These guys are the best! Great price, on-time, professional response and business acumen as well as GREAT service! I mean it! I had tried to get other quotes and got either no response or amateur behavior. But what I got from Absolute Pressure Cleaning was and excellent job done, good phone and in-person communication as well as online written job quote, invoice and receipt right to my phone email. Thank you for doing business the 21st Century way! read more

Good value, responsive and reliable, But did not do what we discussed that they would do in using bleach in certain areas, I.e., screen enclosure structure and also pool deck. All they used was water; therefore, The next day I had to use a lot of bleach myself to go over the screen enclosure to remove the algae. Also, they were supposed to take my umbrella out of the center of the table outside of the screen enclosure to bleach it and did not, and also only used water on that as well... read more

So happy to have a clean roof! The team did a great job-- they met with me when they arrived to check in with us to see if we had any questions before they began. Appreciate that! Plus, Ken was so responsive and helpful, from getting a quote to completing the job! Would def use them again! read more

They did a great job! Loved how easy it was to set up an appt and have them come out and not have to be home. Recommended!

Absolute Pressure Cleaning has been at my house 3 times over the past 5 years (pressure cleaned my driveway, patio, and roof). The 1st time I called them, my pavers looked horrible from prior companies that had sealed my pavers. They made my pavers look new! They are GREAT! Very professional and wonderful customer service! I recommend them to everyone...thank you Absolute for being great!!! read more

I'm a property manager for a large company, and we use Absolute for all of our pressure cleaning needs. Their work is top quality, and they are professional, reliable, and are by far the best company I have ever worked with in all my years. I absolutely (no pun intended) love working with the owner Ken. He is honest and trustworthy, and if there is ever an issue (which is extremely rare), I know I can always count on him to make it right. I highly recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

UPDATE: The owner of the company, Shannon, called me personally and made me feel completely comfortable with the situation and remedied my frustration. While I had already booked with another company, I would definitely call Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services LLC again. FIRST TIME CALLER: I've called 3 times on separate occassions trying to get an estimate and have been brushed off/ignored all 3 times. The third time, the girl I spoke with hung up on me before I could even ask her name. All I needed was a quote for a roof/awning powerwashing. Maria was the most helpful (first phone call) but still no one called me back to speak with me about anything I needed, the second girl said she would make my message urgent but still no response and the third girl I spoke with was flat out rude. After getting the run around I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Very professional showed up promptly. very detail-oriented. Took the time to explain everything to me. Very happy with the results... would definitely recommend. The fact that they use a chemical rather than hard water pressure alone made a huge difference I can tell read more

Had a roof cleaning done. The team is very professional. Communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish. Very responsive to emails. Showed up on time, did the job quickly and left everything clean. For the cleaning they covered the bushes, put garbage bags on the gutter downspouts, and constantly spayed water to wash off any overspray. Would recommend them to anyone looking to do roof cleaning. read more

I called absolute on Friday. I needed my roof and patio cleaned. It has been over 3 years and it needed it badly. They made an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech came out on Monday afternoon as expected. He used a mildew killer and sprayed the patio and walkway. Unfortunately at this time his machine broke. I spoke with the lady in the office. She apologized profusely. I explained that I totally understood, and we scheduled for Tuesday morning. Tech showed up bright and early. Was working by 8:30 and finished the job in a little over 2 hours. I have a have a house with 2100 sq ft under air. He did a fantastic job. Hasn't looked this good since it was new. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof and patio cleaning. Will definitely use them again. read more

UPDATE..... After my review, I received a call with my quote immediately and even a call from the owner of the company himself. Shannon really cares about his company's reputation and even offered me a discount for the services. Customer service is important to me when dealing with a business. .... Based on the many good reviews, I emailed this company for a "speedy fast" quote on May 18th and received an automatic reply saying that they would get back to me as soon as possible. I never heard anything back so I called them for a quote on the 20th. The girl who answered said the person that gives quotes is on the other line and will call you back, so I left my phone number. I received a call from a nice woman who took my address and what services I needed done and then told me she would call me back with my quote. It is now the 23rd and still no quote :( I guess this company is so busy they need to hire more people? They should probably remove "speedy fast" quote from their website. read more

Great service all around from office to the guys on the truck. The entire house looks great. Thanks!!!

Before choosing Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services, I exchanged several emails with Shannon about the process, and the cleaning products that would be used. Shannon was very thorough, forthcoming and honest every step of the way. We chose his company because of such transparency. The cleaning crew, Jean and Justin, were punctual, professional, and competent. They made my roof, walls, patio and driveway gleam! I highly recommend Shannon and his team. They embody all the values that make small businesses so invaluable to the communities they serve, and which we will continue to support. read more

They pressure cleaned our roof, patio and driveway 2 years ago and did a terrific job. The roof still looks pretty good. The price was competitive and they had pretty good service. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because, after they left, I noticed they cracked a few of the roof tiles an nobody made mention of it. Other than that, I was pretty happy with their service and plan to use them again in the future. read more

I called several places and Absolute gave me the best price in town! Their service was top-notch and Jenn was quick to respond to my email. I told her that I won't be home because I have a busy schedule with work but Jenn assured me that the job will still be done without a problem. When I came home, the roof, patio, and driveway was super clean! They really did a great job and I highly recommend their service. I will use them again in the future. read more

I am a long term Realtor in East Ft Lauderdale so have worked with several pressure cleaning companies over the years. I met with the owner, Shannon, whom reassured me I would not be running into issues I had in the past with other companies. Wow was I impressed!!!! I received a quick quote, which was very reasonable, and was given better service and quality work than I had with any other company. I strongly recommend Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services and have continued to refer them to all my clients. read more

I just used these guys for a an exterior house painting job. They were amazing. We actually had to ask them to come back the next day and they were happy to help. We even forgot to leave them a gate key and after speaking with the owner the pressure cleaner used a ladder to access the back yard so he could finish the job on time. It is also nice to use some that is both licensed and insured. I would highly recommend their services. read more

Awful, didn't show up on time, damaged plants near the building, totally unprofessional throughout. Next time I'll pay more to not go with such a poorly run company read more

It has been frustrating to say the least. Messaged the company on Yelp giving a description of the services I need and got a response the next morning asking for my address and email. After answering the person's message in less than 25 minutes from their message with the information they asked for, never heard back from them. It's already been more than 3 days since. Can't tell you the quality of their work but first impressions say a lot. Customer service is becoming a problem with lots of companies nowadays. read more

I called Absolute Pressure Cleaning Service after having had terrible luck with another "company." I needed to pressure wash the second story windows of my new townhouse house, which were covered in pigeon droppings. Yuck! The first company came on a Saturday and said they would return the next day more prepared to tackle the issue. The guy didn't come back until Tuesday (after I called him 100 times) and he STILL didn't the finish the job!!! I should've just called Absolute! Despite the short notice, they tried extremely hard to fit me in on Thursday, since I had guests coming over on Friday. When they couldn't make it, their employee Danielle was extremely apologetic and promised to make me a priority the next day... and they did. A technician showed up to my house the next morning and tackled the problem. He even pressure washed the downstairs windows for me and the backyard patio which was covered in some greenish mold substance. He finished before my guests arrived and I'm so happy with the work he did. I will be using this company again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Absolute Pressure Cleaners for being a reliable, responsible, and ethical company! read more

Absolute pressure cleaning was referred to my husband and I by a friend who had a good experience. I contacted them to pressure wash my paver pool deck and paver driveway. They provided a quick, very cost effective quote and scheduled a date less than 2 weeks out. I was home when they were there. They covered plants, etc and did a great job. The two guys who came were very friendly and helpful. My roof turned out amazing! It looks like new and it is over 15 years old. The pavers look great too. They did miss a small spot and came back to redo it as soon as I let them know. On top of that I had some grass die after the cleaning. This sounds bad but things happen and they sent someone put quickly to lay sod in these areas...!!!!! Yes, you heard me right. I couldn't believe it which is unfortunate. This company is on top of it and easy to work with. Despite a small set back the work was great and they fixed the challenge we faced. It definitely pays to hire someone who is licensed, insured, and most importantly- HONEST! Great, respectable company. I will come back and I will recommend to everyone. Thank you! read more
