The gentleman that came over, got off his car with a laptop and no measuring tape. He spent 45 minutes showing me pictures of the owner, his family, and their business. He also schooled me on google and yelp reviews. After about 40 minutes gave me a quote without measuring my door. When I asked him how come it was so high he said that because I'm only doing one door their crew would be losing time to the company as the crew could be at another property installing more than just a door. They wasted 45 Minutes of my time trying to sell me their company. When I called ASP I had already done my due diligence and read reviews, they shouldn't have wasted my time.

Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. Nour and Junior kept me apprised of the status throughout the project. I received emailed photos of the progress each step of the way and updates on the status of the installs We did a final detailed walk through of the design in Nour's office for each window. They have a great showroom that helped us decide on the design elements. The products were delivered when promised and installed by very careful technicians. One window was damaged during install and was quickly replaced. The team at HW&S were very courteous and respectful of our home, sealing off the interior work spaces to minimize the amount of dust that would wind up inside. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. We dealt with improperly waterproofed window openings, recessed window installs, damaged exterior trim, and unfinished drywall/stucco work. One window was ordered the wrong size and instead of replacing it properly, a 2x4 was added beneath the window and the original sill was reinstalled on top. We had two separate GCs inspect portions of the work who both expressed concerns with the installation quality and waterproofing details. Despite bringing these concerns forward multiple times, the company refused to correct what we believed were installation-related issues.
