Confusion on booking appointments led to some frustration but all is good now. Good location and staff.

PSA: I would like to express my frustration regarding my experience at Triangle Vision in Lexington, NC. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:45 AM today, but when I arrived, I was told it had been canceled due to a missed call from 2:00 PM the previous day. Given the nature of my schedule, I do not typically answer calls at short notice. It is disappointing that the staff was unwilling to accommodate me, especially given the circumstances. They informed me the next available appointment would be in July, which seems excessive. Notably, I received a confirmation message from the doctor at 6:00 PM the previous evening. Both my husband and I had confirmed our appointments via a conference call a month prior. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend their services!!! read more

Trianglevisions of Thomasville, This was the third eye exam I've ever had in my life and the assistant and doctor said I had 20/20 vision but I do need reading glasses and I have been wearing reading glasses since my mid 50's . The other two exams that I had both doctors dilated my eyes but this doctor didn't and I thought that was strange and everyone I tell can't believe it either. The assistant asked all the questions but didn't write them down correctly and the doctor was half lost when she walked in . The doctor said because of my age ( 71 ) said I should be thinking about cataract surgery, even though she didn't see any , she said Medicare covered it and Medicare also covered eye lifts but i don't have that problem either. And the women at the desk didn't know much about insurance allowances. Needless to say I won't be going back there! To end on a positive note for them, everyone was friendly. read more

I've been going here for years. This is the last year I'll go. $500 for a years worth of contacts and four boxes that need to be exchanged for a different strength and they won't take them because there is an L wrote on it. read more

Shady People- buyer beware when you check-in at this office they will get you for an unnecessary eye screening photo which is not medically necessary and they will lie and tell you they told you about it. Oh and the witch in the back who works with the frames n lenses- you have all the charm and false sincerity of a used car salesman trying to sell me things I didn't want and don't need and then getting cocky and nasty when I refused your deception. I try to patronize local businesses over large corporations, but when they try to manipulate and screw you at every turn I'll go back to utilizing the corporate vision stores. read more

I've been going to eye doctors since I was 12 so I know the routines. Since I moved I had to find a new eye doctor so decided to try here. Everyone seemed nice. It was quick and straight to the point. When I went to the back to try on glasses, they had lots of options but they didn't tell me what is covered. Now i don't blame them for it. Some places you have to let them know. Luckily i knew what was covered. When I was asked if I found a frame, I said yes and brought the frames to the woman. I was surprised that the woman wasn't telling me the pricing for each thing she marked off. She just asked if I use transition and if I wanted something(can't remember the name) that helps with the light of screens? That was going to be $100+ more. I was thinking about it for a short time and decided I would get it but said I would call the next day to pay. Any who, it was weird that they didn't tell me what the other $90 would be for. They didn't show me the paper other than to sign and show me the cost of $90 or $200+ and the copay. Places where I've gone to typically ask if you want anti reflective coating and the anti scratch. They didn't ask me for that so idk if the $90 is what that is. If so, why not tell me? Why not show me what the charges are for? Fast forward to now, I've been trying to reach them to pay but it sounds like it's going to a call center first. They get my name and write a message for them so they can call me back. Unfortunately I missed their call yesterday so I called today. Same thing, call center answered so I have to wait for a call back. It's really annoying because I know I'm going to miss their call again due to work. I'll most likely not get my glasses from them and just buy some online. I had my first appointment with Dr Brett Moore. I'm very pleased. Kayla did all the preliminary tests and explained them thoroughly. Dr Moore did a great exam, listened to me, never seemed rushed and gave me the answers I was looking for. I didn't feel pressed to order my glasses or contacts from his office. I did choose to order glasses and again- such nice people! Taryn was so so patient and helpful. I'm a fan! read more

Worst Customer Service I've experienced at an eye care center! Please hire someone to answer phones patients shouldn't have to call for 2 hours off an on just to be prompted to leave a message. Contacts supposedly ordered for me over 2 weeks ago... where are they???? I don't have a clue because your office can't pick up a call read more

TVO of Lexington has the best customer service! I called today to make an appointment I was new to the area and they fit me in today for my appointment. Super fast. Everyone there was very friendly and easy to talk to! Dr. Moore is very professional and explained to me everything he was doing and what it meant! Very pleased and I will be going back! read more
