I recently visited this massage establishment and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. From the outside and in the lobby, the place appeared clean, nicely decorated, and professional. Because of the atmosphere, I expected a relaxing and high-quality massage experience. Unfortunately, the actual service did not match the appearance of the facility. The massage itself was not good left me achy and in pain. The therapist who worked on me was very kind but did not seem experienced. The pressure and technique felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and it didn't feel like a proper therapeutic or relaxing massage. It seemed uncoordinated rather than intentional or skillful. Instead of feeling relaxed or relieved, I felt uncomfortable during most of the session. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. The room was very cold and the massage table was also cold, which made it very difficult to relax. Lying there feeling cold throughout the massage took away from any chance of enjoying the experience. A comfortable temperature is a basic part of any massage environment, so this was surprising and disappointing. What concerned me even more is that when I woke up the next day, I was actually so much pain I had to go into work late. I had soreness and discomfort that I did not have before the appointment. A good massage should relieve tension, not create new pain or discomfort. Considering the high price I paid for the session, the quality of the service did not justify the cost at all. I expected a professional and relaxing experience but instead left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Overall, while the place itself looks nice, the quality of the massage was very poor. Because of the lack of skill, the uncomfortable environment, and the pain I experienced afterward, I would not recommend this location at all. read more

This is a stunning place for massage. I like Emily, she is nice and friendly, also very professional. She told me she was a licensed masseur. now she is half retired and helping in the front desk. She asked me about my concern. I told her my legs sometimes feel hurt with certain position. She knelt down to check. I have to say this spa is always neat , with a talented team of massage and foot rub specialists. I prefer the downstairs rooms because it is quieter, sometime when people arrive at the reception area they don't use Indoor voices hence it can get loud, especially if you are having a great foot rub and some person busts in the front door completely inconsiderate of those trying to relax... but that's not the spas fault. it is only when the technicians start having chat while working on you , which is rare but has happened a few times. This was an excellent massage. Two hours and she (sorry I don't know her name) got into every nook and cranny. I was sore afterwards- but that good kind of sore. Came home and slept for 10 hours. I was in so much pain and couldn't sleep the past three weeks and that's not an exaggeration. My back and neck - all the hours sitting at the computer and yeah... I feel wonderful. I asked for deep tissue, Thai and told them of my neck and back pain. The woman jerked my neck around with a towel and I have had neck surgery. She never once removed the towel to actually massage me and barely touched my back which was my main reason for going there. I asked for a refund multiple times and all they wanted to do was give me some lame credit and now I have a migraine and I am in terrible pain. I made reservations online (their website) and as soon as I got there, I was greeted. I had to sign a consent form due to Covid to make sure I didn't have any symptoms. I got a foot massage and it was amazing. The employees all had masks and never removed them (you also have to wear a mask for obvious reasons), the employees and get screened when coming in as well. There's a plexiglass that separates you from the workers when getting a massage. I try to go to Lee 91 for 45-min foot reflexology at least twice a month for plantar fasciitis. The person who performs my massages is very skilled and caring, and I always leave the session with much less pain in my heel. The space is clean and fresh; the massage chairs are clean and comfortable. Curtains between each chair in the front room give you more privacy. The prices seem fair to me. I'm so glad I discovered this place a few months ago. My only quibble: Because the reflexology takes place in the lobby, they really should post a "Quiet" sign so customers coming in off the street understand that their outside voices may disturb others. read more

This place does not honor its promotions! I went last Sunday and had a fine massage. They immediately sent me a text saying if i completed their survey, they would give me a $10 discount coupon. I completed the survey, got a coupon texted to my phone, went back, had a massage and they refused to honor the coupon. They scanned it and then said it had been applied! It was them who applied it when they scanned it. I told them that this was unfair and the woman could not care less.
