A Lake Nona gem -- fun for the whole family!…read more We absolutely love Nona Adventure Park! My daughter is obsessed with the water park -- it's her favorite part, and honestly, it's hard to beat on a hot Florida day. The setup is amazing, super clean, and well-organized, and the staff always makes sure everyone feels safe while still having tons of fun. Beyond the waterpark, they do such a great job hosting special events -- there's always something new and exciting happening. I definitely recommend checking their event calendar often because they plan the most creative, family-friendly activities throughout the year. It's also such a flexible and beautiful space -- whether you're spending the day on the water, grabbing snacks, or relaxing while the kids play, it's the perfect place to enjoy time together as a family. If you're in the Lake Nona area, Nona Adventure Park is a must. Great energy, great people, and endless fun for all ages!

Kids had a great time, especially sliding into the lake from the inflatables. My only complaint is the price point. We paid $75 for two kids to do the climbing tower & 45 minutes on the inflatables. A 45 minute session was definitely not enough for them. Next time, we will opt for two sessions I guess...It would be great if they had a summer pass, but from what I can tell, season passes are all sold out. Even being able to buy a 5 or 10 session pass at a discounted rate would be great.

By far the worst service in America today!…read more They kept missing my deliveries, every delivery day was something like "sorry we missed you, you've been rescheduled", and then they would miss me again on the rescheduled day, over and over, for weeks. This means that I had to be putting the bottles outside in the morning only to have to enter them back in (empty) in the afternoon. I had enough and decided to cancel and oh boy! It's been more than a month (after several calls to cancel) and still all the empty bottles and the dispenser are in my home, every-time I call they say that today somebody will pick it up but so far nothing. Furthermore, they did not deliver anything the last time but still charge me full price and they are refusing to reimburse me the money. In reality I'll be happy to pay just to end the relationship I have with this company. It's insane, they are the worst!

We visited Aquatica Orlando using our annual passes on July 30, 2026. Despite a rainy afternoon…read morethat caused more than half the park to clear out, we stayed, the weather passed, and we ended up having a great time. The park itself is fun, clean, and once the rain stopped the lines were much shorter. I was also happy to see that the hot water in the showers was finally working again. The last few times we visited there was no hot water, so that was a nice improvement. One area that really needs attention is the bee problem. They were everywhere. My daughter was stung, although I do want to give a huge thank you to the First Aid team. After I removed the stinger, they quickly brought numbing medication and ice, which helped tremendously, and she was able to enjoy the rest of our day. Aquatica should seriously consider investing in professional bee management, including traps or other safe methods to draw bees away from heavily populated guest areas. My biggest concern, however, was employee professionalism. Around 7:44 p.m., outside the Aquatica exit near the employee entrance, I observed what appeared to be an employee rolling what looked like a marijuana joint in plain view. If security cameras cover that area, management should review the footage. In addition, several employees at the food registers seemed more interested in asking girls for their phone numbers than helping the customers who were standing there trying to order food. The park is clearly staffed primarily by teenagers and young adults, which is understandable, but customer service expectations and professionalism need to be reinforced. Overall, we still had a fun day, especially after the weather improved, and the attractions continue to make Aquatica worth visiting. I just hope management addresses the employee conduct issues and the bee problem because both take away from what is otherwise a great water park. Oh also, if you normally use the green life vests, they did do away with those. That's the adult large. They only have XS, medium and xxL. I will add, the coffee at scoops ice cream area was very good. I got an vanilla latte

Even the short lines were well over an hour long. We rode 3 rides. There was no hussle from anyone, staff was unpleasant. We stood in line for an hour and 20 minute for food. At the end, found out there was zero ice throughout the entire park. The soda/drinks were warm coming out of the fountains. Bees covered the fountains from all the dry syrup. Won't be going back.

This hotel is like a home away from Home . Very spacious for big families and big groups. They have two and three bedroom suites, amazing restaurants, pools, and a market on site. Rates start from $200 a night during the off season and up to $400 during the high season. Access to the waterpark is included with your stay. And truly the waterpark is the best park. They have poolside service, a lazy river and lots of lifeguards standing by. The only downfall I see of this property is that is so big so there's a lot of walking. But overall it's an amazing hotel. Very close to the Disney parks and plenty of room for families. You can even do groceries and cook and if you want to. This is my go to resort when in the area. I highly recommend it.

Located in Wimauma,Florida this metro lagoon is a perk for the residents whom live here but can also be accessed by the general public. My daughter and I visited a few years ago and after visiting the metro lagoon in Wesley Chappell , we like this much more. Today we rode our golf cart over to lagoon and enjoyed swimming, kayaking and the obstacle course . We ordered wings and fries and Kona ice from the food trucks and I opened a tab and the bar. the bar tender assisted me with putting the app on my phone as residents get 20% off the services. Please note for entrance : there is a bag check and no Stanley's, tumblers, outside food or drinks are permitted. You can purchase tickets as a non resident at the ticket counter and purchase extra services to kayak, paddle board and utilize the obstacle course. There is a small children area where the water is barely a 1-2ft deep and a little splash pad area . Plenty of lounge chairs throughout and you can also rent covered umbrellas and cabanas. There are food trucks and a huge bar including a swim up bar , private cabana and pool area but be aware there are no lockers here to place items while you are in the water. Bathrooms are clean as well. I am so excited that we will be able to enjoy the summers and some weekend getaways here now for years to come. Check out their website for additional information and go have some fun in the sun !

But with a lack of adults to run the facilities it is not a place I would return until significant change is made. The lack of any concern by the employees was amazing. Most were congregated together on their phones while we tried to do things like buy a shirt, buy food, and god forbid first aid. Three of the venues they advertise for food was not even open for the entire day, but still get charged full price. My grandson cuts his toe, was bleeding so went to the main area for something to stop the bleeding and a bandaid. They said we "don't have anything, try the bar" So we went to the bar, nope we don't have anything either. So he gave me bar napkins as first aid. This is a concern as if it had been anything worse than a small cut, I have no idea how they would rectify it. Twenty five minutes for a hot dog and a bag of chips when we were the only customer for that entire 25 minutes.. I think the lagoon could be an amazing opportunity. But run it like this, it will be closed within three years. They need some adult supervision soon. ALso, they need lockers. It is a large facility and to expect anyone to not be able to lock up credit cards and cash is a big miss. Hope they get their act together as the lagoon itself has the ability to be a hit. Just run it like a business

Installation was sloppy and they corrected it once we asked. Then they said they'll give us a year maintenance which basically means they'll refill your tank with salt. Updated on November 30, 2019 We spoke with Dan (CEO) about our troubles with the previous sales representative who no longer works for them. He was concerned about our experience and the way we were treated. Like the professional he is, he addressed our concerns and restored our trust in not only their brand but their reputation. Dan proves that CEOs care about the customer's and don't just see them as a number. Thank you for addressing out concerns and we will definitely recommend your company to others!

You claim I had the service for a year for maintenance. My reverse osmosis stopped working DURING the year of service. Your company refused to repair it claiming I did not have it serviced which was a lie. 2)You also falsely stated the filters and salt were not changed for 6 years. How is that possible of if my home is only 7 years old and I had a warranty for a year plus purchased an additional service plan in 2023 as u claim? 3) I do not need to pay your company to come out and put salt in my water system for $40 a month. Your service techs were literally dumping the salt bags in my garage and leaving. I called and notified your company, as per usual, there was no resolve and nasty response such as your response. I decided to purchase the salt on my own from the feed store and replace it myself. 4) I'm a home grown Floridian who grew up with well water so i know very well how to maintenance and maintain a water softener system. I know a good quality product from a cheap one. Your tacky response is a cheap as your product and integrity and it is no wonder you have only 2 FAKE reviews. Improve your product, your integrity, and your customer service! Do better business and stop ripping people off. I will make sure to notify Ryan Williams to keep you and your tacky company away from their new homeowners. I'm sure your low class customer service will be a deterrent.
