I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gina! I had been trying for weeks to find someone to…read morehelp transport my golf cart from Georgia to California, with absolutely no luck. I finally called Gina, and within 15 minutes, she had already found a driver for me! Just 4 days later, my golf cart was delivered to California! The entire process was incredibly fast, easy, and completely stress-free. Gina was efficient, professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make everything happen so quickly. After weeks of frustration, she managed to accomplish in minutes what others couldn't do in weeks! I am beyond impressed with her exceptional customer service and cannot recommend her enough. If you need anything transported, Gina is absolutely the person to call! Thank you, Gina, for making what seemed like such a difficult process feel completely effortless!

Zero stars if I could…read more My experience with AmeriFreight and Mickey Blasingame was terrible. Communication and follow up were extremely poor, despite making it clear that my wife and I were on a very tight timeline for our interstate move from Virginia to Texas. I am a retired disabled United States Marine, and I never felt that my circumstances, timeline, or concerns were taken seriously. For a company that uses "We Move America" and presents such a patriotic image, my experience as a veteran certainly did not reflect that image. I was being asked to pay approximately $2,800 to transport my car roughly 1,380 miles when I was finding pricing elsewhere around the $1,000 range. Of course I questioned a price that was nearly three times what I expected. AmeriFreight is a broker, so I also wanted to know exactly which carrier would actually be transporting my vehicle before agreeing to anything. I wanted to research that carrier myself through Google, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, safety information, ratings, and customer reviews before trusting them with my car. I do not believe that is an unreasonable request whatsoever. It is basic due diligence. Instead, getting straightforward information felt like a fight. I was not demanding that AmeriFreight magically produce a $1,000 carrier. I wanted them to keep looking for a reputable carrier at a reasonable price and communicate with me while doing it. When I gave constructive criticism about the lack of communication, questioned the pricing, and continued asking about the actual carrier that would transport my vehicle, my order was ultimately canceled. I have the email from AmeriFreight confirming the cancellation of order #25636543. What disappointed me even more was that Mickey had spoken with me about Christianity, prayers, and faith. I initially appreciated those conversations. After the way this situation was handled, those words felt completely hollow to me. If you are going to bring faith and prayer into conversations with customers, I believe your actions and the way you treat those customers should reflect those values, especially when they raise legitimate concerns or constructive criticism. Customers have every right to question pricing, know who will actually possess and transport their vehicle, independently research that carrier, and expect timely communication. Constructive criticism about customer service should not result in a customer feeling like they are the problem for asking questions. I needed a company that would respect my timeline, communicate, provide transparency about the actual carrier, and genuinely work to find a reputable transporter at a reasonable price. That was not my experience with AmeriFreight or Mickey Blasingame. I would not recommend AmeriFreight based on my experience. Their patriotic image and words about faith did not match the customer service I received as a retired disabled United States Marine. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

It was about a month ago that I went on a road trip to visit one of my close friend in Atlanta for a visit. While I was there, my friend was on the position of moving out to Louisiana, I never thought that I would also be going to Louisiana during this trip. He was having trouble finding a way to move most of his stuff to his new place, so we decided to hit up all the sources that we could find online. We were so lucky to bump into CCM, the response from them was fast and they were able to beat all the quotes that we received from other companies. So we made our appointment and everything goes from there. The service started with promptness and courtesy. The managers were very prompt and honest in their responses and communication of the pre-move arrangements. Men introduced themselves and we went over the process thoroughly. They were able to ease the stress of moving by telling me that the job was going to go fine and that everything will be taken care of. I had many unique pieces and they were handled with care. I recommend getting insurance. The team worked well together and were experts in the area of packing and putting everything on the truck. They unloaded with care and left when I was satisfied with the entire job. They did a great job in all-from preparing all items to protect them, carefully moving them and setting everything up. They were professional and very courteous and helpful in all aspects of the move. It was the best and most professional move I have had and everything was delivered and set up without a scratch. They wrapped my furniture and took care with everything they moved. They covered my floors and put everything right where I wanted it. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I will never use anyone else if I ever have to move again. Thank you so much Cross Country Movers for being awesome!!!

This is the best moving company I have ever dealt with. I've moved many times, some international…read moremoves and some interstate moves and I can assure anyone reading this and researching out there that this company was by far the best experience I had moving. The reasons are: they have an amazing customer service, they worked with our needs and they always, always got back at us when we needed, and for that reason if they got a bad review I just don't believe it's real. I usually don't do reviews because I never find the time to do it, but in this case I realized that they really deserve it. We move moved from Georgia to California and it was a big move, 4 bedrooms house. I called many companies in the area and many never returned my calls and others gave me an outrageous quote. Kelly from State to State called me the next day, she was amazing. I've dealt with her from the first date to the last and she was always pleasant and really helpful. She's worked with all our needs. It wasn't an easy move, we didn't have an address in California, everything had to stay in storage but they always found a way to accommodate things for us. Frank, the manager was always really nice and super helpful too. Most importantly, they do what they say. When I first got a quote from Kelly I also got a quote from a company back in California and this one was a thousand dollars cheaper but the customer service I've got from State was so much better that we've decided to go with them and I can tell you now that it was worth every penny. If you've move as many times as we have, you know what I mean. Having said that, I can say to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy moving company, this one is amazing and would definitely call them if we need to move again. Caroline P.
