I sent an appointment request through their website and received a call back from James within the hour. He was patient with me as I attempted to explain the issue that I was having with my water pressure tank, and he walked me through where to find the information that he needed on my tank and control box. I knew that I needed to replace my water pressure tank, so I wanted to get a quote for a replacement as well as a larger tank. After sending photos of my tank to him, he provided an estimate to my email which also included replacing the pressure switch and control box. He suggested that those items be replaced as well since they tend to go bad quickly. I appreciated his advice and experience which helped me make an informed decision, as I didn't want to have to call them again a few months later to replace those items. I was relieved to hear that they had the parts in stock and could get me scheduled for the repair the next day. Jacob and Ryan came out to do the installation and completed everything as expected. Jacob also took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the work that they did. He was very professional and gave me peace of mind. The new tank comes with a 7 year warranty, and 30 days for parts and labor. I was also able to pay securely online through a quickbooks link that was sent to my email. They didn't charge a "convenience fee" that other companies charge you if you aren't paying by cash or check, so that was also nice to see. Overall, I would recommend Tampa Well Drilling for your well drilling and servicing needs. I will certainly use them again should I have another issue with my well system, but hopefully it isn't any time soon!

Then when the job was finished he then said he can't get enough pressure out of the new pump so he looked in a specs book and said the pump he installed was under what was recommended for the depth of my well. Then before he left he told me I owed him $640.00 and I said I thought we had an agreement of no extra charge. His reply to me was my time is worth something. Not happy at all.

Tried calling every number i could find and no one would call me. Plus severe actively growing mold, infestation for over 18 months before they finally agreed to rip out the cabinets and the walls and the flooring.. now my house has no kitchen and no walls around the kitchen no kitchen sink. It's a shame because I was relatively happy with the water.
