Decided to just walk in for a 60 minute foot massage and it was so worth it. The lady who gave the massage was attentive and made sure to check in if it was too hard or too soft. I almost fell asleep and I will be back 100% read more

Ying is FABULOUS !! This is my best massage experience ever!! Nice and Clean place. Staff is very kindly.

Worst massage in NYC. I left feeling as tense as I got there. The woman pulled my underwear all the way down exposing my entire butt. Then did more caressing of my butt than actual massaging of my glutes. I felt violated as a man. Then the worker refused to give me a receipt when I paid cash and said it was their policy. This is likely a money laundering place. I think all the 5 star reviews are fake. read more

I thoroughly enjoy this place. Amenity Spa 90 has been a top tier massage staple in the neighborhood for quite some time. I've been coming here for the past 5 years roughly and have had pleasant experiences for the most part each time! They also come in clutch especially since they are so close by and open relatively late, until about 11:30PM or 12AM or so, on weekends anyway. They tend to get very busy (and for good reason) so it's best to schedule an appointment early as opposed to doing simple walk-ins. Karry the front desk manager is very kind and has always treated me very well! She is attentive and responsive She will do facials at times too, which are also very good, but no massages. That's what the rest of the staff is for. As for the massages, I can say most of them are very good! Coco, Ying, Gina, Ella and William are all very good therapists. It just depends on what your therapeutic needs are. (If you need deep tissue, relaxation, etc. It can vary, but each therapist is great in their own right. Simply take your pick!) I vehemently recommend this place, especially at the affordable price point. It could be a bit larger in size with more rooms, but there's not much that can be done about that, especially considering New York's real estate, and the rooms are still private enough. I 100% recommend this spa for sure most definitely. :) read more

As a recent divorcee, I NEEDED this. I was so, so happy with my full body massage, and while the facility isn't the fanciest you'll find in NYC (each room is separated by a curtain), it was still a very peaceful, healing experience --especially for the price! read more

They do an amazing job of massaging you and making your body less tense! It is a bit on the lower end, there are curtain dividers between other people so you can definitely hear them deep breathing and moaning which detracted from my experience. But I felt like a brand new person coming out of it. I did the 60min massage and it felt great! I wish my person was more communicative and clear, but I'm honestly open-minded, free and not self conscious with my body. That being said I am in a vulnerable state and I can imagine anyone not comfortable being in their underwear and being rubbed down by some dude may be off putting or nerve wracking. Overall I recommend if you really need something done in a pinch to take out the knots and ease the tension in your back and neck. Also it's on the cheaper side to pay with cash than card, so keep that in mind. read more

Easy to schedule and open late which was a win-win. I went twice in two days while in town. I had an excellent experience with Sky - highly recommend specifically requesting him. Clean facility - can't beat the price! read more

For what this place aims to be, this place is great. They aren't trying to up charge people and offer a snazzy deluxe spa feeling. They are what I consider middle tier but better than I anticipated. So read my review with balanced expectations... I came here on a whim. They accept walk-ins during the pandemic which is already pretty stellar in my book. Their prices are really great compared to what I have seen elsewhere in NYC, especially for being a larger space with some nice amenities and being in UES. At the time of this review, I paid $50 for a 1 hr full body massage with $20 tip for excellent service. On the topic of customer service, they are very straightforward and pleasant to speak with. I even had an opportunity to practice a little Mandarin. ;) The things I loved most and did not expect with such an affordable cost -- a great cubby space in the room to hang my clothes, keep my glasses safe, and place my bag so it's not on the floor. Also, surprise hot stone massage! Loved it! And my massage therapist Coco was very good at listening to my nonverbal cues, checking in with me, and adjusting her pressure accordingly. I hadn't had a massage since 2+ years and was a bit nervous since I can be extra sensitive to deep tissue & hard pressure massage. Coco is very skilled. I can see her being great with people wanting more intense massages but she lightened things up for me! Lastly, they gave me a punch card! It's possible to get a free massage if you get all the punches. This was an unexpected treat, something I've seen for coffee but not something I was expecting for massages! Love it! It definitely inspires me to want to come back. read more

The facility was clean and nice. Definitely recommend end calling ahead to see if they have room before you go. They asked me if I wanted a man or a woman and usually I don't mind but this time I felt a bit uncomfortable. The guy pulled the towel and tucked it in my underwear but then continued to lower it. He put another towel over it but it didn't make it any better since it kept falling halfway past my butt. The massage consisted of an overdose of oil all over your body and then just rubbing it. Not really a massage to get the kinks out. He just kept spreading the oil all over my body and that was it. He would keep telling me to relax but it was so hard when the towel kept falling lower and lower and he could see that I kept pulling the towel up. At the end, he did stretches with my legs like a frog stretch or pull my arms up over my head and lift me up. The most weirdest massage ever. Overall, I won't be back. Super uncomfortable. read more

Amenity Spa has been one of the greatest massage places I've gone to in a while. Professional workers, clean studio, and affordable for amazing body work. I came here a few times for a full body, deep tissue massage and I was not disappointed. You will leave feeling 1) like a new person and 2) like you want to sleep the rest of the day. Total relaxation. The spa offers much more than your typical back massage. This might one out as one of the best massage places in the UES. Check it out and request William! read more

I used to love this place. Fabulous massages. For the last couple years- hard to get an appointment (no more walkins really) but that's ok. So, why are they getting one star? After making an appointment and waiting 20 minutes anyway (with no explanation, and having a walk in come in after and get attended to before me; I had a horrendous massage that completely messed up my joints. I asked MULTIPLE time to change. I said at LEAST half a dozen times that something was too painful. I should have ended the massage- that's on me. It kept going. I said the hot stones were too hot and to not do them- he took them off for 10 seconds, then did it anyway. And did NOT wipe the oil off my face neck or arms. Honestly. I couldn't believe how bad it was. Such a disappointment. Fortunately there are plenty of places in the neighborhood. Too bad. I really liked this place. read more

William is INCREDIBLE thank you so much for today!! the massage was one I will never forget

Such an incredible find! My go to spot for a cheap massage in the city! Call ahead to make an appointment and you won't be disappointed

I love this place a lot and have come here a few times. The massages are almost always on point. I had Koko before and she was amazing! I went in last minute today for a full body massage and I had Sue. She had NO idea what she was doing. I had a lot of knots in my shoulder/back and she felt them but didn't bother to work on them at all! I specifically pointed to them and told her to work on it but she barely did anything more than pet me like a dog. She massaged one arm and didn't massage the other. She was stretching my leg and yanked it so hard I yelled and forgot about the other leg. she was PETTING me so hard and fast I was so tense. Don't go to Sue! read more

Gina gave me one of the best massages I have ever received. I highly recommend her. She applies proper pressure and spends the appropriate amount of time on key areas that she determines need the most attention. The facility is clean and functional. read more

Linda is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. She can find the exact tight spot and work on it tirelessly until the tightness is gone. My back was really hurt after an intense workout and I woke up early every morning because of this for 3 days. After the massage most of the pain was gone. Works like a charm! I'd highly recommend her to people who like deep tissue massage. read more

Clean, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere for a massage. I come here regularly for a 90 minute massage and Koko is my go to therapist. She's great at identifying tightness and will spend the time to work through the knots in the full body routine. read more

Had one of the best deep tissue massages at amenity spa. Great price and very clean. Workers were very accommodating and polite.

Terrible massage. Uncomfortable experience with the man in all black who massaged me. I am a woman and when a man massages a woman there should be care taken to avoid any "accidental" touching of private areas. There was no care taken whatsoever. If you're a female looking for a good massage save yourself the regret and disgusting experience and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Terrific neighborhood spa at reasonable prices! Very clean. Friendly staff. Definitely a gem of a local place!!!

Came back for another last-minute 30 minute massage that they fit me in on a Friday afternoon and I had Sky. Really enjoyed his work, will be going back! read more

Decent place for a massage. The only issue I had was the pressure was not enough and I asked the masseuse twice but she was hard for 2 mins and back to weak pressure. read more

Phenomenal service and pricing. He really knows all of the muscles and bones of the human body and pressure points. read more

I went to this place without appointment. So they squeezed me in which was nice. Massage was also good. I give 3 star because in preparing the room after previous customer, I noticed he folded the same towels that previous customer used in place. I caught it because I went inside room before it was prepared. I asked him to change everything, so he did. But I wonder how many times he's done that! read more

Great value, amazing massages, friendly staff. Clean space and nice vibe. Highly recommend!

I took my boyfriend here for a couples' massage for his birthday--it was a wonderful experience! The massage therapists were very thorough and sensitive to what they felt. The spa is very clean, inviting, and not too fussy. I will be going back, especially since they offer a punch card for a free massage after 10 visits. Great value for exceptional service and experience. read more

Best massage place in NYC. they spa is super clean, extremely professional. Absolutely recommend. I prefer going here rather than a luxury massage spa. They actually know what they are doing and it's worth it. They actually know what reflexology is about! The foot massage can hurts but I'm a good massage way. They know how how to use the right pressure and without telling them, they find those knots and work them out. This place will ruin any massage experience you've ever had. They are too good! . read more

Finally! A clean, professional, bright, well run place to get great massages and I don't have to travel to Chinatown to get the good prices! The staff is friendly. Their English is fine. The place is so spotless that I did not hesitate to recommend it to non-Asian friends who are wary of Chinatown places. The one hour foot massage is even more of a bargain but be sure to tip GENEROUSLY on all their services. They work hard and it's such a good deal to start with. Reservations help as word of their place has increased their popularity. I've been there at least 5 times and it's been consistently good. read more

The most disorganized place. Called them to book a 90 min massage for father's day. It was very suspicious how they don't take names down, only phone numbers. Was assured that the appointment was written down. Showed up to complete disarray and some notebook with chicken scratches and of course nobody available for the massage and zero notes about the appointment. How hard is it to properly write down a reservation? Restaurants have done it for decades. Needless to say the special gift was ruined for us. read more

I am honestly addicted to this place. Not nice, clean and professional. My favorite specialists are Koko and William

I went here, the woman was pleasant. I sat down for a foot massage. The dude came out and started screaming at the woman that I did not call and pointing at the clock. The guy stormed back downstairs. They made me take me feet out of the water and then made me leave (!!) it was very bizarre. Giving a star because the woman kept apologizing and knew how weird it was I think. read more

Great massages! Very accommodating with scheduling appointments. Fair price also very intuitive massages, I really appreciate this place.

Best foot massage!! This place is extremely clean and has a nice interior. It is a great price I paid $80 for me and another person to get hour long foot massages which is a great price for the area. It is the most relaxed and relief I've felt. The only thing I will mention is that they give the foot massages in the lobby of the place but I did not mind that, but just something to mention because people will be coming in and out of the place to check in and out. Overall I definitely would recommend this spa and would love to go back again! read more

This is not your typical massage spa! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their foot massage wasn't your standard foot massage that you find at most UES massage spas....It was the intense, deep pressure kind that you normally find in Chinatown. You know...the kind that hurt! I was happy that the therapist was able to get some of the knots out in my calf and behind my knees, areas I neglect in my stretching routine. He was definitely thorough. I can't wait to try their full body massages the next time I go. I highly suggest this spa. Just make sure to let them know what pain threshold is like! read more
