If you have been through this process before it can be a daunting and expensive task . When my system failed in January I knew it wasn't to be an easy task. TBS was not my first call but when Kris showed up to do the estimate I felt a sense of compassion for my situation and professionalism that the job would be done correctly. As well the estimate was fair and the process was well explained. Next I dealt with David in the office. David was helpful in lining up the appointments for pump out, installation, and final recovering of the new system after final inspection. Next Jesse and Dustin showed up to do the installation which was a long process. Both did the job with skill and professionalism and answered all of my questions. They managed to get the job done with only minor casualties on my shrubs. I was impressed. Finally at the end of the Process Jake came out to grade the job site, clean up all debris and reseed the area. He did a great job. As stated this is a daunting job for anyone who hasn't been through it but this team from the owner on down made the process easier for me to understand while delivering exactly what they promised and leaving me a happy and satisfied customer. The technician was polite and professional, and he explained that the float valve to the pump wasn't working and needed replacement. He also noted that there was no float valve on the alarm. I know there was one before, but apparently it was never reinstalled when they replaced the pump previously. When I contacted the office, I expected them to correct this oversight at no cost. Instead, they refused, insisted on charging me, and handled the situation rudely. While the tech did his job well, the office staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

When the plumber, Richie, returned to review his work a week later, he argued with us and said the water was hot. I told him that's not what our complaint was - the temperature wasn't consistent. When we asked him to re-install the previous unit, he said he couldn't because he had thrown it away in the trash. The previous Reem water heater of ours was working just fine. We were just downgrading to a smaller unit. We sent a complaint to the office almost 2 weeks ago but no one has ever called, texted or emailed us back. Absolutely an unreputable company! I can't believe they have so many good reviews when we definitely received the worst service possible. Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so. Their plumber was told from the start that our current/previous tankless water heater was working just fine. Why would anyone throw away a unit that's working fine? After speaking with Lucy today, I was also asked to revise my review here if they provide a new service that is satisfactory. My husband and I run a small business and we've never asked a customer to revise their online review. It is always the customer's choice to do that on their own. A company's response to a negative review always shows how they truly operate.

He was patient with me as I attempted to explain the issue that I was having with my water pressure tank, and he walked me through where to find the information that he needed on my tank and control box. I knew that I needed to replace my water pressure tank, so I wanted to get a quote for a replacement as well as a larger tank. After sending photos of my tank to him, he provided an estimate to my email which also included replacing the pressure switch and control box. He suggested that those items be replaced as well since they tend to go bad quickly. I appreciated his advice and experience which helped me make an informed decision, as I didn't want to have to call them again a few months later to replace those items. I was relieved to hear that they had the parts in stock and could get me scheduled for the repair the next day. Jacob and Ryan came out to do the installation and completed everything as expected. Jacob also took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the work that they did. He was very professional and gave me peace of mind. The new tank comes with a 7 year warranty, and 30 days for parts and labor. I was also able to pay securely online through a quickbooks link that was sent to my email. They didn't charge a "convenience fee" that other companies charge you if you aren't paying by cash or check, so that was also nice to see. Overall, I would recommend Tampa Well Drilling for your well drilling and servicing needs. I will certainly use them again should I have another issue with my well system, but hopefully it isn't any time soon!
