I have been a customer of Deer Park/Zephryhills/Ready Refresh for over 25 years. Sadly, since Nestle or whomever acquired the company the prices rise, the service gets worse and the only thing redeeming them at all is the water is good and when you get someone on the phone they are very nice. The scheduling online is a mess. If you run out of water and need to accelerate delivery you have a 50/50 chance they will help you out, and they rarely get things right with follow up dates. So unless you look, you may get a last minute email that says they are coming in a few days when that delivery should have been postponed. The delivery fee is very high, and now they ask every time if you want to add in a tip, which is aggravating and insulting. It's not your drivers fault but dealing with this company doesn't inspire me to tip, especially since my bill has nearly doubled. I am looking for a new provider. If I find one with good reviews I will be looking forward to terminating this relationship. read more

I had a upcoming kidney transplant at Largo Medical FL and gave notice over a month of a new address to be delivered to. You can never reach a representative via message, and never any reply's after 10 messages sent. I brought some water from my other location and had just enough for my delivery date Feb 23-22 and showed on the app delivery for that day and representative I spoke with guaranteed delivery that date. They were again a no show and pushed delivery out one week. I explained I just had a kidney transplant and need the water and promised to return my call. Received a message no call my water will be a week late. Local office won't deliver. read more

So I have been a customer for almost two years now and I have been out of water for three weeks. My scheduled delivery for 9/16 never showed up. So I tray and get a delivery asap as I had already been out for almost two weeks prior to the 16th. So now I get an alert saying my next delivery is for the 26th. When I go into the app you can't change your next delivery date so you have no options but to wait. So I decide to call customer service which is overseas come to find out they have the same access as the customer does. So he wasn't able to help either. So just know if your order gets skipped you have no options as no one responds to the chat or emails either. read more

I have been using them for over a year now and they keep messing up the order or the delivery dates. I have this delivered to my home I have it right on the direction to bring it to the back screened in porch. And they Keep putting it in my front drive way. SO then I have to haul them to the back porch. Which is one of the reasons I have it delivered so that I do not have to do that from the grocery store. When I call and complain it is okay for a few deliveries then it happens again. Plus when they do that they do not pick up the empty bottles so I end up having to try and find room to store them til they come and pick them up!!! Time to find someone else!!! read more

company sucks...have been waiting 3 days for a delivery (promised time by the way) I called them today agan and they said we don't know if he will be delivering today....then proceeded to tell me if I was not home when he came, he would leave 3 5 gallon bottles in the 94 degree heat. Like I was going to drink water from plastic bottles sitting in that heat?...I think not. I called them repeatedly and they kept lying to me. Would not recommend this co. to my worst enemy...They have gone downhill so fast. I was given a complimentary water dispenser when I opted to join as a gift..they have been charging my acct every month for the last 8 years...and they want ME to put it outside so the driver can pick it up...I have a 5 gallon bottle in the container and I can't lift that...They are being very uncooperative and I really am at my wits end with them...Customer service is so bad.... read more

This is the absolute WORST service I have ever dealt with. For a MONTH and 2 WEEKS we have been trying to get a functional water cooler in our office. When they finally dropped one off last week, it leaked all over our office floor. We cleaned the mess up, called them, and they promised us another one today between the hours of 7:30 am and 5pm. At 4:50 pm, I called the office to see if we were still on their delivery schedule. The representative stated that it showed as being delivered. I responded that it had NOT been delivered and if they could bring it tomorrow, short answer, NOPE. It will be another 6 days, making the wait almost 2 MONTHS NOW! NO MORE! We will find another company. Done with their games! read more
