Their stuff is very friendly and always ready to come and fix things ASAP and they leave not until you are fully serviced even if it takes them to stay over hours. I had much advice from them on how to purify water. Their reverse osmosis system is just wonderful. I don't regret paying the price for it. When a different company re-piped my house incorrectly I called Environmental Products because I knew I could trust their competence. Their employee came and pointed out the correct way the system should be hooked up. Then the re-piping company fixed their error based on advice from Environmental Products. Now I am happy.
