My better half found this company and set up an appointment to go and see what color of granite they had to offer. She arrived at their office and was met by Ariel and Debbie, who were awesome and helped us along the way. We were instructed to visit a company that offers all types of natural stones in all colors. Luckily we were able to find the color we were looking for and advised Full Service and the process began to get an estimate and set up a date to have the project completed. This is a truly professional company with lots of knowledge with the natural stone industry. Ariel measured everything perfectly and no problems were encountered. The crew arrived and began the demo and creating the new kitchen, they were very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this company for any home remodeling project.. We liked Ariel and his team so much and we were so impressed with the quality and speed of the work that we wanted to use them for more. Over a 5-month period, we used Ariel and Full Service to renovate several bathrooms, a home gym, our pool house and our kitchen. Ariel's team showed up promptly every day and they were incredibly professional and kind and made the process of renovating seamless. Their consistent work schedule made it very easy on our family. Ariel is very hands on and would check in every morning to ensure projects were on track. He is incredibly detailed oriented and always went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I greatly enjoyed working with him and his team, and we love the outcome of each and every project. We would recommend Full Service to anyone and we can't imagine using anyone else for our home needs moving forward!

Yasel scheduled a visit to my home and we went through the renovation I was looking to have done in our master bathroom. After providing us the final estimate we scheduled demo and his team arrived promptly to start their work. They did a good job covering the bedroom items to avoid dust which helped quite a bit. During construction Yasel kept me informed the entire time and we made a couple minor changes to the scope of work without any issues (he even helped me repair the baseboards near the front door. Overall, yasel was a great contractor to work with at a good price. I plan to use him again for our other bathroom and for future major jobs around our house. After doing a little research and finding good reviews on Miami Construction Brokers I decided to give them a call. The owner Mike picked up as soon as I called, he scheduled the estimate and showed up on time. He told me our 3,500 sqft flooring with new baseboards would be completed in 5 days. I did not think this was possible as we have a two story home and the floor upstairs had to be removed as well as the old base boards. After meeting with two other flooring companies, I decided to hire Mike because he really went out of his way to answer all my questions and was available every time I called him. He made the entire process very stress free which is super important when undergoing any renovations in a home. I mentally prepared myself for the job to be completed in two weeks but to my surprise Mike came through with his word and my entire two story home had new floors and baseboards in 5days. His crew did an amazing job, we are beyond happy with the renovations of our floors. If you are on the fence between flooring companies or contractors I can guarantee that Mike and his team will not disappoint. Thank you Mike, you did an Excellent job and exceeded our expectations.

I hired PSR to repair and remodel my master bathroom. I knew there was black mold damage under one…read moreof the sinks, a cracked shower pan and black mold in the shower. I was given an estimate it stated that I would have to purchase almost all of the materials. They had one of their employees who has design experience accompany me to choose some of the materials. I chose quality materials that were in my budget. PSR would not start my demolition until all of the materials were purchased and at my home. I was told the job would take about 2 weeks. The first day, a man showed up at my door around 10:15AM. He wasn't wearing a company shirt, no company logo on his vehicle and he spoke NO ENGLISH! I had already called the company office to see why no one had shown up yet so I had to guess that this was their employee. The demolition was started that day after a couple of more workers showed up a little later (None spoke English). I thought everything was going pretty well until the shower was being completed and I saw where there were several flaws I the workmanship. I informed PSR that these things needed to be corrected. They sent a woman to my house to translate so I could let their worker know what needed to be corrected. She was there or at least able to translate by phone up until week 3 when I found out later that she and the worker had a little "tiff" and she didn't show up at all. I asked the translator when they were going to start smoothing the walls to rid them of the texture that was part of the contract. They knew nothing about it so I showed her the contract. The company sent out an electrician who showed up at my house at 6:20 one evening who also spoke NO ENGLISH. They sent someone to measure for the new shower door who again, spoke NO ENGLISH! After 3 1/2 weeks of me sending pictures to PSR's office of things that needed to be corrected; walls that weren't smooth, electrical outlet showing right above the new LED mirror, really sloppy painting job, several areas on the shower where the tile was nicked, the trim was scratched, sloppy grout job, etc. etc. their rep came for the final check. I showed him the areas that needed to be corrected, he agreed and took pictures. I also stated on the form their rep had me sign that all of these issues needed to be corrected and I was assured they would be corrected. I was told that if I found anything else later that needed to be corrected to just let them know. A week ago I send about 15 photos of things that needed to be corrected to their rep, Mark. I have heard NOTHING from him nor anyone else at PSR!! When I had an estimate from PSR to have my bathroom repaired/remodeled I also got an estimate for a kitchen repair/remodel. Let's see, after all of the issues I have with my bathroom, would I even think of having them do my kitchen!!! My rate of 3 stars is being very generous since as far as I'm concerned, they haven't completed my bathroom to my satusfaction!
