I always did them back home when I was traveling to see my mom. I Decided not to go back home this year so my search for a good facial started months ago. I was reading a lot of reviews of different places but they always had something shady that didn't sounded good, till I found this place. I decided to give it a try and I am not sorry ! This place is a little gem hidden in the middle of a crowded neighborhood (116 , Harlem) . Their webpage is extremely easy to navigated , you make an account and request an appointment. They have several estheticians , you can choose whoever you like or whoever is available at the time you want the appointment. It was my first time so I didn't care who were gonna doing my facial. After you request the appointment they reply really fast. They have several types of Facial with enhancements if you like something extra, just read and decided which one you would like , if you need something else the esthetician will say something regarding your needs and you can change it or not , it is up to you. Adriana did a great job , she is a really sweet girl who will treat you like a queen. Its a great place to pampering yourself , I will definitely be back. Recommended !!!

The booking process was seamless there's a choice of different services to choose from such as: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and assisted stretching. There are also options to include add ons to your booking CBD oils and hot stones. EC Hands 4Health also offer package deals. There is a health intake form also on the website to fill out to bring with you to your appointment. Estina was so welcoming, she made me feel really comfortable. The atmosphere was also very comfortable. I booked the 90-minute Swedish massage but I wish I would have booked the 120-minute (2 hour) option. Prior to starting Estina check in with you to inquire if there are any areas on your body you don't want her to massage. After my massage my body felt so relaxed and the tension in my back was gone. I will definitely be booking the 2-hour session one for my next visit. I've been telling everyone about Estina's magic hands. This is the best massage I've ever received. Estina accepts card payments but there is also an option to pay via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, the website explains it all. This location is accessible via public transportation. Give EC Hands 4Health a try you won't be disappointed.

It's affordable ($40 for 45 minutes, $55 for 60 minutes) and efficient. Best to call ahead though they do accept walk-ins. My only critique: The masseuses always spend 65% of their time on the back during a full body massage, despite what you ask them to focus on. Taiji was within walking distance and I called them to see if I could come for a walk-in appointment one afternoon which they were able to accommodate. The prices are amazing, but know that the facility is no-frills - there are three rooms curtained off from one another. The massage bed was comfy and it was cosy inside. Everything was clean, and the lights are set down low which was relaxing. Sammy gave me an 90-minute massage and I was pleased. The pressure could be intense on some of my muscles and I told her when it was too hard for me. I paid $80 for a 90 minute massage which cannot be beat. Try to bring cash. Don't forget to tip your masseuse! I am looking forward to going back in.

Because of the atmosphere, I expected a relaxing and high-quality massage experience. Unfortunately, the actual service did not match the appearance of the facility. The massage itself was not good left me achy and in pain. The therapist who worked on me was very kind but did not seem experienced. The pressure and technique felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and it didn't feel like a proper therapeutic or relaxing massage. It seemed uncoordinated rather than intentional or skillful. Instead of feeling relaxed or relieved, I felt uncomfortable during most of the session. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. The room was very cold and the massage table was also cold, which made it very difficult to relax. Lying there feeling cold throughout the massage took away from any chance of enjoying the experience. A comfortable temperature is a basic part of any massage environment, so this was surprising and disappointing. What concerned me even more is that when I woke up the next day, I was actually so much pain I had to go into work late. I had soreness and discomfort that I did not have before the appointment. A good massage should relieve tension, not create new pain or discomfort. Considering the high price I paid for the session, the quality of the service did not justify the cost at all. I expected a professional and relaxing experience but instead left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Overall, while the place itself looks nice, the quality of the massage was very poor. Because of the lack of skill, the uncomfortable environment, and the pain I experienced afterward, I would not recommend this location at all.

I've been coming here for the past 5 years roughly and have had pleasant experiences for the most part each time! They also come in clutch especially since they are so close by and open relatively late, until about 11:30PM or 12AM or so, on weekends anyway. They tend to get very busy (and for good reason) so it's best to schedule an appointment early as opposed to doing simple walk-ins. Karry the front desk manager is very kind and has always treated me very well! She is attentive and responsive She will do facials at times too, which are also very good, but no massages. That's what the rest of the staff is for. As for the massages, I can say most of them are very good! Coco, Ying, Gina, Ella and William are all very good therapists. It just depends on what your therapeutic needs are. (If you need deep tissue, relaxation, etc. It can vary, but each therapist is great in their own right. Simply take your pick!) I vehemently recommend this place, especially at the affordable price point. It could be a bit larger in size with more rooms, but there's not much that can be done about that, especially considering New York's real estate, and the rooms are still private enough. I 100% recommend this spa for sure most definitely. :)
