I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews but I am leaving here VERY unrelaxed after I had a 90 minute massage. I have been here many times and never had an issue. The massage was good. I have no problem with the services they provide. I have always used Apple Pay when I have gone and it has never been an issue. The first time it declined I assumed it was the card because that's what she made it seem like, so, no problem. I used a different card, there was an error again. I tried a third card and at this point it was clear it was an issue with the machine. They asked if I had Zelle, I do not because my bank account does not link to it so I could not set it up even if I wanted to. At this point I was no longer relaxed, worried I'd have to call someone to come pay for me, or I don't even know. I wasn't going to leave without paying. I scrambled to search to see if I had access to a card number on my phone. Luckily I had an online account for a prepaid card which would display the number so after a few tries to find this I was able to access a number that they could manually type in. It worked and at this point I had been there about 10 minutes trying to figure out this dilemma. I had ordered an uber home before I was going to pay since I thought this would be quick but my driver waited for me and I had to cancel and pay a fee of $5 because of the late cancellation which added to my frustration. The woman at the front asked, "did that just undo all of it" and I was short but not impolite and said yes. I don't like to take my frustration off on workers so I was just trying to get out at this point. I still tipped the $15 I was planning to because I know it was not the masseuse fault and she did a good job. I was not offered any discount for the issue and ultimately I was made to feel like it was my fault because my cards weren't working but it was clearly an issue of their machine. I'm very frustrated because I like going here because it's near my work and I've never had an issue with them until now. It's very frustrating to me that a business would not value their customers enough to give some type of discount which I was not gonna take out of the tip so I ended up paying the full amount of $108. The massage was relaxing in the moment, but now I am completely unrelaxed because of this situation. It does not feel like it was worth it at this point and I feel like I just wasted my money and time. read more

This place is hit or miss. I'd had a few of great massages here; unfortunately they had have people here who are completely untrained. I stopped my massage short today because the male masseuse was just karate chopping my back -- unevenly no less -- or repeatedly kneading one area with long nails. I came here with my sister and boyfriend all on class passes. There's only one booking per 30 mins on class pass. According to the owner there's 4 masseuses including herself. The owner speaks English. During massage, super concerned about if you feel good and making sure your okay. Hitting all the knots and right spots all from my neck, back, arms, legs and butt. There's a hot sandbag thing she put on your back while she oiled up and massaged my legs. Then there's hot stones and a hot towel to clean up the oil. What I can't get over is the heated bed. Coming from 19 F outside to a heated bed felt so comfy. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come here without ClassPass because it's pricey. It's $1 a minute of massage and only after 75 mins there's a small discount and more of a discount the more time you book. For the location is okay priced. TLDR; Knot crushing massage, hot sandbags, hot stones, heated bed, over all very good massage. Pretty pricey. Friendly staff. Would recommend. 9/10 read more

I had one of the best massages here. The tension in my shoulders is gone and I also did some cupping. Mr. Wang did the massage and it was very effective -- working out some tight spots in each of my pressure points. I would definitely recommend and will be a frequent customer. I really loved coming here but the last few times have not been great :(. Today I went for 60 mins body massage, the lady that started me off was wonderful and then she answered her phone in the middle & then threw her phone in between my legs. When another customer came in, she called for another guy, Jimmy, to come massage me so she could go tend to the new customer. Jimmy was so rough and felt like he was just pinching me in random places to kill time. His hands and elbows were cold to the touch, fingers were rough and calloused, he was yawning throughout, and put hot packs on my back without warning and burned me. I felt like both masseuse were not attentive nor considerate towards me so I will not be coming back :(. I really really enjoyed lulu the first time I came and it was one of the best massages in my life so if you were to come here, request her! read more

If I could give this place zero star I would gladly do it with my chest up, usually every time I'm getting a massage I never want the hour to end, but this.. I was hoping it end after 10 minutes in! The lady kept elbowing my bones and I would repeatedly tell her "easy" and it's like I'm not there at all, she kept doing it . I've been coming here for about a year. In the beginning, I loved this place. I found great therapists (Lisa and Kelly), who really listened to me and understood my body's sensitivities. Lately, however, my experience has not been good. There is a lot of turnover among therapists. Communication is very difficult. No one seems to understand basic feedback like "too hard." The last two therapists I've had have rough hands with calluses. Today's therapist had finger nails that scratched my body. I really wanted this place to work, especially now that I have a full punchcard. read more

To respond to the business owner: Your staff absolutely told me that the employees are NOT paid hourly wages and only paid tip money. I was told that directly from the female at the front table the day I went in, so perhaps you should ensure you pay your staff before they start telling customers otherwise. Additionally, I was charged over that percentage- 10% actually. If you truly appreciated your customers, you would also pay your staff well so they don't a)overcharge customers b)yell about how they don't make a livable wage. I've been to this place a few times before and received great massages specifically on my right arm because I use that part of my body more than anywhere else. I walked in today and motioned to my entire right shoulder and arm and told the lady exactly what I wanted. I asked for a 20 minute right arm and shoulder massage. I had a different person working on me than the lady who I initially saw at the front of the store. When the man walked in to my room I pointed on his body exactly where I wanted the massage and he nodded and told me to put my face in the hole. I immediately knew something was wrong when the first part of my body he worked on was the left side of my back and proceeded to my left shoulder and scapular area. I grew frustrated as he gave me an uncomfortable deep tissue massage on the opposite side and wrong area of my body. Throughout the 20 minute massage I sat up and pointed to my right arm at least 5 times but the man did not understand my needs and I received an 15 minute back massage with almost no time spent on my area of soreness. I left the massage more sore on my left side than I did on my right, which I was very disappointed about. This is my first and only ever yelp review, which speaks volumes about how upset I was with my experience. I won't be back anytime soon read more

I went today for a 60min massage and it was amazing. I came in with an extremely tight back. I knew it and the massage therapist said it too. But he knew exactly where my tension was and all the points to hit. I've had a lot of massages and I was VERY impressed. He did so much that I thought it was more than 60minutes. He used hot stones, heating bags, wipe off with a hot rag and walked on my back. It was exactly what my body needed. All my tension isn't gone because my back is extremely tight, I wouldn't expect it to be totally gone. So I'll be back soon! Went here for the first time the other day, I was in such pain and I decided to give it a try out of desperation. SO glad I went in. Lulu and Tammy took such good care of me! Other than the fact, the massage was excruciating. I was left over sore two days after because they pressed excessively hard on my spine. They did something seeky. I was not awake, and I did not give my consent for them to extend my massage. I asked for the couple's massage, and I only agree to 1 hour. They started on me first, which had my partner wait 30 mins. Since my hour was completed, instead of stopping or asking me, they continued and then charged me for 90 mins. When I was discussing this with them when I went up to pay, I was surprised and frankly upset. They did not apologize or excuse themselves. Yes, I paid them, and I couldn't argue about it. read more
