Good value, responsive and reliable, But did not do what we discussed that they would do in using bleach in certain areas, I.e., screen enclosure structure and also pool deck. All they used was water; therefore, The next day I had to use a lot of bleach myself to go over the screen enclosure to remove the algae. Also, they were supposed to take my umbrella out of the center of the table outside of the screen enclosure to bleach it and did not, and also only used water on that as well... read more

While I had already booked with another company, I would definitely call Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services LLC again. FIRST TIME CALLER: I've called 3 times on separate occassions trying to get an estimate and have been brushed off/ignored all 3 times. The third time, the girl I spoke with hung up on me before I could even ask her name. All I needed was a quote for a roof/awning powerwashing. Maria was the most helpful (first phone call) but still no one called me back to speak with me about anything I needed, the second girl said she would make my message urgent but still no response and the third girl I spoke with was flat out rude. Had a roof cleaning done. The team is very professional. Communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish. Very responsive to emails. Showed up on time, did the job quickly and left everything clean. For the cleaning they covered the bushes, put garbage bags on the gutter downspouts, and constantly spayed water to wash off any overspray. I called absolute on Friday. I needed my roof and patio cleaned. It has been over 3 years and it needed it badly. They made an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech came out on Monday afternoon as expected. He used a mildew killer and sprayed the patio and walkway. Unfortunately at this time his machine broke. I spoke with the lady in the office. She apologized profusely. I explained that I totally understood, and we scheduled for Tuesday morning. Tech showed up bright and early. Was working by 8:30 and finished the job in a little over 2 hours. I have a have a house with 2100 sq ft under air. He did a fantastic job. Hasn't looked this good since it was new. UPDATE..... After my review, I received a call with my quote immediately and even a call from the owner of the company himself. Shannon really cares about his company's reputation and even offered me a discount for the services. Customer service is important to me when dealing with a business. .... Based on the many good reviews, I emailed this company for a "speedy fast" quote on May 18th and received an automatic reply saying that they would get back to me as soon as possible. I never heard anything back so I called them for a quote on the 20th. The girl who answered said the person that gives quotes is on the other line and will call you back, so I left my phone number. I received a call from a nice woman who took my address and what services I needed done and then told me she would call me back with my quote. It is now the 23rd and still no quote :( I guess this company is so busy they need to hire more people? They should probably remove "speedy fast" quote from their website. read more

The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because, after they left, I noticed they cracked a few of the roof tiles an nobody made mention of it. I just used these guys for a an exterior house painting job. They were amazing. We actually had to ask them to come back the next day and they were happy to help. We even forgot to leave them a gate key and after speaking with the owner the pressure cleaner used a ladder to access the back yard so he could finish the job on time. It has been frustrating to say the least. Messaged the company on Yelp giving a description of the services I need and got a response the next morning asking for my address and email. After answering the person's message in less than 25 minutes from their message with the information they asked for, never heard back from them. It's already been more than 3 days since. I called Absolute Pressure Cleaning Service after having had terrible luck with another "company." I needed to pressure wash the second story windows of my new townhouse house, which were covered in pigeon droppings. Yuck! The first company came on a Saturday and said they would return the next day more prepared to tackle the issue. The guy didn't come back until Tuesday (after I called him 100 times) and he STILL didn't the finish the job!!! I should've just called Absolute! Despite the short notice, they tried extremely hard to fit me in on Thursday, since I had guests coming over on Friday. When they couldn't make it, their employee Danielle was extremely apologetic and promised to make me a priority the next day... and they did. A technician showed up to my house the next morning and tackled the problem. He even pressure washed the downstairs windows for me and the backyard patio which was covered in some greenish mold substance. He finished before my guests arrived and I'm so happy with the work he did. I will be using this company again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Absolute pressure cleaning was referred to my husband and I by a friend who had a good experience. I contacted them to pressure wash my paver pool deck and paver driveway. They provided a quick, very cost effective quote and scheduled a date less than 2 weeks out. I was home when they were there. They covered plants, etc and did a great job. The two guys who came were very friendly and helpful. My roof turned out amazing! It looks like new and it is over 15 years old. The pavers look great too. They did miss a small spot and came back to redo it as soon as I let them know. On top of that I had some grass die after the cleaning. This sounds bad but things happen and they sent someone put quickly to lay sod in these areas...!!!!! Yes, you heard me right. I couldn't believe it which is unfortunate. This company is on top of it and easy to work with. Despite a small set back the work was great and they fixed the challenge we faced.
