After going through two of them in just a few years I decided to go back to FWT. The cost of the system is definitely higher than the big box units, but I anticipate this will equal out as I only got four years out of my Whirlpool. The installation is much improved over the original Whirlpool setup, much cleaner and less cluttered. Instructions after install were clear, the water was tested prior to leaving, and suggestions were provided for the best type of salt to use. Shawn was very professional and informative and cleaned up after completion and made sure that all my questions were answered.

It was very expensive to replace the filter so often. Biggest thing I wanted to share was how they caused over $50,000 in water damage from their leaking water filtration in my kitchen.. they accepted responsibility and paid for the first 16,000 of it to get actively growing mold infestation my house after eight months. Finally all the mold in the cabinets and the flooring were removed that were all damaged from the water leak and now the company has refused to return any phone calls any emails. I called every number I could find to try to contact them and left messages to request callbacks and no one would ever call me back and no one would ever call the remediation company back that removed the mold out of my house.

Sundays are usually the best day to come here because then you can watch the cruise boats sail away. The Tampa sign is right next to here. There's not a giant Sparkman Wharf chair that you can get your picture at. Oh, and don't sleep on JoToro. I like getting Mexican food over there and it's very cheap. There were quite a few food places to choose from and a nice grassy area to sit outside and eat, which gave it a relaxing atmosphere. The downside for me was that there really weren't many shops; actually I believe I only saw one shop and it was for dogs. I think it would be much better if they added more shops and a souvenir shop would be awesome so visitors and cruise travelers could pick up some unique treasures while they're there. Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a bite and relax for a little while, but I was hoping for a bit more shopping and entertainment.
