We purchased a reverse osmosis system from Aqua Pure Solutions based on the extensive claims on their website and sales rep Tiffany about removing contaminants from drinking water, including lead, bacteria, pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, and other impurities. The company emphasizes that reverse osmosis systems are critical for providing clean, safe drinking water and promotes the effectiveness of their systems in removing up to 99% of contaminants. What makes our experience so frustrating is that Aqua Pure Solutions also stressed the importance of regular filter replacements to maintain system performance. Our filters were due to be replaced in **October 2025**, and despite numerous phone calls over the past several months, we have repeatedly been told that the replacement filters are on backorder. If regular maintenance is essential to ensuring the system performs as advertised, then customers should be able to obtain replacement filters in a timely manner. It is difficult to reconcile the company's emphasis on water quality and contaminant removal with the fact that we have been waiting many months for the very filters needed to keep the system functioning properly. We understand that supply chain issues can occur, but after repeated calls, we still have no filters, no alternative solution, and no clear timeline. For a company that markets itself as a water quality expert, the lack of follow-through and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I hope Aqua Pure Solutions improves its inventory management, communication, and commitment to existing customers. I have had the filter for 5 years. I was misinformed since day one. I was told I didn't have to maintain the unit for 10 years, my unit is behind a wall that I have no access to unless unscrewed. Was not told that I had to put salt in the unit every two months, would have been nice for the person installing it to tell me to make the wall to a little door. The unit under the sink was supposed to be changed every 18 months/ 2 years. I was not told that either. I thought I had bad plumbing issues or a dead animal under my sink. So I called and asked for a technician. No one called me back when they said they would, I called a day early to make sure someone was coming and they said yes at 8am. The day comes and nothing, I tried calling nothing, I have to go to work and they are an hour late. They came at 10am saying that it was in the computer system even though I called to confirm. At this point I just want the kitchen filter gone so told them to take it away but they can only disconnect it a leave it where it is. They couldn't even take the filter that was causing the deathly smell. I am so disappointed with this company of not calling, not informing, terrible communication. I would never get another system from them again when I get a new place. And after being a customer for 5 years and paying for the system, they never had my email. We had an Aqua Pure water treatment system installed in our home in February 2023. In August of 2024 the transformer on the equipment needed to be replaced. They came out for the service call and replaced the transformer, no one ever mentioned that there would be a charge. Now it's December and they called to tell us that we never paid the service call invoice. This is a disgrace that they don't tell you at the time of service there will be a charge then bill you 4 months later. I would not recommend the Palmetto location. read more

We had a water softener where we lived in Oregon so we found a company with high ratings and called them. The guy on the phone was I think Bob and he set us up to have our water tested. 2 days later the man showed up who was Eric and he was very nice and said that he needed to test our water so he could make sure we ordered the correct equipment. He did various tests and showed us in a book with a lot of pictures as to what he was explaining and actually it was enlightening and entertaining all at once. The guy knew what he was talking about and we felt very comfortable talking to him. No pressure or sell sell attitude which made us feel better. We bought a system and they installed it and I asked the installer if he could ask Eric to stop by when he had a chance and Eric called me the next day and stopped by our home and I asked him to test the water now that the system was installed. Eric said sure, and when he tested the water in not only the sink but also the shower, we could not believe the difference. WOW! My wife and I are in our 50's and my wife said the water was drying out her hair, Well once the water softener was installed, we gave the dogs a bath and then she took a long shower and when she got out, she walked up to me and said, Michael, feel my hair. I did and it was not dry and felt soft and nice. Hard to explain but what a difference. My wife was happy and I am very glad we purchased this system because it makes such a big difference. Unfortunately, I cannot rate these people on their products as they didn't care to show up to the first appointment at my house. I can, however, rate them on their customer service, which is nonexistent. Zero stars. I made an appointment for them to be INVITED into my home to tell me what their products could do for us, so that maybe I would GIVE THEM MONEY. I made this appointment the day before they were to show up. I talked with 2 guys, the last one being Bob who had to confirm the appointment time right after I had confirmed it with the first guy, like he can't trust that man to do his job correctly. They were to show up on a Friday evening between 5-7pm, which is already an undesirable time slot for both parties, but I thought it better to get it done asap. No more than 3 hours after I made the appointment do I receive a text message asking me to confirm the appointment by CALLING THEM BACK, texting not available with the number. I thought that text message odd as I had just made the appointment, and considered it an auto-reminder that many businesses send. The next day, our meeting time comes and goes, as does our family time on a Friday night. NO ONE considered giving ME a phone call to confirm whether or not I would still be available for this meeting I JUST SCHEDULED. The burden to confirm the appointment was upon me, the customer, with no warning that they would CANCEL on me if I don't have time to respond (as a busy mother with 3 children under 7 years old). I called their numbers multiple times after no one showed, and Bob eventually decided to call my number back wondering who the heck I was calling him. He made excuses saying it's MY fault he didn't bother to show up, using the names of the former owners of this house (we just moved in) not matching our names as a reason the appointment may not be legitimate, that I didn't call back to confirm, etc. He didn't like my response and hung up on me. I brushed it off thinking some people just don't know how to do business and I'll move on. But then today, one week after they didn't show, this company had the gall to CALL ME BACK ASKING FOR MY MONEY AGAIN! The man on the phone seemed surprised that I would be angry that he dare call back and ask for my business. I began calmly explaining to him why that wouldn't be happening, my points below. He wouldn't listen or let me speak, and I had to raise my voice to try to be heard. He instead constantly interrupted me saying, "Now YOU listen!" No. That is not how it's going to work when you call me for MY business, MY MONEY. He hung up on me (once again) when I wouldn't accept his rudeness and just listen to their excuses like a nice little woman should. Absolutely no apologies on their end, hence this review. This company needs to get their act together. This is not how 99% of businesses work. The burden of response is NOT on the customer. When businesses want to confirm the appointment via text, this is fine. But if you send a TEXT to me: 1. Don't expect any more than a text back, and certainly not force the person to call you back when you aren't giving a call. You need to automate your communication system fully. 2. ESPECIALLY when that appointment was made less than 24 hours before. 3. Most importantly, if one doesn't respond to a text or phone call to confirm an appointment, you do not outright cancel said appointment, with no warning, and NO CALL. The burden of communication is on the business ALWAYS, NOT the person who is trying to give you money. Learn some business sense. Don't ever call me again. read more

We've had this aqua pure water system for almost 6 months now. We purchased it because of the nasty egg water smell and our appliances going bad down here in florida. So far, as long as we keep the salt crystals container topped off there are no issues. I had an associate come over here today for a check up and everything was in great shape. I want to thank Eric for showing me the system and I did add the osmosis to my kitchen sink. I now get great water for my family & my dogs right from the faucett and I do not have to go to Walmart or Costco each month to buy 4 cases of water. I am in my 50's and my hair was having issues and once my water system was installed, my hair is cleaner, I can feel the difference and I hardly need to use any shampoo because of the difference made by installing this water softner. Aqua pure came out to do a yearly inspection of our filtration system. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. It just so happened that the outside unit was erroring and he diagnosed the issue. It was fixed and the maintenance on the system was completed in about 1 hour. Our water in Cape coral was terrible tasting and now the water is totally palatable.and great tasting. Our dishes come out of the dishwasher much cleaner as the water is much softer. I DO NOT recommend this company. We worked with "Debbie" (very nice lady) to order a top-of-the-line Reverse Osmosis & Salt Water whole house system. (Like, Thousands - $$$). There was supposed to be a cookware gift with purchase. The gift with purchase is the run-around you get that never arrives, and then when we have called and asked now 7-8 times, we get messages that sound like someone slurry and intoxicated calls back but doesn't actually remedy the problem. Like, 8 months later. I kid you not. Also, our unit was installed improperly. When it was repaired, it was shut off on bypass and did not work for months- the second time. At this point count me very unhappy. We paid for the system up front, full of promises from the young lady selling the system. When will the system be installed, "yesterday" she chirped. She went on to say, "Now is a slow season and we can get it done immediately." Well, that turned out to be untrue. The plumber showed up today and installed only half of the system--i.e., the softening system outside. But the reverse osmosis system to provide pure drinking water inside was suddenly unavailable. The plumber left telling me, "I have to go by the office and pick up my check and the system. I'll be back today." So there I sat waiting. Crickets. Then my wife calls three hours later. She was out running errands. The Aqua Pure office had just called her to say, "We don't have the reverse osmosis system in stock, can we come out Monday." Bottomline, you cannot trust a word these people say. At this point I cannot recommend doing any business with them. Another lesson learned. UPDATE--The owner and the salesperson called to apologize. I have been promised the deal will be done Monday at 2pm. I'm originally from Missouri, so I told the owner, Show Me. I'll update this review come Monday. The owner of Aqua Pure did send a meal gift card as a token of apology for the aggravation of waiting at home for nothing. UPDATE 13 March 2020--These folks called me yesterday ostensibly to do follow up service. Insisted that both my wife and I be present for the service. We had Aqua Pure install Air Waves Air purification system and Ultraviolet Sterilizer. Joy was our salesperson and she was quite helpful. Installation was done when promised. Too soon to tell if there is any difference, but we had them install Sulpher King last year and are very happy with that. read more

On 5/29/2019 an Aqua Pure representative came to my house after I attended a home show. I ended up buying a whole house system and a reverse osmosis (RO) system after it was explained to me the benefits of both. I was told the RO system would be hooked up to my kitchen sink and refrigerator. A few days later the installer came about 5:00, much later then he was expected. He came with his dog and a female neighbor. He brought the neighbor just to "get her out of the house". I did not feel comfortable with either the dog or neighbor milling in my garage. Eventually he took the neighbor to the bus line. I found out later the installer was fired for embezzling money from the company. Around 8:00, I asked him how much longer it would take and he said 1/2 hour. Every 1/2 hour I asked and got the same answer. He was finished at 11:15 pm. I called the company the next morning and was given a free filter change to be used in the future. Then the COVID pandemic hit. On 4/8/2021, a service guy came to change the filter. He was amazed that the filter was so pristine and asked if I ever used the RO. I also found out that the system was not hooked to my refrigerator and was told it would be too complicated to hook up. I looked at my receipt and in fact the "Hook up ice line" was not checked. But who would buy a system that produces pure drinking water just to have crappy ice? Does not make sense to me. I would not have bought it if the ice line was not hooked up, especially after I was told my the agent when I purchased it that it would be. After he changed the filter, he told me I would start hearing a humming sound when using the RO (meaning now it was working). He left, and I left shortly thereafter. When I returned, I found water under my sink as the system was leaking. The service guy came back and discovered the connection to the tank was not connected properly. Based on how clean the filter was, the humming noise I would now hear and the placement of the leak, I believe that the RO system was originally not hooked up properly. The next day I called the owner Luke to discuss why the RO system was not hooked up to the refrigerator and my suspicions that the system was not originally hooked up properly under the sink. He told me that I would not be getting water from the RO faucet if it were not properly installed. He also stated that he would hook up the system to the refrigerator but they would need to cut into the cabinet and I would be responsible for any repairs to the cabinet and drywall. After speaking with a plumber and reviewing the RO schematics, in fact, water could come out of the faucet by bypassing the major filters at the bottom, which would also bypass the tank. The plumber also believed that there was enough room to hook up the refrigerator without having to cut through the drywall or cabinet. I called Luke to discuss. He said he would get back to me. I have called and left several messages and he has not returned my calls. read more
