nothing and that their word like their gutters, is of no value. I can't figure out how to post a photo as just one example of the leaks after they claimed they fixed everything. If I could give this company zero stars, I would! We have been waiting 12 months for this company to repair a poor installation. My wife and I hired this company over a year ago to install gutters along the front porch and rear patio. The first installer showed up with the wrong color gutters. Then when came with the right color gutters he could not finish the installation because he didn't have enough aluminum. They finally finished the installation on the third try. However the rear gutters were installed with an incorrect incline. The water backs up to the wrong end and leaks/spills over the top of the gutter. We now have a permanent mildew stain on our red brick patio tiles. We've contact this company no less than 5 times and every time they tell us that they will send someone, but no one ever comes to fix the problem. This company is extremely unprofessional and I recommend that you use someone else! read more

My experience with Seamless Gutter Masters was less than desirable... The salesman Javier Lizcano came to my house and tried to sell me the 7" gutters throughout the entire house instead of only in the area needed, of course the 7" gutters are $6/Ft instead of $3.50/Ft for the 6" gutters.. More money in his pocket at the cost of the homeowner, BEWARE of salesman!! After negotiating to install the 7" gutters where needed, and 6" gutters throughout the rest of the house, the installation team arrived, these guys did a great job on the gutter system, making sure that all of the cuts were perfect and looking good, which was a task due to the shape of my house. They did such a great job I tipped them very well... The next day I went on to my balcony and noticed that one of my floor tiles on the balcony was shattered, seems like while they were cutting the roof tiles to accommodate the gutter, a piece of roof tile fell from the roof and shattered the floor tile. This was very upsetting as this floor was just installed less than a month ago. As well, knowing that they did not have the courtesy or decency to tell me about the accident. BEWARE of the installers!! check everything they are doing while they are working and when they are finished with the job. Making matters worse, I texted Seamless Gutter Masters the photos of the damages to the number that they sent me my receipt from and they TOTALLY IGNORED ME. My advise to any of you that will read this valuable review is to #1. Make sure you are not persuaded by JAVIER to purchase more than you need, he is a salesman from the word go! #2. Watch the installation team like a hawk, take nothing for granted and check all areas before they leave, my problem was I didn't go to the balcony to check when they finished the job, my fault. Lastly and most importantly. Through my experience the company does not stand behind their faults or they would have reached out to me in regards to the broken tile. the company installed seamless gutters and gutter screens. while i was completely satisfied with the gutter installation i was very dis-satisfied with the screen installation. i have a chattahoochee stone roof and wanted the screens installed to prevent the stones from falling into the gutters. the type screens they installed were supposed to be attached to the outside lip of the gutter with a snap-on clip allowing the other side of the screen edge to rest on the roof edge. however the clip didn't fit around the gutter's outside edge so they mounted the screens to the top of the gutter's edge using metal screws. this caused the other end of the screen to sit inside the gutter rather than on top of it. now when it rains the stones fall into the gutter resting on the screen. when enough stones fall onto the screen the weight causes the stones to fall into the gutter. in addition they overlapped the 24 inch long screen sections by 3 to 4 inches causing bulges of various heights at each overlap which are plainly visible and cosmetically ugly. i called the manufacturer and they thought that the wrong screen was used for my type of gutters and that the screens should not be overlapped but rather be installed side by side allowing them to be swung up.when i contracted with the company i was under the impression that the company did the actual installations but as it turned out they were just a sales company and they sub-ed the job out. i have no objection to the sub-ing out but when i called to complain about the screen installation (at least a dozen times) and although they promised to come out and check the quality of the installation (which, to my knowledge they never really had done)and do what had to be done to satisfy me no one ever showed up. three times they did make actual appointments to come but never called or showed up. now no one answers my calls. also, even though many times i requested a paid bill and the promised warranty they never gave either to me. read more
