All American Screwups should be this company's name. Decided to try and give these clowns another chance and they screwed that up as well. Completely and utterly disorganized bunch of clowns. Went to yelp outlined details of my job submitted and they where one of the responding company's. Advised what I needed again, we set an appt to their appt guy reaching out asking what we where looking to do and mind you this is the third time of being asked the same question? So I ask what does my request say? He replys something about bathrooms and I reiterate yes we need our bathrooms redone. Day of the appt this clown advises we made a mistake we no longer do bathrooms and we won't be showing up to do a quote... What???? I redid my entire schedule and your a remodeling company that all the sudden doesn't do bathrooms? This company has their heads completely up their own butts and wouldn't trust All American f'ups to build a doghouse let alone work on my home. I've contracted them for my door, it was installed with a gap underneath allowing insects to get in. I've called them several times and I'm told someone would reach out without them ever coming through. They have yet to provide me with my warranty information for the installation. Very poor response from Dominico VP of operations. Be careful with this company. Do your research. read more

I reached out to this company in Oct 2022. They responded quickly, visited my home on Oct 11 and tendered a quote for the kitchen that was very acceptable to me. So much so, that I asked them to quote on painting my condo and also installing new flooring. A few days later, Domenico, who said he was an owner, returned with a representative of the cabinet company. He stated at this time that I would soon receive a rendering of the kitchen and also a breakdown of services. And that's the beginning and end of my good experience with them. The first rendering of my kitchen was ridiculously incorrect. This required them sending out two people to re-measure my kitchen. They came out Oct 21st The second rendering of my kitchen, delivered Nov 15, was also incorrect. They placed a wine fridge where the dishwasher was supposed to be. I never asked for a wine fridge. The third rendering of my kitchen, on Nov 17th, was again incorrect. The one cabinet I had specifically requested - a pull out cabinet for the garbage bin - was still missing. Instead of it being a pull out cabinet, it was a regular door cabinet, and Domenico's excuse was that it was "more practical" and that I could "change it in the future if I change my mind". SERIOUSLY??? WTF?! At this point I decide to communicate with Domenico via email only. I let him know that I've yet to receive correct specs of my kitchen nor a detailed breakdown of the work. He responds with a very passive-aggressive remark "I didn't know that you couldn't understand it". I've lived in my condo over a dozen years, I know EXACTLY what I want. Now we fire off a far more lengthy email, just before Thanksgiving again outlining the problems of not receiving an accurate rendering, nor a breakdown of the work to be performed. He does FINALLY send the breakdown of the work, and promises that I would have a correct rendering in a week. At this point, I decided that I was no longer going to reach out to them every week for an update. It's now Nov 22, 6 weeks from when contract signed. The contract I signed, listed a specific cabinet from Adornus in North Carolina. The detailed breakdown listed some cabinet I had never seen from Lioher Entreprise in Miami. At no time was I advised that they had changed cabinet manufacturers. A bit of bait & switch, if you ask me. On Dec 6th I receive a voice mail from someone asking me to call them back to schedule the work as soon as possible. This is a surprise to me as I was told that work would not be scheduled until cabinets had been built, and I had not yet approved any rendering. I reach out to Domenico who calls me while I'm in a meeting, and he says he will call me back in 30 mins. And that was the last I heard of them until Jan 19th, (6 weeks later). Domenico asks me if I plan to go forward with kitchen, and I tell him AGAIN that I have yet to receive an accurate rendering of the kitchen and, that I have never actually seen a picture of the cabinets from the new manufacturer. Domenico's response is that "renderings are expensive". Well, WRONG renderings might be expensive, but that's hardly my fault. He also tells me that the new cabinets are "just like" the ones I had seen. Apparently this company thinks they can put whatever cabinets they want in someone else's kitchen. So I fired them. The only positive thing about this whole experience is that since I have stellar credit, I never had to tender a single dime of my money. I was instantly approved for 50% over the cost of the kitchen, the painting, and the floor install. It would have been truly upsetting if I had given them any of my money. So, if you plan to continue with these clowns, make sure you don't hand them any money upfront. read more

In our house we are happy and satisfied with the work of this company. Dominic came over and explained all the options we had and we decided to make the switch. There were 8 windows, 2 sliding doors and the main door. They did all the paperwork in the city. The day of the installation we were ready. They accommodated the dates so that it could be the day we were free from work and unlike what I imagined, practically nothing was dirty. We were amazed at all the work they put into not only installing the doors and windows but also keeping dust and dirt out of the house in every way. They used all kinds of protection to prevent excess dirt. They removed all the old shutters along with the windows and doors and left nothing messy or messy.
