These guys were awesome! We needed to have our gutter replaced in the pool area and had questions about all the gutters around the house. The owner, Carlos, answered the phone politely, listened to me and then asked me to text him my address. He told me he was on a job now, but he would come by to look at it and then could give me quote. The quote was reasonable and we asked when it could be done. He said he was very busy, as he was the owner and worked with the guys , but fit us in. He also called to tell me he was running late due to the rain and that was fine. He came with 2 of his workers and was able to replace the gutter, clean all the gutters of sand around the house and add a gutter to help with the water. We decided to add 2 new gutters and we scheduled him to come back. He called me the day before to say one of his guys had not showed up for work, so it would be a day or so before he could get to us. He kept me updated on the time and was finally able to come. He and one guy added the new gutters and it was done. He was very professional, focused and did a great job. All areas were cleaned up and looked just like it did before he started the work. It's nice to find a company that shows up, communicates any changes with you , and works hard. My wife and I have been remodeling a house for the past six months, and I was not looking forward to putting gutters on our 60's house because I was sure they would ruin the look. Carlos quoted a very competitive price for the work- which included replacing some rotted fascia as well as seamless box gutters (not that easy to find) 2. Quality. Seriously, I am PICKY and very involved with any work that gets done at my house- I trust NO ONE will do a good job without me looking over their shoulder. Not needed here- every thing I saw exceeded my expectations- Materials, perfect. Cuts, perfect. Alignment, perfect. Seams, perfect. Clean-up after, perfect. Covered the pool to ensure nothing got in there. 3. Attitude. This was not an easy job, and frankly, they probably regretted it at the price they quoted - but they were always smiling, dedicated to delivering excellence over the three-day job. We were working on updating the outside of our house and called several company's to get estimates for rain gutters repaired. Carlos responded quickly and came out the next day. He was very thorough and gave me a very detailed estimate on the repairs. He also quoted an estimate to replace with new gutters since ours are pretty old. We decided to go ahead and replace gutters. The other companies didn't seem like they wanted to do the job. Florida Gutter was great. They had to work around a time line with painters who were having issues because of all the rain. At the last minute we needed the old gutters removed and they came out immediately. The crew was great and came out at the end of the day on a Friday to remove them. We have had a LOT of home repair and renovation projects over the past two years. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to recommend hardly any of the contractors and companies afterwards, but Florida Gutter Solution is one that I definitely can and will. Carlos came out almost a year ago to give us an estimate, but we had a lot of delays with other things so we did not call him back until last week. To my surprise, he did not raise the price of the job like most have (with inflation as their excuse). His price was still a little higher than other estimates, but I really appreciated how quickly he gave us the estimate, responded to my call, and that he was ready to do the job right away. His team was actually a few minutes early on the scheduled day (yesterday), they worked efficiently, Jorge was polite and professional in making sure he understood what we needed, they cleaned up after themselves and did the job well. Our gutters look beautiful and seem to work perfectly (it just started raining) to keep the water off our heads and away from the foundation of our home.
