A "BIG"shout out to "Florida Southern Water Solutions"…read more(*family owned and operated) for taking care of us again ! "Jason", our technician, came out on time eager to help get us back up and going. Our whole house reverse osmosis system had stopped functioning. and we were without pure water. I temporarily switched over to well water until we could figure out what the situation was. What a difference having "purified water" makes, (compared to that unpurified well water !! ) Jason, our tech (very knowledgeable) found our issue and made some adjustments to our system,as well as a few others while he was there. Once again, providing the level of service customers find so hard to get. "FLORIDA SOUTHERN WATER SOLUTIONS" got us back to our amazing, pure, odorfree and soft water everyone desires !! "Jason" our tech, did not disappoint. We very highly recommend these folks to help your family too !! Well worth the price and investment in your home !! *Call them @ (941) 759-3221 and get a quote on a new purifying / softening system for you too ! You will be glad you did just as we are !! We purchased a reverse osmosis system from Aqua Pure Solutions based on the extensive claims on…read moretheir website and sales rep Tiffany about removing contaminants from drinking water, including lead, bacteria, pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, and other impurities. The company emphasizes that reverse osmosis systems are critical for providing clean, safe drinking water and promotes the effectiveness of their systems in removing up to 99% of contaminants. What makes our experience so frustrating is that Aqua Pure Solutions also stressed the importance of regular filter replacements to maintain system performance. Our filters were due to be replaced in **October 2025**, and despite numerous phone calls over the past several months, we have repeatedly been told that the replacement filters are on backorder. If regular maintenance is essential to ensuring the system performs as advertised, then customers should be able to obtain replacement filters in a timely manner. It is difficult to reconcile the company's emphasis on water quality and contaminant removal with the fact that we have been waiting many months for the very filters needed to keep the system functioning properly. We understand that supply chain issues can occur, but after repeated calls, we still have no filters, no alternative solution, and no clear timeline. For a company that markets itself as a water quality expert, the lack of follow-through and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I hope Aqua Pure Solutions improves its inventory management, communication, and commitment to existing customers. Right now, I cannot recommend them based on our experience after the sale.
