Robert was very professional and answer all my questions whenever I had one. I did quite a bit of research since this project is not one size fits all. for me I was looking for a professional who could a explain the process and the product in laymen terms and I did not need a salesman. I wanted a company that would not put me in the poor house but was fair in pricing for the product I was needing. his team is extremely professional and I felt comfortable while they were in and out of my home. Robert was very clear with how the process would go and there were no hidden "read the fine print" . He is honest and will share his knowledge with the customer. Communication is a key component when I choose a someone to do work in my home. I am a very detailed individual but I also am flexible. They were very careful in installing the windows. It took months of me following up and missed appointments for his installer to finally show. After his installer inspected the window they said the mildew was from plants but a white mulling strip where the two windows meet would make the window look better. Carlos said they would be back a week later once the metal strip came in. I texted him repeatedly for months asking when we could wrap it up and he makes excuse after excuse about his installer.
