    Elk tomahawk, med rare. Excellent!

We went after a crazy drive home Saturday afternoon from Denver. Geez, the traffic was nuts! Anyhow. Four of us The service was fantastic, cocktails were great, try a tiramisu martini or lavender old fashion, FANTASTIC! Mahi mahi, tomahawk elk, everything was on point! It's a medium high end joint but it was worth it. Highly recommend

We had a late lunch and it ended up being happy hour! The patio seating was comfortable and ambiance was relaxing. The waiter that helped us was wonderful and attentive and answered all our questions. We started with margaritas and they were perfection and so pretty! We shared the green chili cheese fries and it was a different take than I've had and very good, perfect amount of spice. The short rib quesadilla was amazingly tender and delicious. My friend said her tacos were very good. We ended with the buffalo milk and that was delectable and will definitely be back and this will on my table again.

Mama's special with charred hashbrown I think

It was ok - it wasn't great. Their menu is super small from what I saw online. Online I saw pics of Benedict's but the menu they had that day had none. I got the Mama's special with the mini stack of corn cakes, eggs and I think was a charred dried hashbrown. I just ate the corn cakes which were amazing if i could just have a big stack of corn cakes I would eat that. The eggs were dry and over cooked and the I think hashbrown patty was charred To a crisp. My guest got the ranchers breakfast which was a hanger steak and the steak quality and way it was cooked was great. Never make it to Castle Rock so not sure I'd be back.

We came here with very high expectations as we always see how packed this place is. Husband made reservations to commence our weekly date nights. We were super excited as we had been wanting to try this restaurant for over 2 years now. Started with a few drink, they were good, not great! We got the pork belly which I think was less seasoned for my liking. The bucatini however was nice and I enjoyed it! But everything else we ordered was pretty underwhelming. Not a fan.

My preconceived notion (without even been here), this place was going to be too bougie and not worth it. But it was an early Valentine's Day date night...so maybe it would be worth it? We had a 7pm reservation, I called and said we would be late. They said "that's fine". We got there at 7:20 and started waiting in the little atrium entry area. Pro tip: there is a lounge area which is much better to wait in. The place was slammed busy, and we were told it would still be a while for our table. At this point I'd thinking that I would be writing a one star review. The wait was long, but they were apologetic and offered us seats at the bar (which has the full menu). We said no, but order some drinks while we chatted and waited in the lounge. The Sazerac was delicious. We ended up sitting at the kitchen bar, choosing that over a table that came open at the same time. We split the goat cheese brûlée appetizer. The cheese and topping were excellent..the toast was a little over done for my taste, but that wasn't enough to detract from how good this was. My wife and I both ordered the Valentines Day special (flat iron steak, lobster tail, potatoes and asparagus). The flat iron steak was done perfectly. Better than any other flat iron that I can remember. Cooked perfectly, with a wonderful crust on it, and the sauce was a perfect compliment. The lobster! Wow wow wow! I have had lobster from Boston to Hawaii to Tokyo and this was prepared as well as any other that I have had. The potatoes were a good accompaniment, and the asparagus was tasty. I had the red wine that they recommended with it (I believe it was called Lost Poet). It was a very fruit forward, but a great wine to pair with the steak that didn't over power the delicate lobster. At this point in the meal, I found that every bite on this plate was perfect. I was in a blissful happy place. We chatted with the staff a bit, and every one was incredibly nice. The evening was capped off with a flourless chocolate cake dessert with some amazing raspberry sauce and cream. Not only did Tribe deliver a perfect meal and experience, they won me over. This type of place is exactly what Castle Rock needs....instead of driving north for a special night out, Tribe is a place that people to should come to Caste Rock specifically for.

    Mama's Special

I'm sorry, I just don't see it! The reviews looked fantastic, the food looked good, the atmosphere looked fun, and they took reservations so it seemed meant to be. The atmosphere was fun, the service was great, the food... sucked. We stopped in for brunch on a Sunday with a friend. I ordered the mama's special. It was just okay, nothing really stood out about it. I thought the corn pancakes would be better but they were just really bland. Our friend also ordered this dish and felt just the same. She said the only saving grace on hers was that she got runny eggs which make everything better. Being pregnant I had to settle for fully cooked eggs so I asked for scrambled with cheese. Unfortunately the eggs were brought out with a ton of freshly ground salt and thick cut pepper.... am I not allowed to season my own food? My wife ordered the quinoa b-bowl and it was just inedible! The entire bowl was coated in chili oil so it was blazing hot after 2 bites. No where on the menu did it say spicy or chili oil so we assume that was the "house salsa"?!

Incredible experience with something for everyone. The chef crafted options at Tribe will hit home with those looking for something sophisticated or someone looking to just keep things simple. You can choose to order small plates to share (which are served in refreshingly meaningful portions) or larger entrees. To start we had the CasaPolitan - a riff on the cosmo with hatch-infused vodka. We also had the Goat Cheese Brûlée served with toast. The goat cheese had the classic brûlée crust but topped with pineapple, honey and pine nuts. Great flavors and textures. For mains my wife ordered the honey lime shrimp (fried) and fall roasted squash soup. Both were great. I ordered the diver scallops - bacon wrapped. The scallops were served on top of a mushroom spatzle which brought great balance to the dish. I probably would not opt for bacon next time - it was a bit overpowering. Everything was topped with microgreens from the kitchen garden. Service was fantastic - the whole evening was just right on point.

I live in Denver, but I found this place on an Instagram foodie page. So glad I stopped in. It was the perfect spot for brunch and catching up with my aunt. We love a little elevated, upscale, but relaxing atmosphere. We came during happy hour for some shareable plates and the mimosa flight which came with three different juices. Service was good. Our server seemed new and not very experienced with the menu but he was friendly and was helpful. Our favorite plate was the duck carnitas. The goat cheese brûlée was a little too sweet to our liking (and our toast was a little burnt). The mushroom toast was good but I wouldn't brag about it. Little bit on the pricier side but I would come back and try other things. It's a great brunch spot.

Ask the Community - Tribe at Riverwalk

What is the price range? I can't find any indication of prices, neither here on Yelp nor on their website. (Is it chic to make people guess about your prices? Is this a case of, "If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it"? )

We just ate lunch there today. 2 entres and coffee..36 bucks.

Is your patio open during the winter months? If so, is it heated?

    What's on the brunch menu?

Their brunch menu lists 6 "breakfast choices," 3 salads, a soup, elk, beef & veggie burgers, 3 uberfancy sandwiches, fish & chips, steak, stroganoff, poussin, 3 appetizers, couple other things. No cheese curds or spinach dip.

We moved here 5.5 years ago from Chicago. We heard from many people that we had to check out Manna and I think we were all secretly weirded out but the thought of going to the hospital to dine. I have had some serious health issues since childhood so hospital food by its very definition is not appealing but this is NOT hospital food. I promise! We finally went to Manna last year for the first time when we had some family in town and we needed to find somewhere close to home to go eat. We sat at the big table by the window and John was our server. We ordered everything you could imagine off their menu and not a single complaint from any of the 8 people with us that day. John was WONDERFUL!! I have to give him a huge shout out for his attention to detail, kindness and knowledge of the menu. We even had some obscure question that he didn't know the answer to he promptly ran into the kitchen to ask the chef. I love their limited menu. Less options means they are focusing on making every dish perfect and that's ok! This is how more restaurants should do it. Their pizzas are great. We love the prosciutto with mozzarella. I've probably had it about 7 times since. Their burgers are awesome. Nice quality ingredients and made fresh. The buns are never stale and they brand them with a "M" every burger, every time. Their fries are always fresh and delicious. Nothing is greasy and I think that's why we like them so much. We love our calories but we are not fans of grease at this house so we tend to favor restaurants that are not greasy. These folks definitely qualify. The staff here are friendly and did you know all their tips are donated to the hospital? I love this. We were assured by our server that they are well paid and in support of this arrangement. I love it. We order from here probably every few weeks or maybe once a month since our first visit and being that we cook VERY well at home, says a lot about our neighborhood Manna.
