After 26 years of being a customer i am no longer one, customer service really does not care how long you are with them , my delivery was not delivered on time, tried to make calls and ask and got really bad response from cs, naturally i said i am a customer since 2000 all i got was "so what" and a laugh, well, zephyrhills is my new water delivery company, that is for "so what" comment. I do not understand all the negative reviews. I've been a customer for over 12 years and their service has been excellent. They never missed a delivery. Their accounting is always spot on and I've never had any issues I can recall of any significance. They are slightly less expensive than the other delivery services, not only the water, but they charge less for delivery. I would recommend them. read more

Horrible customer service. No flexibility with delivery schedules. They will only do once a month and THEY make the schedule. No way to change anything. If you happen to be out of town on your scheduled delivery date you are SOL. And even on your SCHEDULED delivery date they no show! Recently joined, had to cancel because of unreliability and bad performance! Issues: Order was reduced without notification on the second delivery, third scheduled delivery was a no-call/no-show which was rescheduled for the following business day. Again, fourth attempt was another no-call/no show. Every time I called to complain, the excuse was the same: they ran out of water before getting to my stop! Once would have been acceptable; three separate and consecutive occasions I thought was untenable, I terminated the subscription! read more

This company is selling springwater that is not springwater. Let me explain. Upon drinking our first bottle we noticed that our mouth was drying out, this made me think it is either RO water with minerals added or distilled water. I checked the trash and insured that the label on the bottle that we opened said springwater. After a little bit of research I learned that springwater has a pH of over seven, so I ordered some test strips from Amazon. You can also boil a pot of spring water and I will leave behind calcium and magnesium. The ph levels was six or below, that was the lowest on the test strip. We tested a bottle of Zephyrhills water and had a pH of 8.5. PH matters because your blood pH is 7.3, so anything you consume below that will force your body to take it from other parts of the body. I encourage you to test your water, pH strips are like four dollars on Amazon. This company is either incompetent or fraudulent and I hope a regulatory agency investigates them. read more

Waterboy scheduled water delivery to my house, they sent me a confirmation e-mail for the schedule, yet, they never came without letting me know. It was one day before Hurricane Milton's landfall, and we needed water. Then Waterboy sent me an e-mail to reschedule my water delivery after the hurricane. They even sent me a confirmation e-mail for the delivery date, yet, again, there was no delivery, and they never notified me about it. Again and again, Waterboy schedules and reschedules and never come, and they never let me know about it. I'm very unhappy about how Waterboy treats us. I have never seen such an unreliable, inconsistent company like Waterboy. It is time for me to find other spring water delivery company as it is a waste of my time to wait for their water delivery when it won't even bother coming anyway. read more

I can see why they get bad reviews. I mean, how hard is it to delivery water and be ethical? Apparently too hard for these people. I was with them for years and the service used to be good. No longer. Missed deliveries, TOO MUCH WATER on other days and OVERCHARGES are the norm. Stay away. There are better water delivery options. read more

I moved to Florida in July of 2017. I knew I was going to need an outside source of drinking water and made arrangements to have water in place the day I arrived. Service and water quality are excellent. Completely opposite of what's indicated in the negative reviews. Speaking of negative reviews, I see some former employees have chimed in as well. After 8 years with the company I get treated extremely rudely! This is the second month in a row where water doesn't get delivered on time. I have an event and no water for the guests! I called in the morning and was told that they would look into it and call me back! Never got called back! I called close to 5 p.m. and was treated so rude that I could not believe it! Company has gotten terrible to deal with so I canceled service after over 5 years. When I canceled they charged my account that day for my last month. Then picked up bottles and now they owe me $33 for bottle deposits and it's been over 2 weeks with no response to my emails. It's only $33 but it's the principle and shows how bad this company has gotten. Go elsewhere, there are tons of water companies doing it better. read more

I have had service with them for two weeks. In two weeks I have two leaking jugs... water all over the floor! In addition, there is lack of customer service and follow through. They say they will exchange the water jugs but they do so more than 2 weeks later.... not reliable, bad communication, not prompt and local manager is missing in action. Absolute mess of a business. Started off by taking my card off of auto pay without notifying me. Suddenly I end up with a bill of 142$ that I wasn't aware of simply because I had it on auto pay and never had to look it up. After calling the office two times before anybody got back to me they told me it had gone to collections. Anybody that knows me knows that I'm insane about my credit so I freaked out and called the collection agency. They tried to look up my information but it had never been turned in to them at all. I called back waterboy, and they said they would look into it. The next day my Amex on file that it should all have been taken out of to start with was charged the full amount. Today, a month later, I called to see why my water wasn't coming still. She pulled up my account and said she had to go talk to the people in charge of billing. A few minutes later she came back and said that they had found that it was paid but they did would not be reopening my account. This is insane business... making me feel like I'm the one in the wrong when it's all their mess ups! I would never run my business like this and I will never support somebody that does. When I ordered Waterboy water it was because I had a stomach issue and needed a higher pH guaranteed spring water for this medical reason. I was assured the water came from a spring in Florida and that the pH was around 7.5. I have used Waterboy for years trusting that it was at the promised ph but I still have been having trouble with my stomach. I tested the water recently and it was in the middle five to low six pH range. Keep in mind that every .1 measurement on a pH scale carries significant weight as far as acidity, and that acidity in the body is associated with all kinds of health issues. Even with the pH test strips not being as accurate as the digital meter, the water was clearly lower than I was told it would be when I started my service. While it is true that the pH strips are often not as accurate as a digital meter, there was a clear ph difference between the water we had been drinking from Waterboy and the batch they sent us with a request to retest it. The retested batch came in between 6.9 and 7.0 with the digital meter that we ordered as a follow-up to the pH test strips. The pH test strip results for the new batch they sent was between 6.4 and 6.6. I don't have access to the previous water batch that we had measured to try the new digital meter but from the relative perspective, the previous batch showed up at least one full point lower with the strips than the new batch they sent us for retesting. So we can infer that if the new batch came in at 6.9 or 7.0, the previous batch could have been one full point lower. This makes me suspicious that something was off with the previous batch, and possibly for all of the previous water. I will also add that my stomach does feel better since I stopped drinking their water. If you decide to move forward with Waterboy service, I highly recommend that you get a digital pH meter and regularly test what they're sending you, especially if you have any health issues where water that could fall below the 7.0 range could negatively affect your condition. I am still giving them a decent rating because all of the rest of our experience with them was positive but I wanted to give you all the information so you can stay on top of the pH issue if it's relevant to you. read more
