He provided all the info I was asking for, offered great advice and answered all the questions I had. There were some issues related to the installation which were not John's fault. However, John immediately took responsibility, and offered his assistance to get us up and running again immediately then sent a tech to make the permanent fix. He gave me easy instructions on fixing a programming issue that I was able to resolve instantly. This was on a Saturday! I'm very pleased with John's knowledge of his products, especially the the technical aspects of the system. His willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my concerns is not something you see very often anymore. Plus severe actively growing mold, infestation for over 18 months before they finally agreed to rip out the cabinets and the walls and the flooring.. now my house has no kitchen and no walls around the kitchen no kitchen sink. After meeting with a few companies, I felt like I was in search of a used car. Every salesman that came to my house tried to sell me a million different things and they all insisted on testing my water even though we had this done several times before. One guy even tested my drinking water that I purchased and told me it wasn't any good. Someone recommended Hytek and I'm so glad they did. Dan came to my house with a suitcase and I was so happy to see it wasn't filled with a laboratory kit. He was straightforward about the cost and provided me with all the information I requested. We paid 1,500 for the system, taxes included. Which was a big difference from the other companies I had previously met with. Ridiculous that people actually pay what these other companies are asking. Save your money and go with Hytek.
